We are not responding simply to "look good". I personally know we have had multiple representatives at our company who have assisted you and have attempted to work with you in order to resolve your complaints. We have previously installed additional panels on your home in an attempt to help you reach the savings you were quoted. Once we have already provided a reimbursement, we must determine the next best necessary steps internally whenever one of our customers is still not satisfied. This is done at a much higher level than our Sr. Management team. As we are a very large company, we have to schedule a meeting with the executive board to address these types of issues. We are not trying to put you off, or not take your concerns seriously. I apologize if this is your impression. Please continue being patient as we work on this internally. Thank you.

One of our customer relations representatives got in contact with Ms. [redacted] yesterday to request her energy bills. She sent the required bills to us via email today and we have begun the savings analysis, which will take approximately two business days to complete. This analysis will show us how...

much or how little money her panels have saved her on her electricity bills since they were installed. Once the analysis is complete, our customer relations representative will call Ms. [redacted] again to discuss the results and determine if any actions need to be taken at that time. We hope to satisfactorily resolve Ms. [redacted]’s complaint in a timely manner.

Just wanted to quickly follow up with you regarding the referral check for Ms. [redacted].  The check was previously issued on 12/3/15, we have cancelled that payment and have reissued payment dated 12/18/15 CK# 13180 for $500.00. Please let me know if there is anything further needed to rectify this matter.  Also, please when you get a moment do try and look into the email issue we are having, I am afraid we will be possibly penalized when I never received a notification. Thank you very much!

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke to [redacted] on the day I received this Revdex.com response, Monday 10-24-16.  I had responded to her analysis and offer of $$2140.44 via e-mail on Friday, 10-21-16.  She said she did not receive the e-mail so I resent the email to her, read the e-mail to her, and then faxed the email to her after the phone call.  During the phone call she told me now all we need to do is have me sign a release and then I would get the check in November.  There has been no contact since Monday, neither phone nor email.
Regards,
[redacted]

It is per my understanding that we are currently working out an offer for you. We will be in touch accordingly. Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
The paper that was sent last night had another family's name on it as well as ours. The agreement only addressed one year and my agreement is a two year savings plan. I and going to assume that since the second year is not over they are only willing to pay for the first year. I will agree to this if they can present a plan to address the second year. Additionally the return on investment (ROI) seems to be out of reach. The system cost me $19,000 and we were told that four panels would get us a 40% savings and we have 12 panels. So my ROI should be 5 years not 20 years.

Thank you again for expressing your concerns with the great detail as you have.  We will contact you by 10/27/2015 to discuss the options available to resolve this matter.  We understand your frustrations and will do our absolute best the rectify your complaint.

We completely understand you concerns and we appreciate your patience, the savings assurance is a 12 month annual term, we do have to gather data each month to analyze and then determine if a system check up is needed.  Per our agreement, based off of that data, anything less than your expected...

savings will be directly reimbursed to you.  As you stated, there are a couple of months where the savings were negative, which is a big indicator that something is either functioning ineffectively or something has changed in the home.  After the data was compared we realized there was an issue and as you stated we scheduled a system check up to verify again everything was installed properly.  The next month you saved over 600 KWH from the previous year and that trend continued to the next month as well.  Like electrical provider that use average billing, we have to compare usage monthly on an annual basis.  My records confirm your project was completed in December at you stated, therefore the savings reimbursement would be completed this month, once Novembers bill and data is sent to you.  You should be receiving that bill within the next 2-3 weeks which will complete your analysis, we can then move forward to complete your savings reimbursement.  Please provide Global with a copy of that bill with the KWH usage so we can complete this as quickly as possible.  We appreciate you working with us toward a common goal.  We will follow up with you this week and make sure you have no further questions at this time. Thank you .

Thank you for communicating the progress of working towards a solution to the financial end of the problem.  Now if we could only get the solar panels actually installed after many months of promises, all would be moving in the direction of a complete resolution.  Thank you for doing a better job of communicatingthe status.  The last we heard was that the panels still needed to be ordered.

We have retained [redacted] [redacted] to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. Please have Ms. [redacted]’s attorney contact Mr. [redacted] directly at [redacted] or at  [redacted].

The company's representative has been in contact with me and we are working on a resolution. Until this is fully resolved I will not accept the company's response within the Revdex.com forum.

[redacted] will reach out to you to discuss the reimbursement options. I apologize for the delays and lack of communication thus far. [redacted] has advised you agreed to the reimbursement amount. All we are lacking is the release agreement to disperse funds. Thank you, [redacted]

Hello,For your energy credits, if you do not have a CPA we have one in our area that we would be more than happy to refer you too that knows exactly how to claim the credits. Additionally I will reach out to my project management team to contact you in regards to the issues in your attic. Thank you...

for your patience.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:1.  According to the to-do list with the homeowner, it states the following:  "If receiving a credit back, they must make their first payment and show proof (check # and authorization #), in order to get the check cut.  Check will take 4-6 weeks after the first payment is made."  It took 9 weeks to get the rebate check.  If this truly was a typo, why has Ms. [redacted] never apologized herself?  I personally believe that this was nothing more than slander.2.  [redacted] was the only individual that actually returned phone calls or emails.  With that being said, [redacted] saw all of the current and notice that there was not going to be any savings that was accomplished with only 5 panels on a two story house.  After all a 2 story house should have never been sold with 5 panels to start. so [redacted] gave the authorization for 5 additional panels.  Also, going further I was supposed to email [redacted].  This was done as well with the remainder of the bills.  Then came the legal consultant Joe Soward.  On an email dated 3/14/16, Joe confirmed that all of the receipts Global has, and that a representative will calculate the "savings" in a couple of days.  On the last email dated 3/14/16, I noted that it had been 10 days, and we are still waiting on Global to calculate the "savings."  Joe also noted that all of the emails, that I have been sending to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were valid.  3.  In the contract, it states the following:  The guaranteed reduction amount will be determined by comparing the energy usage for the 12 months prior to installation to the energy usage for the corresponding months after the installation.  You are guaranteed to experience a reduction for the 12 month period in the percentage amount listed below, excluding any rate increases, or we will refund the difference of the expected savings of 40%.  It also states,  that you have the choice of additional panels or a refund.  No where in the contract does it state that you must wait 1 year to wait for additional panels.  Also, no where in the contract does it state that there can not be even more panels added at Global expense.

[redacted],   I wanted to reach out to you regarding your savings or lack thereof that you’re stating. It has now been one year since installation and you are due for a Savings Analysis. This will allow us to see the change in your bills and essentially the amount of savings achieved. In regards to...

your contract I would be happy to send to you although a letter you sent us states that that you did receive it. You also state that your signature was forged 7 times. This is a very serious claim and something we do not take lightly. The signature is different because it is an electronic signature, something you would’ve had to do yourself and not something we are capable of interfering with. You signed off on those documents and there are no guarantees that any roof would be replaced free of charge, that your loan would be paid off in the event of your death, or that we would satisfy the remaining amount of your loan should you decide to move to a different house –as you state in the letter you sent us. Any contract should be reviewed in depth before signing that you agree as it is a binding contract. Regarding the claim of “free electricity for a year “ I’m having trouble understanding how this was something promised. This implies that your system would only be beneficial for a year and that you paid $24,900 for one year of free electricity. I’ve never heard this type of claim before but any documents you have that would support this is extremely helpful in resolving this matter. Back to the Savings Analysis, if you could please submit your bills from one year prior through one year after we can review the information and determine the amount of savings you have received. I will need December 2014-December 2016. It must be the individual bill for each month including ALL pages of the bill, I cannot accept a summary of usage. Please get these to me as soon as possible, I would like to be able to resolve these concerns as soon as I can. Thank you for your time.   [redacted]

Just wanted to check in. I understand you are currently working with Mr. [redacted] at GEE to determine the next best necessary steps needed to take in order to resolve your issues.  I have followed up with Mr. [redacted] to obtain a current update for you. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you taken care of as quickly as possible.

We understand, the payment is in queue to be issued on 11/13/2015.  Once received please finalized this matter with the Revdex.com.  Thank you again.

Please be advised that I spoke with [redacted] this morning about (1) assisting him in making a claim under the existing hail damage claim wherein he can amend his previous filing; and (2) addressing his failure to date in achieving a 40% savings on his kilowatt usage.  I forwarded to [redacted] an...

audit questionnaire, which will allow me to understand better the conditions of his home, his living arrangements, and key energy efficiency issues within the home. I am also prepared to visit [redacted]'s home in the event the questionnaire fails to help me glean a solution. I anticipate reaching an agreement within an expedited time frame, particularly in light of [redacted]'s cooperative attitude in helping me help him.

I have not received a call from the business representative. I will contact [redacted] to update after speaking with business rep.
Regards,
[redacted]

Please be advised that Global offered $2,000 in full and final settlement of the [redacted] claims. Today, Ms. [redacted] rejected that offer. She intends, with her husband, to make a counter-offer to me in the immediate future via email.  I will advise you of the status when it changes.
