Mr [redacted] , we can absolutely appreciate and respect your concerns and desired settlement, however there is no way to pay back the Federal Government or the State Government for the incentives they offerTo clarify, we also installed additional equipment not listed, which was associated with the total cost Global can not control the pricing of others companies within the solar industry only our own Since your purchse the state has since reworked the entire state rebate process and calculations to combat such issues We do our best every day to install the absolute best equipment on our customers home, which include the best warranties and lowest % of manufacturer defects in the industry During the final sign-out of the project, we provide each customer with a detailed 'list' and the contact information for each department within the company As a business it is impossible to determine the savings or if there is an issue, if we receive no usage or data for you home We are looking into your savings assurance issue to determine if you can qualify for a 2nd year reimbursement as originally agreed Thank you for sending us what was needed to complete your analysis, we will be in contact to discuss the 2nd year Best Regards

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I am amazed at the depth and length that GEE continues to try to defraud me They are now asking that I pay them more moneyThey charged $to a fraudulent loan They refuse to address that issue by investigating the terms of the loan that were recorded on their lines Nor have they sent me an invoice telling me what they used the $for This is all after me speaking again to their representative; this time [redacted] , Customer Relations Specialist, @ [redacted] ,on her recorded line getting all my information and dates She tells me she will be sending it to their Vice President of Operations, [redacted] , since she would need to find where the contract call was located and expect a call back in hours Wonderful, I am thinking I even sent her a copy of the bill from Green Sky, as she request via her email However, it was their lawyer who called me, the last name of [redacted] requesting more money within hours of me speaking to [redacted] Again no one seems to know about a recorded contract or the terms of my loan, which is what I am saying is the foundation of this fraud [redacted] had not listen to the recorded contract and told me he would get back to me after he heard it What is so outrages in my phone call with [redacted] is his request for more money He said he wants get paid for his solar fans and goes through a list of items that I assume are from an invoice list, and says, I quote, “obviously you don’t owe $for solar fans.” Yet, he wants me to pay more money [redacted] ’s response to the Revdex.com saying I would not pay for fans and that I owe them for the fans, as if they are out of pocket money I think this just reiterates the level of deception and fraud The audacity of them requesting I owe them money in addition the $they fraudulently chargedI would like to note, [redacted] , VP of Operations to whom I was assured would be calling me has not called me [redacted] has not called me backI still do not have a contract from Global Efficient/EnivSmart or an invoice detailing what was charged to my account.If their intent was not to defraud, then it would not be months in and no answer to my questions Regards, [redacted]

They came and looked at my systemHe said everything looks fine functionallyBut with only four panels I am only creating about kWhHe said that most homes need to kWh So my question is why didn't they only put four panels on my roof and tell me that was sufficient ?Sent from my iPhone

Revdex.com: I do not want to accept the offer to have my complaint ID [redacted] go to an Arbitration Hearing.An update to my response to Global Efficient Energy on 10-05-15; Global finally responded with a phone call on 10-05-15, we were able to resolve all issues and everything was resolved over the telephone.They did offer an apology for the lack of communication we have had and we all moved forward and came to an agreement.They agreed to install an additional solar panels FREE OF CHARGE with the understanding that my savings guarantee would be voided They will also continue to monitor my monthly usage.They did arrive on 10-12-to verify where exactly the new panels would be installed I received a phone call today 10-14-and the additional panels will be installed on 11-03-15.I have not closed the case as of today; ONLY due to lack of completion for the new installation All should be installed and resolved after 11-04-

I have been dealing with Mr [redacted] for three weeks nowThey are just writing this to look goodI have talked to him and I have sent him tons of information that he is supposed to be taking to his board in order to solve my problems with GEEI will resend my emails if they likeI do not know if he received them because he has not responded
