Please be advised that Global offered $2,000 in full and final settlement of the [redacted] claims. Today, Ms. [redacted] rejected that offer. She intends, with her husband, to make a counter-offer to me in the immediate future via email.  I will advise you of the status when it changes.

Our system shows you have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] more recently.  I show we were waiting to receive more usage from you to determine our next steps, as we had no usage on file.  I also show we have requested to have your system checked, however our electrical crews are booked out a...

couple of weeks with the longer summer days coming to an end.  The best number to reach us at is 682-626-5591.  If you would provide me with names of who specifically you left messages for or have been attempting to contact, I can help look into that more thoroughly.  At this point, we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation by analyzing your data and determining what if any problems are realized.  We understand your concerns and look forward to working with you to resolve them.  Thank you

Please be advised that I spoke with [redacted] this morning about (1) assisting him in making a claim under the existing hail damage claim wherein he can amend his previous filing; and (2) addressing his failure to date in achieving a 40% savings on his kilowatt usage.  I forwarded to [redacted] an...

audit questionnaire, which will allow me to understand better the conditions of his home, his living arrangements, and key energy efficiency issues within the home. I am also prepared to visit [redacted]'s home in the event the questionnaire fails to help me glean a solution. I anticipate reaching an agreement within an expedited time frame, particularly in light of [redacted]'s cooperative attitude in helping me help him.

The last message stated I would get a call on 3/18 but I have yet to receive a call.

On Wednesday, February 24th at 3:39pm, Mr. [redacted] called and stated that they wanted to...

submit a settlement proposal with an offer to keep the current panels at a reduced price. I explained to him that since the panels are not saving us the 40% guaranteed, we would not accept such an offer but he was free to email it to me. I never received the said proposal or any further information/communication from Mr. [redacted] which further proves their lack of urgency to handle our problem while we continue to pay high energy bills AND for their product.  My wife and I have explained to Mr. [redacted] that we purchased their product with a written guarantee that they would save us 40% with the product they installed. Since their product has failed to perform, we do not want to pay a reduced price for it nor do we want any of their doors, windows, light bulbs or energy tips to make our house more energy efficient.  We purchased the solar panels with a written guarantee that they would save us 40%.  They are not saving us money and as a matter of fact, most months our energy usage is even higher that last year at the same time.  They state on their website that they have a satisfaction guarantee. We are not satisfied and just want them to remove the panels, completely repair the roof and refund our money.

We greatly apologize but Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] are no longer with the company, which is why you have not received a response from them.  We will have one of our Service reps contact you this week to discuss the savings assurance further and possible options.  For reference you can...

call our Customer service department at ###-###-#### Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Check #[redacted] was sent to your residence on 10/22/2015 via USPS.  Will you please confirm, as of 11/13/2015 you have not received the reimbursement?  Once confirmed, we would then need to cancel the original and reissue payment.  Thank you again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and look forward to hearing from GEE in regards to this matter. This matter is not settled yet.

[redacted], Per our second phone call with you yesterday we have only asked for payment for the products that WERE installed prior to you cancelling your contract. We are not asking for anything more than payment for services rendered. You declined yesterday to only pay for the products installed. I urge you to please consider this option, we are trying to work with you to resolve this. I gave you my contact information yesterday, please give me a call or email me and let me know your thoughts. I leave the office at 5:00 PM but will return tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM Thank you so much. Regards,[redacted]

After sending the pic of the LUS page, I dove a bit deeper to find outthe exact power rate as what I saw on the web page seemed a bit low.Looking at the details in my account...the average cost of a kWh is$0.0911.  Using that calculation, I get to the amount that Icalculated based on percentage of electric on bills.  That amountusing your calculation of 10,320kWh is $2820.45.Please see attached and let me know if you need anything else toprocess the correct amount of savings.

I understand you rejected our offer for settlement. I have received your correspondence back in regards and have passed the information along to my executive team. I hope to have an answer for you by the end of this week, but hopefully tomorrow. Looking forward to getting this resolved for you as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Have never experienced a company taking this long to issue a check.  This is rediculous.  If your accounting department is this slow maybe you should look for some changes.  I am not going to stop asking for the money your company representative told me I would receive for purchasing your system.

I do see that Mr. [redacted] spoke with you on 01/27/16 and performed the survey to identify your issues. I have followed up with Mr. [redacted] to see what his recommendations are for your home and hope to have an update for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

We confirmed with our accounting department and will be rectifying the loan amount situation. You will be receiving a check that will be mailed out on Monday, February 20th via USPS.  Additionally, we see that there is a miscommunication between your optimizer and inverters.  The...

local branch will be reaching out to you to schedule a time for a service call to correct this issue.

I unfortunately typed one last name on the agreement, I do apologize. After you brought it to my attention I revised it immediately and resent the agreement via email. I also explained in depth the process we use to come up with your Savings Analysis and that the amount we offered is in fact THREE years of reimbursement instead of the 2 you are requesting. As we are discussing through email I've asked for more specific details regarding the products in your home to help me analyze why you may not be seeing the savings and what I can do to help. I will continue working with you to find some type of resolution. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11116436. Attached is the follow-up email from Global Efficient Energy stating they will install four additional solar panels and send a refund for $454.54. Completion of the agreement will resolve this complaint.

Complaint:...

[redacted]Ref; Response rejectedI am rejecting this [company’s] response because; This is a poor tactic and another attempt to prolong the issue and avoid any resolution.  This tactic was used previously by the company representatives when I contacted them concerning this and other issues.  In short these are the facts; 1. The work was 5+ months behind schedule.  The company reported inaccurate information to the finance company in order to receive their pay.  As a result of the false information, I was charged two months sooner by the finance company and lost 2 two months of a ’12 month no-interest’ payment plan.  2. Once installed, the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled, because they were not installed in accordance to code compliance.3. A system component was defected and failed to work properly.  When I called them they delayed a repair.  (After numerous calls, I had to ask for them to visit my home to see the problem.)4. When I asked about the shade on the panels, the company, again, delayed on a call back.  After several follow up calls the shade analysis was finally conducted.5. Following the shade analysis is when I lost all contact with the company and its representatives.  No follow up calls or shade analysis report/results were shared with me.As stated in my original complaint, all my calls, voice messages and text messages have been unanswered. I have pictures of the shade coverage on the solar panels.  I have city support and I have been advise by city employees, stating that my home should have been disqualified from the benefits of solar energy due to the shade from my large oak trees.  As a result I have suffered extensive monetary loss, property depreciation after cutting my oak trees and loss of energy efficiency due to what is now, a lack of shade on my home during peak hours. Finally, if the company does not advise customers ‘prune/trim their trees’ what is the suggestion for shaded panels they installed? Please feel free to call me for any further questions, clarification or any additional information needed.Thank you,  [redacted] Cell[redacted] Ofc.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] contacted me on October 27th and we had an initial discussion concerning how my complaint could be resolved, included repayment for lost savings and installation of new products to ensure future savings. I have contacted [redacted] on October 27, November 1, and November 7 and have received no response. I contacted [redacted] with GEE on November 7th after her response to this complaint and have received no response. I do not agree that GEE or anyone representing GEE is actively working with me to resolve this complaint. They simply respond to Revdex.com's communication and continue to provide little to no follow up to me. I feel I am no closer to resolution than from my many previous attempts.Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have never received the paperwork from Global. The amt they are offering is very small but I guess I have no other choice. They lie so often that I will not believe them until I cash the check. If they send me the paperwork I will sign the release. [redacted] with Global refuses to answer my many calls to the office recently. No one, I mean no one ever returns a call!
Regards,
[redacted]
