The exact same customer service representative finally contacted me after the business received this complaint. Nothing has changed and I am not at all pleased with communication, lack of communication, or blatant falsehoods told by persons at the company. The matter is NOT resolved.

I have completed your analysis and have came up with the following figures based on the information/data you have provided. 12 Months Prior to Installation Annual kWh usage = 41,80112 Months Post Installation Annual kWh usage = 31,220Difference in kWh usage = 10,581Difference in kWh usage owed per 50% promise = 10,320 - meaning, in order to save 50% your bills should have been reduced by an additional 10,320 kWh Reimbursement = 10,320 kWh difference X current price you pay per kWh (0.05) = $475.73 X 3 (3 yr) = Total Reimbursement of $1427.19Please let me know your thoughts. Best,[redacted]

This is simply another attempt to string me along thinking I will grow tired of trying to get what they should have given me for purchasing their solar plan.  Global Efficient Energy owes me 2500.00 which was promised as an incentive to purchase their solar system.  The time span is totally unresonable, their poor reasons insulting.  I will continue to expect this money as promised to me.

Your response is inaccurate again. You promised 40% savings by comparing my light bills before you began your installation to after your installation was complete. When you were unable to reach the savings you tried to install additional equipment. That was a small effort on your part to reach the savings since you were not saving any percentage thus far. GEE made it sound to me like it was going to be a process, not the end of the road.  The extra two panels and insulation in the attic were just the beginning of that process to see if you could start saving me money.        The $500 was offered to me verbally and then later withheld and finally, but only offered if I sign a release form releasing you of all of your gaurantees and saying I would not report you to Revdex.com.  The fee did not change by me taking out more money for the loan. The loan provider only offered two amounts that were close to what I needed. $15,000 and $20,000. They take $1,000 off the top immediately so that would leave me with $14,000 which would not be enough to cover the $15,000 loan that was due. The fee was the same for both loans. $1,000. You offered $500 which was half of the fee. You withdrew your offer because I would not sign your release form, not because I chose the larger loan.      Yes, we did install a pool at the same time as the solar package was being installed and your salesman said it was not a big deal and you would still save me the 40% or reimburse me the difference. I was very upfront about us installing the pool before we bought your solar package. I showed your salesman the construction through the back door of our house. I never tried to hide the construction process and there are numerous emails and text to prove it. I have already sent many of them to [redacted] who had been extremely rude both on the phone and in emails.     How am I being stingy when I am only asking from you what was promised and guaranteed by your company and your very own people?? You owe me a reimbursement or whatever it takes to reach the guaranteed savings. There is no way around it. I should not be called greedy, which [redacted] has now written to me in an email, because I expect what I paid for. You have made very little effort in trying to reach the 40% savings. Two panels and some additional insulation is not a great effort. Especially, not when I paid you $15,000 to reach savings.  I do not even know who to send my light bills to anymore, because your people quit so much and will not respond to emails for weeks.

I was told that it would be mailed to me instead of having to go to some office and pick it up and it's been way too long waiting you could at least add a few extra hundreds bucks for the hassle but it would be appreciated if you mail to my address as promised.

GEE would like to offer in good faith as an attempt to resolve your concerns, an additional 1KW system add-on.  We are very concerned when any customer has an issue with our service and we are happy for the opportunity to resolve it.  Please let us know your thoughts.

We understand, however, the savings assurance is in place for reassurance.  Mr. [redacted] an apology is the only thing we can offer to resolve certain types of issues, sometimes accidents happen or people do not remember things exactly as they were explained and Global can't be responsible for everything.  We confirm your mass electrical provider Oncor does allow net metering on their systems.  We understand and agree the homeowner must be prudent with their energy consumption and use electricity conservatively.  We will review the usage you have recently sent us and reach out to you asap to discuss.

After reviewing your file further, we understand the main issue at hand is the tree trimming.  After a solar install it is the customers responsibility to maintain their own landscaping, Global can not pay for tree trimming months or years after a system is installed.  Landscape grows and...

Global can not control this.  After you have spoke with our staff members your request per our operating procedure your request was sent to our CEO and was denied due to lack of information.  From our understanding and documentation we did not call the tree trimming service, you call the tree service, can you please confirm this?  Do you have any other documents stating Global would pay for this service?  If we agreed to pay for this service Global has no problem or issue with paying this service in full, however we can not trim every customers tree's for the life of the solar system or attic fan.  We are more than willing to work with you but we are unable to remove your solar panels at this time.

GEE asked that we give them until "end of day Friday to hear from a representative so we can ensure we have all bills needed to complete the analysis".They did not provide a date to let us know what "Friday" they were talking about ... yesterday Friday, 04/08/16, next Friday, 04/15/16, 2 weeks from now, Friday, 04/22/16, or 2 years from now on a Friday of their choosing.We did not hear from them by yesterday (Friday) so we are rejecting their response.We have an email dated 11-02-15 from [redacted] confirming the bills she was showing to be missing.  However, the email she was responding to inform us which bills she was missing had 1 or more of bills that she was saying that she was missing.  So, I then resent them plus some bills on either side of the dates she was requesting.  ... and not heard another word from GEE via email, text, phone calls, smoke signals, or however.We have since learned from another GEE customer that [redacted] is no longer with GEE.  This is whom we were asked to send our bills to each month after [redacted] left the company by [redacted].  If someone has taken her place, then GEE should have provided this person's name to their customers to allow them information to continue providing our bills each month.By the way -- I have been coping [redacted] on every email since him informing us that [redacted] had left GEE in May 2015 and have not had a response from him either.We have been requesting this year end analysis since 11-02-15 with no "top priority" being given to GEE existing customers thus far.  This should have been done without us asking, relentlessly trying to reach GEE, or result in filing a complaint with the Revdex.com just to have some kind of response from them.We are very reluctant to grasp that GEE will "do all that we can to get this situation rectified as quickly as possible" as they stated.  We have had no return emails or phone calls.  We are needing much more from GEE at this point to even come within 2 miles of even understanding their position with regards to them following their contract with us.  We feel they have breeched their end of the contract and should be held accountable for it by reimbursing us the money to install their solar system in our home, putting us through all this mess, and pay off the remaining finance dollars we still owe but leave the equipment in place since we were "to pay no money out of pocket" to pay for this solar system.  Maybe this would teach them a lesson is business and how to treat their customers going forward.As an added note:  Last year, we sent a very detailed email to [redacted] explaining all the issues we had encountered with GEE to that point which listed approximately 20 or so items.  We NEVER heard a word from anyone in regards to our email.  We also learned that our salesman, [redacted], was instructed to no longer take our phone calls, emails, or text messages.  We do not feel this company provides any customer service once they get their funds for the sale of their product!!!We will also add that we are now having people come to our door asking if GEE installed our solar panels because they too had solar panels installed but cannot reach the GEE.  Does not speak highly of the GEE...

Unfortunately this resolution process has taken longer than expected and promised resolution agreements have not been provided at this time. Mr [redacted] continues to tell me that he is working on an agreement but I have yet to receive it to review it to determine if it is an agreeable resolution that meets the deficiency in savings of what was guaranteed when I purchased the system (which is ultimately a 40% savings in electricity costs) not only for the past year, which we are still dealing with from the point the system was installed but for my future use as well. At this point I am still dissatisfied with the service and product provided.
