Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I think that things could have been handled betterCommunication from the adjusters, customer service and supervisors was sub-standard It is unfortunate that the only way to get a resolution is to put a complaint into Revdex.com Jasmine ***

The Complainant had traffic violations that were not disclosed to Founders Insurance Company when she applied for insurance The Company is investigating this coverage issue, and the Complainant will be informed of our decision on coverage as soon as possible

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I am incurring the cost of renting a car, I do not feel I should have to pay this up frontThe expense will be incurred when you prepay for the carAlso after talking to several shops, they will not guarantee the outcome of using after market partsThe shops that Founders is recomonding, have many complaints against themAnd based on estimAtes received from reputable shops, the after market parts and cost per hour that Founders is willing to pay is inadequate to properly repair the vehicleI have attempted to share the estimates with Founders, they refused to even look at them Sincerely, Kevin ***

The investigation is something that is their agents fault that has nothing to do with meTheir company's communication skills are terrible , they take weeks to call back and inform you on any information they switched adjusters and I wasn't informed until I contacted a representative because I couldn't get in contact with anyone and still haven't heard back from anyoneI'll be without a vehicle for months very soon due to something their agent didn't notate that I informed her ofAlso they can respond to the Revdex.com but can't respond to anything else

The Complainant is a first party insured. When she applied for insurance through Founders Insurance Company she was asked to disclose all accidents, moving violations, and suspensions within the prior three years. We relied upon her application for insurance to underwrite the risk,
and the Complainant failed to disclose violations, which resulted in premium difference. This has put her policy at risk, and we are presently gathering all of the information available to us to make a decision on this coverage issue

As the Complainant stated, he did not agree with our initial offer to settle his claim. Our first offer was based on higher mileage than what was actually on his vehicle. Upon verifying the correct mileage we made the adjustment, and a new offer was presented to the
Complainant, which he accepted. The settlement check will be issued to consummate settlement

Please be advised that the complainant in this matter is not our consumer but rather a third party claimant pursuing a claim for damages against our insured's policy. Upon our notice of this loss, the handling adjuster immediately began an investigation into this matter. A coverage issue
was identified as the driver of our insured vehicle was not listed as an authorized driver on our insured's policy. Accordingly, a coverage investigation commenced. At the conclusion of our investigation, it was determined that coverage would be afforded for this loss. Accordingly, the handling adjuster attempted to contact the complainant on October 27, to discuss settlement of this matter. Unfortunately, a message had to be left for a return call. Correspondence was mailed to the complainant extending an offer of settlement and we look forward to the complainant's reply. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me

CASE ***CONSUMER: *** *** We are in receipt of Ms***'s complaint requesting settlement for her son's property damage claim and reimbursement for his medical expense. Please be advised that the accident involves four vehicles and we require all the property damage claim
information for all vehicles to rule out a property damage limits issue. Ms*** has agreed to provide us with photos of her son's vehicle and once we receive we will review and determine if repairable or a total lossOnce the damages are determined we will be in a position to advise and resolve the property damage claims. In addition, the adjuster will be in contact to resolve the injury claim. We apologize for Ms***'s frustrations and will work towards a speedy resolution of the claim. Please contact us with any questions. Thank you

Any loss resulting from the theft of the Complainant's vehicle is not covered pursuant to the exclusions in her policy, which were previously explained. Also, we will forward a copy of the forensic report to the Complainant

Upon our notice of this loss, the handling adjuster immediately began an investigation into this matter. Our inspection of the complainant's vehicle revealed that the damages exceeded the vehicle's value. Accordingly, the vehicle was deemed a total loss. The complainant's file was
transferred to our Total Loss Department where the actual cash value of the vehicle would be obtained and discussions of settlement would take place. The handling adjuster attempted to contact the complainant on August 1, and a detailed message was left advising that her file is now with the Total Loss Department and that she would be contacted shortly. On August 8, 2016, the handling adjuster returned a call to the complainant who was looking for status. The complainant was advised that we had requested a photo of the vehicle odometer which was needed to complete our evaluation. The complainant advised that she now has the vehicle in her possession and would send us the photo. The vehicle odometer photo was subsequently received and the handling adjuster contacted the complainant on August 23, and a settlement offer was extended. The complainant accepted the offer advising that she would like to retain salvage. The handling adjuster requested a copy of the vehicle title and advised that once it is received, payment will be processed. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me

The Complainant is a first party claimant whose daughter was involved in an accident on August 5, 2016. The loss was reported to us on August 9, and the handling adjuster attempted contact Mr*** on August 10. Unfortunately, the adjuster was only able to leave a voice mail
message. On August the adjuster attempted to contact Mr*** again but was only able to leave a message. The adjuster spoke to the ***s on August at which time it was disclosed that their daughter was driving the insured vehicle. Their daughter is not a scheduled driver, so further investigation is needed. Arrangements were made for the adjuster to call the ***s today

I am rejecting this response because:Their position has not changed as they have explainedI do recognize that my vehicle has prior unrelated damage, and that is why I suggested Founders Insurance respond for the damage caused by their customer onlyThat is what Insurance companies get paid for And as I stated before the $offer was supposed to cover transportation costs, according to FoundersMy transport cost now ascend to more than $due to the fact that they took over months only to acknowledge full responsibility of the accident.
Sincerely,
*** ***

The previous adjuster left the company requiring reassignment of the files. The new handling adjuster has requested the payment of $1709.39. We apologize for the delay

Founders Insurance Company moved the Hyundai Elantra, at our expense, to a storage free location to avoid any storage or other avoidable charges to accrue on the vehicle. The rental would not be covered as there is no rental coverage on this policyAs the total loss settlement check has been issued and mailed we consider this matter closed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, They have had adequate information to settle this claimIt is now days since they have received the Police reportI am still waiting with a response of "An offer is sitting on my manager's desk"It has been weeks since the Incident!!!!! in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

Mr *** indicates in his response that we have not paid the claim, but our records show that he has received and cashed the payment As indicated in our prior response, we consider the matter resolved Thank you

Please be advised that the complainant in this matter is not our consumer but rather a third party claimant pursuing damages against our insured's policy for insuranceThe salvage value of the vehicle is being deducted as Founders Insurance Company is not taking possession of the vehicleThe vehicle was appraised by an independent appraiser who documented the prior damage with photographsWe have deducted the prior damage accordinglyFounders Insurance Company has increased our settlement offer to $as a concession

Please note that the complainant in this ***er is not our consumer but rather a third party claimant pursuing a claim against our insured's policy. Please be advised that upon our receipt and review of the supporting documentation for the complainant's claim for bodily injury, the handling
adjuster contacted the complainant on December 10, 2014. A settlement offer was presented to the complainant which was subsequently rejected. Upon receiving this complainant, the handling adjuster attempted to contact the complainant on May 11, 2016, to discuss settlement of this claim. Unfortunately, a message had to be left for a return call. It is the goal of Founders Insurance Company to resolve all claims amicably when possible and we look forward to speaking with the complainant to bring to ***er to a close
