...do it. It's like they intentionally make it difficult to file a complaint or speak to a supervisor, so they can just be blissfully unaware of when they have an angry customer (which seems to be often, from the many many angry and frustrated reviews I've read online tonight).
I really don't get it. I'm in my thirties, I have (hopefully!) many years left, years in which I will need internet, TV, and phone. Why would they alienate a long-time customer to enforce crazy policies and make a few more...
