Thanks for following up.I never received a message in the mail as they said they were sendingThey sent it to the wrong address is what they said when I calledI received an internal message on my employer's retirement account letting me know they considered the matter closed and I wasn't really sure what else I could do about it

vanguard investments does not address the time sensitive nature of the complaint - investments are very time sensitive and even one day of error can mean a missed opportunity to invest in another profitable investment
I will pass this experience on to other investors making complaints with the security & exchange commission, my u.ssenator, consumer's report, & others who made find the business practices of vanguard investments objectionable

We received a letter from you in which you passed along a communication from our client, indicating that we had not contacted them regarding the matterWhile I can't say much about the situation for regulatory reasons, I will say that the client seems to be making no claims against Vanguard and has since moved their assets out of Vanguard Our repeated attempts to contact this client, either through mail or phone, have been fruitless Given the current situation and the nature of the initial issue, our hands are tied and we will take no more action on it, barring a change in the facts I suggest that you annotate the case to reflect this as this situation risks a continued waste of time for our respective organizations.
If you have any questions, please let me know As I'm sure you are aware, there is a limit to the information I can share, but I will help as I can.
