This issue could have been resolved without spending $fee that my attorney had to call back and forth five times to me and Kathy C*** (Resolution Manager} if she would have advise me at first time to send a Notarize letter of my address changeBut what she care about me how much it will damage with all the stress and the money and she still don't have any courtesy to apologize for her mistakeShe is the one who told me to go through the attorney and now she told me to request by a notarize letterIt is plain simple, she is STUPIDI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because:The letter did not address any of my 9-concernsMichael J***, who signed the letterjust tried to 'WHITEWASH' the first issue that I had addressedWhen I spoke to several People at Vanguard, including Michael J*** and Allison H***, they all acknowledged That when I called the Vanguard in April 20th, the repwas 'SUPPOSED to ask me the type of transfer before rushing into answering my questionI never said that the Funds were going to be transferred to an IRA accountIt was the duty of the repto ask me the type of the transfer, meaning, if the funds were going to be transferred to an IRA or to an Employer PlanWhen you want to transfer some money from a Bank to another Bank, you are asked if the destination is a Saving Account or a checking Account, sine each transfer may have their own regulationsWhen Michael J*** responded by mail, he completely denied the fact that the repmade a mistakeHe completely supported the rep'sresponse and mentioned that her response was, in fact, correct, since during the conversation, the type od transfer had not been brought up, either by the customer or by the rep!He did not address 'ANY' of the other 8-issue that I addressed in great detailsI called the Vanguard today, a rep promised a call back from Michael J*** at 4:pm today, I had to cancel some other arrangements to be home before 4:today, but he never called! Around 4:pm I called the Vanguard, the rep said that he could not find Michael J***, promised to have another Manager on the phone but after almost minutes on hold, nothing happened.It is really 'Intolerable'I've always learned to respect people, who respect me but I cannot respect people, who disrespect meRegards, *** ***

In September 2015, I requested a 100% distribution from my portion of an inherited IRAI have siblings and my share would be 25%As requested by the Vanguard representative, I submitted two forms - one to establish a Vanguard IRA to receive my 25%, and another form requesting 100% distribution of my portion of the inherited IRA
Vanguard has only established my inherited IRA account - that was completed in early October To date, they have not complied with my distribution instructions
