I submitted an order to this business (Order ID: 1***) and they shipped me a broken item
I never opened it, and they have refused to exchange without any discussion

I purchased a air/heat conditioner from sears not knowing this item was from a third party vendor the unit is too small for the size of the room we wanted to heat up so I called sears to return itafter a frustrating weeks of calling them and they said I had to wait for the third party to respond didnt understand why I couldnt return to a sears store since they are the ones that took my money now 123stores (third party) wants to charge me 15% restocking fee which I find to be a slap in the face I want a full refund and sears should honor that let sears pay the restocking fee

Will not refund my order in amount of $The item I order was out of stock and now there telling me they won't refund my money

If you are buying from Amazon and the seller is storesfind another way to buy your productThis company is horribleTheir customer service is some of the worst I have ever come acrossThere was a shipping address mistake from the very begining which I caught well before the product was shippedI called and called and called and NO ONE would change the shipping address! They said, don't worry, just let it get delivered, return it and then re order for the correct addressWell that is all fine until they tell you that YOU have to pay for the $shipping on the $product you just orderedDoes this make sense to anyone!?!?!?! NoAVOID them at all costsBTW, Ashley Furniture was just as much at fault also because they wouldn't do a thing either

I purchased the item off of *** The listing stated that I was purchasing a spring base and foot diving boardI received the base, but not the diving boardBefore I ever ordered this item, I emailed the seller to be sure the bolt pattern would line up with my existing one and they sent me the owners manual, instructions for assembly for the board and the spring base as wellAfter contacting the seller numerous times, I was told that it was not listed correctly and that I would not be getting a boardThey have updated the listing now, but I purchased a base and a board and did not receive my boardI have been very patient and asked the seller to rectify this situation by sending me the board and they refusePlease assist in getting the diving board that will complete my orderThank you in advance for your help!

Those are liesThere are no other people selling the hutch on ***I already posted the screen shot showing it was just you and no refund has been issued .This has become a legal matter and it will move forward in legal channelsAs you can see from the screen shot, is the only one selling the hutch on *** and the ad was not changed as you can see from that screen shot, you were aware of the issues and the ad was not changedEven weeks later when *** finally pulled the plug on your sales through them, the ad was still not changed and the ad is still up on *** as it was when I ordered itCustomers just are blocked from buying itThat is all they did.I know people who have sold through *** and you control what you sellYou could pull the ad at any time.I will not respond to you any more through the Revdex.com but I wanted to make sure it was on record here I was not satisfied with your responses and the issue was now going through the legal system.

The buyer had sent us an email on the *** June 2015.They informed us that the item does not power upPlugged in with heavy duty extension cord also used for electric lawn mower, depressed safety button on side, engaged trigger, and *nothing*Tried multiple cords to be sure.We informed the buyer
to contact the manufacturer at their number ###-###-####.They will be able to help them install the product correctly.Our return policy clearly states that in case the buyer is not following the resolution provided we consider it as a buyers remorse and they will have to bear the return shipping and also 15% re-stocking fees.The return policy is as follows:"As per return policy, if a customer received a defective/damaged item and the issue can be resolved by doing a part replacement and if the customer still wishes to return the item then the cost to return the item has to be borne by the customer and there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund."We provided them with the RMA# and the return address on the *** June 2015.They do not have the original packaging as well.Hence we will not be able to honor their request.Please remove the feedback

The buyer placed an order with us on the *** Dec.The package was shipped via *** tracking # ***.The first attempt was made for delivery on the *** Dec,but the package was refused and the carrier was unable to deliver the package.The refund was processed as per the return
policy.Obviously the return shipping was deducted and also 15% re-stocking fees.This was considered as a buyers remorse issue and followed our return policy

My mother bought me an assembly required TV console as a giftMy older mother thought she was buying her product through *** until she got her receipt When assembling and gluing the furniture we came across some alignment problems that wouldn’t allow us to finish attaching the last few piecesI called their outsourced customer service many times, but each time all I got was a message that said that all the representatives were busy so please leave a message with my contact info and someone would call me backNo one ever didI finally found their email on my PC, (for some reason it never appeared on my phone,) and I emailed them about the issues I was having with the product and their customer service not respondingI got back some generic email about how because it was days past the purchase date, and even if it wasn’t I would have had to return Item to get any type of replacement
It wouldn’t have been past the days if they had answered my phone calls
I would really have been expected to mail and almost fully assembled 60+ inch piece of furniture back to themNo matter the costNo matter the absurdity No matter I sent photo evidence with my original email of the issues

I bought a product off of *** with this company as the thrid party sellerThe item was a piece of furniture close to $in cost at the timeThe item came in a horribly damaged box which was hardly a couple of pieces of cardboard taped and stapled together in disgusting condition Two pieces of the furniture were damaged and 123Store refused to send replacement partsThe store wanted me to send back the item which is impossible for me to do without a usable boxBoxes for the item's measurements (X X inches and pounds of weight) do not exist in traditional stores that sell packing materials so the seller would need to provide a boxI am not going to pay for a box, shipping, or restocking considering I did not request to buy a broken product in the first place, the seller needs to rectify their mistakes

I ordered an exercise machine from Sears, but they brought it from a 3rd partySo I got the item and instructions were not legible, plus the item was missing a partI then contacted Sears, and they told me it had to be returned to the 3rd party sellerI contacted the 3rd party seller, the guy proceeded to try to talk me out of returning itI said, I want to return the itemThe manager told me I will have to mail it to the company were they got it fromI called the company they said no, you send it back to the company that has your moneyThey were trying to have me send it out to a company that I didnt receive the item fromI called them and told them they will have to send the delivery people to come pick up the itemHe told me it's not up to them to pick up the item and they will charge me 15% of the return, this company is scumAnd they are trying their hardest to not return my item or give me a refund

I ordered a mobile for my grandchild and the money was taken out of my account immediately The next day I received a e-mail from stores stating that my order has been canceled due to the wrong price that the had on the website They said my money would be put back in my account I have not received any money in my account and today I was told that they were not going to reimburse me Please do not use this company they are not trustworthy at all

I purchased what was pictured and described as a dining "group" and only recieved a table When asked, the company stated that I had only ordered a table I went to their website, read the description to them, expecting them to be reasonable and send me the chairs They would not so I asked them to just send a pre-paid shipping label since I thought it only right they should pay for shipping back an item that according to the description and picture on the website was incompleteThey have refused this as well I believe this is advertising and should not be required to pay the shipping as the dissatisfied consumer I have tried for nearly a month to get this issue resolved and to no avail I informed the company that, since I was not getting what I feel to be a responsible and reasonable response from a company to a consumer that my next step would be to contact the Revdex.com which I am currently doing
