The buyer feels that the product is absolutely junk just because the drawer does go in and out properly.Since it is considered as a buyers remorse case,we offered the buyer a partial compensation of 10%.Our return policy clearly states that in case they want to return the item,they will have to bear
the shipping cost and also 15% re-stocking fees as well.They wanted a label for sending the item back to us.But as per the policy,we cannot provide a label for a buyers remorse case.We offered the option of providing them a label at a discounted rate since we have business association with the carriers,but they denied about it.The customer sent us an email agreeing to the 50% discount which we offered and kept the item.This complaint is unjustified

Worst customer service ever! I would give a zero but that isn't an optionI ordered online and then cancelled orderFIVE days after cancellation request was made order was sent anywayWhen I contacted their customer service, the rep claimed they never received a cancellation requestHe tried to get me to keep the item at a reduced price, suggesting I give it to someone as a giftI declined and requested a prepaid shipping label to send item backNOPE! Again suggested I keep item at a reduced price to give as a giftAll correspondence was done electronically so I sent him a copy of the cancellation request but was told that was only a "screen shot" and doesn't prove they got the requestThey got all correspondence except the cancellation request? I finally gave up and paid the shipping costs to return the itemWill NEVER buy from this company again!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM 123STORES unfortunately I read all the negative reviews after purchasing from 123storesLike many others I received my item with missing partsThat isnt unheard ofBut the rest of the expierience isI tried to no avail to either get missing parts or prepaid return label and what I got was major run around from what appears is scam companyThey appear to have policy of wearing you down and not taking item back and not giving refundsNobody should ever do business with 123storesThey are on *** site and I hope after a few more negative reviews removes themSTAY FAR AWAY

This company had a hutch advertised and seen with w buffet attachedThey had the ad up for weeks after I drew it to their attention that the ad was not as seen in the ad or described in the product descriptiondid not change the ad they knew was misleading but left it up for consumers to purchase it If the product description does not describe the product what is the point of it?
I complained before I ordered the item because it did not make sense.*** agreed with me and they said to order the item to see if it did in fact come in as product was describedEveryone thought it was just a salesperson's mistake and if it did come in wrong then *** would use the A to Z claim to make sure I got the parts as the unit was described
They treated me badly and aggressively when they made the mistake and did not change the ad

The business was contracted to provide me with a new, working chainsaw The business has not met this duty The business provided me with a broken chainsaw and insists that their resolution is to require me to refurbish the unit I did not contract with the business for a refurbished chainsaw, I do not have the skill to refurbish the chainsaw, and I do not consent to the bait-and-switch of a refurbished unit for a new one Their return policy is that they will not return things for the full dollar amount under any conditions Their return policy does not relieve them of their duty to me If their return policy stated that all returns must be accompanied by a gold watch, it would be equally invalid This business believes itself to be sly in providing me with a refurbished chainsaw when I purchased a new one This is unacceptable The RMA that they provided came with a warning: "If the item is received in non-resalable condition, no refund will be issued" The business sent me the chainsaw in non-resalable condition This means that if they ever ship something that is broken they have no responsibility to make the buyer whole, according to their policy I say that their policy is subject to the rule of law and their duty to buyers is not altered by clever wording and strategy to swap new for refurbished Google the business, others have similar experiences Their cleverly worded return policy and conditional RMA has been copy-pasted in many emails to me This means that, were I to follow their directions uncontested, I would have to spend approximately $for a chainsaw that I would not possess This is the kind of business that people like protect the elderly against

Thank you so much for looking into my complaintYes, we fully understand that we have to pay for the shipping fee + 15% restocking fee in returning the itemHowever, the business conveniently did NOT tell you that they took out 50% from the refundWhich is more than they stated on their policy listed on ***.And we don't think this is rightWe returned the item inside the plastic bag which we never openedSo not sure why they would take out more than the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee as they previously stated.This is not honest business policy

I ordered a TV stand from this company through *** and never received itAccording to the *** tracking website, they stated that the package was "refused at delivery" when it arrived at my homeHowever, this is untrue because I waited all day for the package to arrive and I never received it, nor did *** leave a note on the door to my apartment (like they normally do if they can't get into the building) letting me know that they tried to deliver itSince then the package was returned back to the shipper

Hi, The buyer placed an order with us on the *** April 2017.The package was shipped via *** *** tracking # ***.The package was delivered to the buyer on the *** May 2017.The buyer wanted to return the package since they find it different then what they assumed.We informed the buyer

As a store on *** and being a seller on ***,they can have a return policy as per the requirement.This return policy has been mentioned on *** from inception.So this is applicable for all our customer's.This is not just a unique for this customer.The seller should not be held responsible for such an issue because we are a seller and the policy is universal for all

The products both are defective and the company refuses to correct the issue

I purchased three items from this company Two of the items are bigger than their specifications and did not fit the space I have for them in my home I requested a shipping label to return the two items and they said I had to pay for the shipping These are very heavy items and would cost me more to ship them back than the original item cost in the first place! Their policy is to pay for the shipping if the issue is their error (including the wrong size) I believe they are the wrong size The company wants me to unpack the items and take pictures to prove this Yet, they state the items must be shipped and packed according to their original packing These are very heavy items and almost impossible to re-pack, as shipped I would not be able to do this
I have gone back and forth with them on this issue At one point, they said they would pay me $to keep the items and then said they wouldn't do that either

The customer might have contacted us,left a voice message with the call back number
which might have not been checked by the reps.But the customer never contacted us via email and requested for a return of the item.If the customer would have sent an email we would have defintely helped the buyer return the item and issue a refund

After ordering I had a gut feeling that the chairs were probably not included because I found them being sold as a set on a seperate pageI called to verify what exactly was the product since clearly the website was not only pictured wrong but the description was wrongThe constumer service representative then informed me not only were the chairs not included but the base of the table wasn't eitherThat only the top of the table wasI again stated how that's clearly advertisment and he laughed and said "I guess the customer is always right"
