I ordered a dinning room table set at least that was what the photo showed I called the company to see when the rest of my order would arrive they said you have it all I said no sir all I had was 4legs no table top or bottom top and no chairs as stated on the description he said you only ordered the base I said ok what I was looking at was a whole set he said there a flower arrangement and a candle set on the table along with it sitting on a rug did I expect to receive them as wellI then asked for his manager he wouldn't connect me to him he said I would have to pay the return fee to ship it back to them that I would get a number that I have to have on the item before returning it or they don't accept it it has been a week I still haven't received anything from them.I would just like to return this item with a full refund and not be charged with shipping fees due to the advertising I was miss lead on what they was selling

First of all I reject the idea that I returned the item because of "Buyer's Remorse" I returned it because it did not fit into my car, therefore it was unusable Secondly, as I mentioned, it was UNUSABLE and I NEVER USED it The company did send me photos of a damaged dog seat that was similar to the one I bought However, it was not the one I bought and returned to them because it was used and damaged This company is lying I did receive a 50% refund, from ***, not this lying company by the sounds of it And, *** has informed me that they intend to refund me the rest of the money and shipping *** is a great company However, this store I purchased the dog seat from should not get away with cheating people! They are not honest! That's why I hope that the Revdex.com can investigate and prevent them from cheating other people.*** ***

People stay away from this retailer!! Whatever you decide to order you are stuck with if you do not like it, if it does not fit or if is damage! The scam is in returning the item back! Once you buy from them if you want to return it for any reason you will have to pay for shipping plus a restocking fee of 15%In my case I purchased an office chair and after I assembled it the chair did not met my expectations, it was hard as a rock and the quality terrible! They called that buyers remorse??? I paid $In order to return it I will have to shell out $for shipping plus $for restocking fee! Guess Im stuck with this chair! I have purchased many items online from various places and they always paid for the shipping back, not this time!! Just do yourself a favor and if buying online stick with a retailer that understands that buying things online is not the same as going to a brick and mortar where you can sit and try the item before you make a purchase! Update your policy 123stores inc! I for one will not be making any purchases from this site any longer, lesson learned!

On the *** April the buyer sent us return request reason being they just received the table and not the chairs.We received the order for Round Dining Table Base Plentywood Brown D313-15B' only from Sears.It was a case of buyers remorse.Chairs were never included in the listings.The buyer
wanted to return the item and we waived off the re-stocking fees as well.The buyer agreed to pay for return shipping.On the *** April we provided the buyer with the RMA# for sending the item back.We are waiting for the tracking information

Back in January 2016, I ordered a power recliner chair from Sears for my mother.She depends on the chair to lift her, and to recline her legsShe is in her 80'sAbout weeks ago the chair stopped reclining all the wayI have been on the phone with the Store, that is where the chair came from, as well as Coaster, the manufacturer of the chairI have called several times, as well as my mother calledAll we are getting is the run aroundStore wanted me to get a technician out to fix the chair and they would reimburese dollarsWe can,t find some one to fix itI told them we wanted the chair replacedStore says we,ll contact Coaster, Coaster says they will contact StoreIf they won,t replace the chair, at least refund her money

I contacted 123Stores on July **, after ordering a tv stand from *** inquiring about assemblyI have attached Fact Sheets F-O revealing discussions I have had about this tv stand
I wanted it assembled, they couldn’t do it, we attempted to do so ourselves but found major pieces were missing I notified them to just pick up the unit and refund my money and the latter emails describe the conversations they had with me Bottom line is on July ** I was told I would receive a shipping label within 24-hours and I have not and today is July 30th
I bought this item in good faith, they took my money all within ten minutes and because I need to return it everyone is shifting the blame and responsibility I need someone to send me a return fed ex label so that I can have this unit picked up
I should not have to use my own money for shipment back to 123Stores or *** or whomever but I want my money back and I want this unit gone

On the *** Aug the buyer sent us the return request reason being "The tray is bent and broken on one end."We started working on the return authorization.But the buyer did not wait and shipped the item the next day using *** and spending $100.49.The buyer did not wait even for a day to provide them with the return instructions.So the seller should not be held responsible.We never denied the return but the buyer has to wait for a couple of days before the RMA# is issued.We have already issued a full refund but we cannot re-imburse the return shipping cost

We had listed this item incorrectly.The item was listed as the bed,but in actual the item was only bed frame.Hence the buyer received the frame.It was a manual error from our end.We did refund the buyer the price difference and already processed the same.The buyers demand is unreasonable

The customer contacted us regarding the order# *** and *** to know the
status of the order.We had infromed the buyer that we had not received the payment vai credit card and hence the order's are not processed.The only reason for the delay was the payments,They wanted to cancel the order's,and we processed the same,because we had not received the payment.There is no fault of the seller here since the customer's payment did not come through

The store just let me know that they will not refund the restock fee. The required information was never received for the item and the store never contacted me to make the return sooner. So they say they did not have to respond to me. This business does not respond to anything in a timely mannerNor do they make an effort to correct any mistakes they amke

I bought a Item from this seller the photo show that is a 4pack and they only send me one neither *** or the seller which I spoke to (Vivian = employee) on the seller side was able to honor the advertisements and like I say I have photos of thisNo one should buy from this seller at all the employees when you call them are super rude and not helpful at all*** this the photo

I ordered off *** I searched for dog grooming tables it brought up the listing from 123stores.com I ordered it at $then get the product its not like the listing the listing is misleading so as soon they dropped it off I did not even open I got on told them was wrong now they wanting me have pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee I sent them pictures showing the box label and the packing list is a different description then the listing them or *** has resoled the problem I'm not going pay return shipping and a restocking fee for something that is listed they have many tables which all come with a support arm and strap for cheaper then this I bought only reason I ordered this one for more because was adjustable so as I told them I do not want this thing they can get it back but as their return policy states they would pay return shipping and they are refusing and *** is not enforcing sellers to up hold their policy

We realized the item was listed incorrectly.The item which the buyer ordered does not come with the board.But we incorrectly listed the product with the image of another version of the item.We provided the buyer with the prepaid shipping label on the 19th April for sending
the item back for a full refund.We explained the error which happened on our side and the buyer was adamant that they wont return the item and just want a board.The buyer has still not returned the item back to us.They have stated that the item will not be returned and we will have to ship the board.BUt this is not possible since the item was listed incorrectly.Please do not hold the seller responsible
