Hi,   This to let you know that we have refunded the buyer for an amount  of $18.30 above and beyond the earlier refund which was done. This is the max refund that we can process on the marketplace. We have gone out of our way to refund the customer this amount even when it was the buyer’s choice to return the item and as per the return policy there is a 15% re stocking fees.   We hope this is acceptable to the buyer and they will co-operate with us.   Thanks [redacted]

The buyer sent us a return request on the [redacted] August 2016 reason being the tray is bent and broken on one end.We requested the buyer to provide us the pictures for the damage.But in the mean time the buyer opened the request on Amazon and got a label for sending the item back.So the buyer does not...

have to bear any shipping cost.The buyer has opened the complaint for no reason.Once it has been delivered we will issue the buyer in full.This is an invalid complaint.

Only one of the boxes was slightly damaged upon visual inspection upon arrival; however, it is unrealistic to expect us to inspect all 400+ pieces prior to letting the delivery person leave.  We took pictures and contacted the company the evening that we received the product to let them know that it was damaged.  It is totally unrealistic that anyone should have to completely unpackaged and inspect every single piece of the product prior to letting the delivery person leave.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe attached photo clearlyshows the advertised table that I purchased from 123stores. As you can see it advertises a table and 6 chairs as a matching set. It made no mention that the chairs were EXCLUDED. That is why the picture is so misleading. If I knew that the $389.00 I paid was for the table only, there was no way on earth I would have made this purchase. The truck driver tried to deliver only the table in a box which I asked him to take back to the truck without opening it, since after speaking with 123stores I was told that even though their advertisement clearly showed a dinette set, the price I paid was for the table only. Please look at the attached photo, it shows a table and 6 chairs with a price of $389.27 I stand by my complaint, and really would like to get the balance of the money I paid, which is $168.93 (i.e. $389.27 - $220.34 partial credit). They kept 43% of my purchase price for merchandise I never even accepted, and they never mentioned during my phone conversation with them that they would be deducting any amount from my purchase price. According to our return policy - "Before signing the carrier's delivery receipt, please open, unwrap, and inspect the cartons for any damage; crushing, dents, creasing, ripping etc., and note this on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so, may cause the shipping company to deny any damage claim and...

responsibility. If the majority or the main part of the shipment is damaged, you may refuse the shipment and write, "Refused, due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Once the customers have signed the delivery receipt in clear without any note, Stores123 is not responsible for any damages found in the future. " There has not been any comments or remarks on the POD of the delivery.Since this is pre-requisite for any delivery that happens via LTL shipment.Hence we are unable to honor the buyers request.

We understand that the item was listed incorrectly.It was a manual error from our end and hence the buyer did not get the chickens.They have  been refunded in full as well.We informed the buyer that we do not sell that item any more since we have de-listed.Please remove the feedback.

The order # which the buyer has stated [redacted] has not been placed with us. It does not show in our records. Hence we are not responsible for this complaint.

The order is under shipping and it is scheduled to be shipped on the [redacted] December.We understand that the tracking # is not being given since we do not want to give any false hope to the customer.We also cannot cancel the order since it is a warehouse item.We are refunding the customer today and...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First of all, there were two items (three boxes) to be returned which was clearly outlined in two separate emails to the company.   Since these items are larger than the specifications and they will not fit the space they were measured for, I asked for a return shipping label.  This was not due to buyers remorse as the company states.  The offer of a $100 return on the purchase was originally offered to me and then denied on the very next email, so that is a false statement.  The return postage for these items will cost much more than the original cost of the items because they are made from a very heavy press board material.   The company can write off the cost of shipping, I cannot.   It would not be feasible for me to pay for the shipping anyway since the refund of the product would be less than the cost of the shipping.

Issue arose with this company regarding falsely advertising an item through [redacted].
I was laughed at by Customer Service Case Manager Robert W[redacted] while discussing the issue about my order. I was lied to by several employees that I was going to receive my order and in fact did not. Shipping label was sent and I had to drive 25 miles to return the Incorrect Item. Totally unacceptable. Poor Customer Service. Poor Professionalism. Poor response time.

The package was shipped via [redacted] tracking # [redacted].The first attempt for delivery was made on the [redacted] December and it was refused.Since it was refused the package was returned back to us.In such a case of is considered as a buyers remorse case.In such a case the buyer has to pay or the return shipping and also 15% re-stocking fees as well.This is the major reason the buyer is unhappy.There is no fault of the seller.Please disregard the complaint.

it was not the business I purchased the item from (123 Stores) that resolved the issue.  The company that resolved the issue was [redacted] holding company.  The 123 Stores only sent the shipping label after their employee had already been informed that [redacted] had handled the situation because of the neglect of the 123 Stores to rectify the matter.  This, again, is not good business practice and further proves my justification in filing with the Revdex.com.

The board that the buyer is mentioning here is not something we sell online on any of the marketplaces.So it is impossible for us to procure the board for them and send it to them.We accept that it was a listing issue and hence we offered the buyer the option of a full refund since we understand that it was misleading.This is really an invalid request from the buyer.

Hi,As a store on [redacted] and being a seller on [redacted],they can have a return policy as per the requirement.This return policy has been mentioned on [redacted] from inception.So this is applicable for all our customer's.This is not just a unique for this customer.The seller should not be held responsible for such an issue because we are a seller and the policy is universal for all.

You are still the seller who sold a defective item. You need to back up the items YOU sell and send out. If the part is broken you need to replace it. No excuse why a cat tree should break that quickly! Unacceptable! I had it set up for only a couple months and the part broke off!! We paid $96 for this...not to have it break off in two months by only having kitten and a cat sit on it. Defective. We just want the part replaced. Very reasonable to ask this.

We completely understand your point that you felt that we have cheated you in terms of not sending the correct item to you.But as we have mentioned we were only selling the hutch and not the complete item.Secondly we changed the ad but there were other sellers on [redacted] who were still selling the same item without making any changes.As being a third party seller we do not have the rights to make complete changes in the marketplace.We have already refunded you as agreed upon an amicable solution.
