The item was delivered to the customer on 2015-01-** via *** tracking# ***The customer initially contacted us stating that he had ordered a wrong item and would like to cancel the orderWe apologized to the customer that the order could not be cancelled as it was already shipped
out.The customer then wrote to us stating that "the color of the fireplace is not as we suspected" and he would like to return the itemWe informed the customer that there is a 15% restocking fee on the refund and the return shipping charges need to be borne by him, as per our Returns PolicyThe customer was not ready to pay the return shipping or restocking fees and then again wrote to us stating that the item was damaged and he needed it to be picked up from his placeSince we value our customers, we went ahead and issued a call tag with tracking# *** to have the item picked up from the customerOn delivery of the item back to us, we have already processed a full refund for the customer

These people are a nightmareThey lost my shipmentI cancelled the order and they told me I couldn't because the order shippedIt finally arrived about days late and the package looked damagedI sent them pictures and said I wanted return shipping authorizationThey refused and told me I have to arrange with *** to have the package inspected because they have filed a complaint with ***I work full time, I emailed themIt's your claim do your own diligence and give me the return shipping authorizationNo responseI am calling my lawyerI will never do business with them again

I purchased a dresser from Stores via their *** marketplace seller's account At the time I purchased this item, I also purchased a third party assembly service as I am disabled and unable to assemble, lift, manipulate or otherwise handle an item of this scale, specification or weight The item is a 'flat-pack' dresser that requires significant assembly
The item was delivered by *** and the shipping box was visibly damaged with large tears and gashes to the box, as well as crushed and crumpled edges and corners
When the assembly service arrived he unpacked the item and began to attempt assembly He was unable to do so because the item was defective and damaged -- either during manufacturing, packing/fulfillment and/or deliveryThe item was split, cracked and disintegrated The assembly service advised that this product often is defective or damaged and that I would need to order a replacement and request a refund

As previously stated, I reached out to the seller because I did not get the items that I ordered. The items I ordered was a foot diving board and a diving board stand. This was on the listing, as well as the picture. I also emailed the seller before ordering to be sure this was exactly what I needed and was provided an owner's manual for the diving board and the stand. After reviewing the owner's manual and assembly instructions, this was what I needed, so I placed my order. When I received the stand, but not the board, I reached out to the seller. After some research, they discovered that they had listed it incorrectly. I explained to the seller that this was not my mistake, but theirs, and that I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. They stated that it was listed incorrectly and they couldn't send a board, "because they didn't have one in stock". I explained that they could order the board and send it to me, but they refused. I also explained that it was advertisement if they listed the board and the stand, provided a picture of the board and the stand, and provided an owner's manual/assembly instructions for the board and the stand, but only sent me the stand. I am still owed the diving board that the seller is responsible for. Thank you!

The business was contracted to provide me with a new, working chainsaw The business has not met this duty The business provided me with a broken chainsaw and insists that their resolution is to require me to refurbish the unit I did not contract with the business for a refurbished chainsaw, I do not have the skill to refurbish the chainsaw, and I do not consent to the bait-and-switch of a refurbished unit for a new one Their return policy is that they will not return things for the full dollar amount under any conditions Their return policy does not relieve them of their duty to me If their return policy stated that all returns must be accompanied by a gold watch, it would be equally invalid This business believes itself to be sly in providing me with a refurbished chainsaw when I purchased a new one This is unacceptable The RMA that they provided came with a warning: "If the item is received in non-resalable condition, no refund will be issued" The business sent me the chainsaw in non-resalable condition This means that if they ever ship something that is broken they have no responsibility to make the buyer whole, according to their policy I say that their policy is subject to the rule of law and their duty to buyers is not altered by clever wording and strategy to swap new for refurbished Google the business, others have similar experiences Their cleverly worded return policy and conditional RMA has been copy-pasted in many emails to me This means that, were I to follow their directions uncontested, I would have to spend approximately $for a chainsaw that I would not possess This is the kind of business that people like protect the elderly against

This business is a scam! Avoid purchasing anything from this sellerI purchased a (pound) bookshelf which I returned UNOPENED, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGINGNot only did the seller refuse to pay for the return (so I had to deal with shipping the large, heavy item back to them), when they received it, I was informed the "packaging was damaged" ("packaging" not the item itself) and therefore they had to "discard" the itemThis is a completely ludacris excuse and is an attempt to manipulate and extort from customersThis "business" and their practices need to be investigated

I bought a piece coffee table set from them through ebay on 11/**/2016, it was delivered on 12/**/with the coffee table and of end tables broken I contacted them and asked to have the pieces replaced, they agreed I received most of the pieces except the glass for the coffee table They have sent me glass different times each time being the wrong size Finally I was told to purchase the replacement glass myself and they would refund me That was going to cost more then the complete set cost and I don't have the money Now they agreed to a refund if I send the entire set back to them at my expense, once again I do not have the money to do that or do I have the boxes any more All I want is the glass for my coffee table Their motto is "When you make a purchase from us you can rest assured you will receive products and services of the highest quality." NOT true!

Hi,The buyer had placed an order for the table and the listing of the product clearly states that the buyer will only receive the table and not the chair.But due to some technical issue the buyer assumed that they will get a table as well.Secondly the buyer was in conference with the marketplace
SearsThey also confirmed that it was not the sellers fault.The item was listed correctly.But since the buyer has been so aggravated,we will provide the buyer with the call tag for the pick up of the item.So once the buyer hands over the item to the carrier and it is delivered to us,we will inspect the package and issue a refund to the buyer.The seller is not at fault

The buyer has been refunded in full.Secondly when we confirmed the buyer that we will provide the prepaid label to them *** had already provided the buyer with the label for sending the item back.*** should refund the buyer immediately since the item was delivered to their warehouse on the *** April 2016.We are investigating this issue with *** and will get back to you
