At this time, I have been contacted directly by 1SaleADay LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] After numerous emails and a refund from my credit card company they finally said they would send me a return shipping label so that I could return the item to them They said I would receive it in 1-days That was over two weeks ago and despite several email messages saying I still have not received it still no shipping label or response to my last messages At this point my credit card company reviewed the circumstances and issued me a refund so I if they want their merchandise back then they need to send a shipping label because I am not paying to return the item The cost of the postage exceeds the value of what they sent to me In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Bought a Samsung MicroSD card from 1SaleADayIt broke--won't read in phone or computer anymore (probably because it's a fake)E-mailed Samsung for an RMAThey told me it's fake card and that they can't RMA itI e-mailed 1SaleADay and they told me they can't do anything because it's past the day return window
I remind them that they sold a fake branded MicroSD card as a Samsung SD card, thus the transaction was fraudulent on their behalf and I now have no warranty (that I would have if it was a genuine Samsung card) on a broken fake SD card
They ask for the e-mail between me and SamsungI send them both a PDF and forward them the e-mail I had with Samsung immediately
Never hear a reply after that...These guys are scam artists selling fake products marked a premium brands

Please return the merchandise as instructed by our rep and you will be refunded in full upon its returnI apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Our order numbers do not have letters, they are all numbers

After several back and forth hassling and ignored email messages, with Revdex.com's help I was able to get the refund for the grossly misrepresented product that I ordered from this company. ID *** regarding 1SaleADay LLC has been resolved Though I received the refund with the help of Revdex.com, I would never do business with this company again I wonder what would have happened if I had not filed the complaint with Revdex.com There are people out there that do not know about Revdex.com and other ways to make complaints about these type of companies They stand to loose doing business with these companies No phone number (there is one that does not work), no response for any emails
