Review: I bought a product but seller. Seller charged my credit card but did not ship out product. I emailed customer service and they don't reply.

Review: I purchased a single diamond ring from the website that was stated as being certified as a 1.5 carat diamond with a grade of SI1. Not only is the diamond not even close to the promised grade, it is barely a I3, which is the worse possible grade a set diamond can be given, the diamond isnt even 1.5 carats, it is 1.25 carats. The gross misrepresentation of this item is completely unethical and in no way should I have to keep this item because their limited return policy didnt allow me to get out and have an expert look at the diamond.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund and I will be done with this deal, and company, for good.

Review: I bought 7" Digital2 Tablet (D2 Pad - Black ) four of them for my students as a gift for their performance at my class by 05/**/2014. This product priced at $49.99 with $20.00 rebate. I only receive $20 debit card after I ask them why I did not receive the rebate on time. I was expecting check for $80 instead I got $20 debit card. Because, each tablet in my mind must receive $20. I printed their rebate form, I mail four letters as per the rebate form separately with individual bar code from the product. I bought all in one invoice, and the web site did not inform me that I should buy one at a time to get the rebate. The web site also did not inform that I will not be reimbursed for the 4.

At first I did not notice the rebate form link. The web page did not ask me to read the rebate form for the rules and regulation of the purchase either. In the rebate form it says limit one rebate per address. This is totally hidden in the form. In my mind, I thought the form is to claim the rebate not for the rules and regulation. Normally, the rules and regulations are visible in the purchasing web page, so that we can make a better decision buying a product. In this case the seller purposely hide it.

I contacted them several time to get my rebate back and I explained my situation clearly. But they refuse to reimburse my rebate money.Desired Settlement: I strongly believe I deserve the balance rebate value amount of $60 in check.

I also request Revdex.com to recommend 1 Sale a Day to suggest that they must display the terms and conditions on the main page not at the attached rebate form, which irrelevant to the purchase but to claim the rebate. I am not sure about others, but I did not think to open to rebate form to read the rebate catch.

Review: I bought an INVICTA watch thought this company. the watch stopped working properly after 2-3 weeks. I thought it was the battery So I went to a watchman and replaced it with the best battery he had (3 years warranty). unfortunately this didn't work and the watch again stopped working after 2-3 weeks.

I went and replaced the battery. the problem remains.

Review: On April **, I placed order #[redacted] and the web page stated 5 to 7 business days for shipping. I waited several days and then contacted the company when no shipping information was provided. I was then told that shipping was changed to 7 to 10 business days. I waited the 10 business days and made contact again and was told there was no information as to when this order would ship. I have, repeatedly, asked (via email as there is no assistance available by phone and their FaceBook page will not allow users to post comments other than praise) for the order to be cancelled and my money ($399.99) be refunded. The initial responses I received said that cancellation was not possible, they had no shipping information, and I could refuse the package when it arrived and it would be returned to them and a refund would be issued. Now, they will not respond to any of my emails and still have not provided shipping information, yet they are still holding my money. Why not just cancel and refund as this is what I have requested, on several occasions? I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend at the end of November, and after several attempts to find out the status or really any form of information, I received a generic email stating my product would be sent in 3-5 business days. Review: This issue started back in December. My husband made a purchase through this online site back on December **, 2013. Our account was billed that same day, but after 3 weeks of waiting we hadn't received what he ordered, nor did we hear from anyone at the company. On January **, 2014 I sent the first of many emails asking where the item was. They have an auto-repsonse email that says it takes 3-5 days to hear back from them. I ordered an item from 1daysale last Friday. 1daysale is primarily an online site and as such I ordered and paid through paypal. When ordering I had not noted that my address had been listed incorrectly when I clicked the processing button but noticed immediately afterwards. This is when I realized that 1daysale has not way of contacting customer service except via email. Of course I immediately sent an email telling them a corrected address and providing my phone number for any questions. I should have suspected problems when I saw that the web site says customer service will get back within 3 days. Well it has now been 9 days and I finally got the following response....

When trying to contact the agency, they had no phone number on their website, just a web form. Every time I reply to an email, it's another issue, "please send pictures", "send the pictures again", "have you received anything yet?" with 4-5 days in between responses. Review: I have several issues to resolve;

1) On November *, 2013, I made a purchase from "1sale.com," previously "1saleaday.com". It was advertised with an estimated shipment of 1 - 2 weeks, the same as many if not all items on the website. I was charged immediately. After 3 weeks, I had recieved nothing from this business. No product, no shipping confirmation, no communication on any delay. On November **, 2013, I emailed their customer support inquiring about my purchase. The support page said that I would be contacted within 2 to 3 days. After no reply, I contacted them a few days later. On December [redacted], I filed a complaint with PayPal for failure to deliver product. On December [redacted] 2013, I received an email from 1Sale's customer service to my personal email informing me that my order had been shipped. They gave me a UPS tracking number. The same day, I also received correspondance via PayPal from another 1Sale representative that there had been an initial delay, but that they had received confirmation that my order had shipped and should be arriving soon. On Decemeber [redacted] and [redacted], 2013, I contacted 1Sale asking why my tracking number still had no data or record of shipment. On Decemeber [redacted], 2013, I was contacted by 1Sale informing me that there was a delay at their warehouse and that my item would be shipped soon. As of December [redacted], 2013, my purchased item has not shipped. There has been no further communication from 1Sale on why. The tracking number that they created on Decemeber [redacted], 2013, still has no information attached to it, and as far as I can tell, was never used.

2) During the last 6 weeks, on 2 additional occasions, 1Sale relisted the same items on their website as for sale, and sold more of this product to customers advertising an estimated shipping of 1 - 2 weeks. Now if a company has a known "delay" with a product that customers have been waiting over 6 weeks for, why continue to sell the same product advertising that it will be shipped in 1 to 2 weeks. This is misleading and false, and the company knows it. In fact, if their warehouses are so far behind that they are unable to keep up with demand and shipments, then 1Sale is knowingly providing false information to its customers by telling them that their products will ship in 1 to 2 weeks.

3) After studying the Revdex.com's complaints on 1Sale, I found that most complaints were resolved by default, rather than resolutions. Most plaintiffs became too wary too continue arguing and stopped communicating, unbeknownst to them that this would factor into 1Sale's grade as a positive resolved outcome.Desired Settlement: The outcomes I would like to see for myself, is the delivery of my purchased item. Also, an apology from management in a written letter for the incompetent customer service which blantantly lied to me on at least 2 occasions, as well as generating a tracking number in attempts to quiet my complaining without intending on immediate shipping.

The outcome that I would like to see 1Sale do for its customers is to firstly not generate UPS tracking numbers for products that are not shipping. I use UPS and know that it does not take days for a tracking number to become active. Once it is scanned, it enters the database. 1Sale currently produces tracking numbers to give the illusion that an order has been processed, and this is wrong and should be changed. Also, if the warehouses are 6 weeks behind, then customers have a right to know. This should be reflected by stating on the page that the estimated shipping time is 6 weeks, not a generic and untrue 1 to 2 weeks.

Review: I ordered NOOK the first week of December for a Christmas present and received this response. (#[redacted]on 12/**/2013 is being processed). Delivery was supposed to be one to two weeks. When it did not arrive, I emailed them. I have since emailed four more times and have not gotten a response. I finally found a toll-free number which I have called twice. The message from the phone was that it was closed due to high call volume, most likely because SO many people are in the same boat as I! This is not the first time delivery has been unacceptably delayed, although I finally received the product. I needed this by 12/* to give to my daughter for her birthday yesterday. I paid extra for this and I still havent received it.
