Review: On 11/**/13 my wife and I ordered 3 Nook HD's for a total of $239.97 for Christmas gifts for our 3 boys. We realize there is a long processing using 1sale and there was a risk we wouldn't get the product before Christmas and we where OK with that. on 12/[redacted]/13 our package was shipped out via UPS with the weight of 4.10 lbs. ([redacted]) On 12/**/13 we received the package with the slip indicating package 1 of 1 and saying Qty 3. inside the package only contained 2 of the 3 nook HD's. The packaging slip said you must respond within 2 business days if anything was missing or broken. On 12/**/13 the same day we received the package we contacted them with the only option they give via e-mail 1sale.com/contact. An automated e-mail response says please give them 3 business days to respond. The day we got the package was on Thursday in the evening so we didn't count that day. We waiting until December [redacted]allowing 3 business days to pass to send a second e-mail. We waited until December **for 3 more business days not counting Christmas to send our 3rd e-mail. As you can see it is now the [redacted]with no contact from them yet. We did some research and found their number they don't post [redacted] but it just has a message that due to high volumes of calls our line is closed we would be glad to help via e-mail. We understand errors can happen but to not reply within the time they say it would, is not good customer service.Desired Settlement: To receive the other Nook would be great.

I contacted 1sale.com customer service on 5/*/2014 and they provided the following reply: "Dear [redacted], I am truly sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem with your order. We ask that you send the item back for a refund. Your RMA number is [redacted]. Within the next 2-4 days, you will receive separate emails containing the RMA form. If you are unable to locate the information in your inbox, please check the spam folder. To ensure a quick return process, we ask that you send the form back with your package. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, [redacted]. 1Sale.com, Customer Service Department"

I shipped back the diamond as instructed (USPS tracking number available upon request) to the address they provided on the RMA, which was 1Sale.com. [redacted].

The tracking showed that delivery was attempted by no one was available to accept the package. I contacted them and received the following reply: "Dear [redacted], Thank You for contacting 1Sale.com. I am very sorry to hear the item was not as expected. Please be advised at this time we will not be able to pick up the item from USPS. Also the return tracking number is not valid. Should you have any additional concerns please let us know. Thank you. [redacted]. 1Sale.com. Customer Service Department"Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund through my original purchase method. I was approved to return the item and I returned it as instructed by 1sale.com's support team. Please issue a full refund.

Review: I purchased quantity 2 of True White Advanced Plus Whitening System for Two for $27.98 on 12/**/13, and they charged this amount to my debit card. I expected a little bit of a delay, due to the holidays. Usually, my orders with them are shipped with a week or two. After two weeks, my order still said processing. On 12/**/13, I sent an email requesting information on my order, then again on 1/**/14 and 1/**/14. I still got no response. On 1/**/14, I sent a final request for an update or a response of any kind to my emails and stated they had 5 days to respond, or I would be contacting the Revdex.com. They have charged me for the items I purchased, but they refuse to reply to any of my attempts to contact them, nor have they actually sent the product I paid for. I found a phone number for them on Revdex.com.org, and they didn't answer that either. I've ordered from them twice before, and had no issues with either of those orders.ingDesired Settlement: I want the product that I purchased delivered to me, or I want my money back. Either option is acceptable.

Review: I ordered a HP laptop from 1Saleaday through their Ipad application, when I received it I found out that it was a refurbished laptop. I contacted 1Saleaday with screenshots of the device (which I took as a precaution) and showed that their advertisement clearly did not state that the laptop was refurbished and asked for it to be returned. I was told that the advertisement clearly stated it was refurbished and that all sales were final. We have traded numerous emails, and I have even showed them on another deal where their Ipad App did not show it was refurbished, but when I went to their actual website, it showed it was. I was told again it clearly showed it was refurbished and that all sales were final. I have screen shots of my computer, showing that it did not state it was refurbished and I have screenshots of another laptop (from web site and Ipad application) where one shows refurbished and the other does not (respectively). I purchased this device on Sept **, 2013 and received it on 9/**/2013. Immediately after receiving, I contacted them about the laptop being refurbished and asked to return for a full refund. We have since traded about 5 email, with most of them looking like they never even read or looked at my screenshots.Desired Settlement: I would like to either return the laptop for a full refund, or receive a credit and apology from 1Saleaday for misrepresenting the product and the anguish this has provided. They also need to fix the problem so others are clearly made aware of the refurbished products.

Review: Two issues:

1. I emailed the company on 6/** after purchasing a product. In error, I purchased 2 of the product when only needing 1. The company never replied to my inquiry.

2. I contacted the company today because the order has not yet shipped and I will be moving next week. The company informed me they are unwilling to refund me for the purchase as well or update shipping information even though the item has not shipped yet. I ordered on 6/** as this was ample time to have a package received by end of June. They told me to "refuse the package" and it will be shipped back to them. I am unable to do this if I will not longer be living there. They have offered no assistance whatsoever in fixing this problem.

Now, because the company never fixed my first issue, I have 2 of the same products being delivered to an address where I will not be living. I am moving out of state and will not be able to retrieve this package.

The company is unwilling to cancel and refund the order and is also unwilling to update the shipping information.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the products purchased in the amount of 25.98

Review: I ordered a pair of Columbia Polarized sunglasses from 1saleaday.com on February *, 2013 (Order# [redacted]). I was in the process of getting married and moving and did not open the package until May [redacted], 2013. Upon opening the package I noticed that the sunglasses were already scratched on the lens. I immediately contacted the company and explained the situation and asked to either have a replacement pair sent or my money back. I was asked by their customer service department ([redacted]) to provide a picture of the damage, so I did that and sent it to customer service. At that point they completely changed their tune and said it was too late and I was not eligible for any replacement or refund. I explained my situation again and the fact that they initially were indicating they would work with me but they have become very uncooperative and I feel like I have no other option but to contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back. I'm willing to accept a new pair of sunglasses, or a $25.00 credit with 1saleaday.com though if it means a compromise that will work for both parties.

Review: I purchased a tablet on this company's website on 5/**/2014 and submitted a rebate form for the product. The rebate form was received by 1Sale on 6/*/2014. The amount of the rebate was $20 and was supposed to be mailed to me in the form of a debit card. The rebate said to allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery of the rebate. It is now 11/*/2014 - over 21 weeks since they received my rebate form. I have made multiple inquiries over the phone and via their website. Each time I am told it will be just a little while longer. At this point, I believe they do not intend on sending me the rebate.Desired Settlement: I just want the $20 the owe me.

Review: I placed an order with 1Sale via an application that I had installed on my phone. I purchased a set of headphone from the company on November [redacted], 2013. I waited a approximately three weeks and still hadn't received my order. I reached out to the company via email (they don't have a phone number listed) regarding the status of my order. I received a reply stating that my order had been processed and was given a UPS tracking number. Every time I attempted to track my order on UPS, I received a "not available" update. I emailed 1 sale again on 12/**/13 stating that I had not received my order and was unable to track my order via UPS. I never received a reply. I emailed 1Sale again on 12/**/13 and didn't receive a reply. I have attempted to contact the company via phone number and was prompted with a message stating that they are unable to take any calls due to high call volume, and to email the company.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: I purchased an Ipad and was promised a $50 Prepaid [redacted] card. The Ipad was delivered and paperwork was submitted to get the [redacted]. The [redacted] arrive approx 6 weeks later. We made multiple attempts to use the [redacted] while the card was valid and it was declined EVERY time. We have contacted 1Saleaday's [redacted] supplier to find out that 1Saleaday was refunded the Prepaid [redacted] money and it will not be given to us. I am going to file a dispute with my bank on the charges for the transaction if necessary. This is a scam that needs to be stopped.

Review: I ordered a pair of Beats headphones on 10/**/13. I was told 2-3 weeks for shipping and have waited just short of 3 months. I have emailed 1sale a couple of times and they told me on 11/**/13 that the headphones would ship in 1 week. Then on 12/*/13 customer support tells me to allow 3-5 days for shipping. I then told them I needed them by a certain date and if they were not shipped I would like to cancel my order. Their response was I can not cancel my order would have to wait since my order was processing. After another email I was told I would have to refuse the order from the postal carrier and once they received it back I would have to wait for a 5-7 days for a refund. They had no problem taking the money out of my account when I hit submit on the order, but are not willing to make the situation right.

This company has no phone number to contact them only email and it take days before they return the email. I feel as though they have scammed me.Desired Settlement: I just want my money credited back to my account.

Review: I ordered the product....within minutes changed my mind about wanting it. I tried to cancel the order and read on the webpage you simply can't cancel a order. I went ahead and sent them a message on their webpage support, asking for it to be cancelled. I never received a reply from them on it. Within a few days my credit card was charged for the order and it has cleared my bank (not in a processing status) Most reputable companies once the funds have been submitted ; the product has shipped. About 2 weeks have passed and my order still shows processing. I have tried calling their phone number but you can not get a live representative. I have also sent a inquiry email asking about the status of my order and no reply!Desired Settlement: cancel my order and refund my money!

Review: Placed order #[redacted] on 12/*/2013. There were two items ordered, paid via PayPal, and the money was promptly deducted from my account. Est delivery said to be 1-2 weeks. Nothing received within the timeframe. Attempted to contact the company via "contact us" on 12/** no response. Sent Facebook message on 12/** asking for status update. On 12/** I received email stating issues, would ship in 1-2 (more) weeks. No delivery. On 12/** I received an email saying would ship within 1-2 days. No delivery. On 1/*/2014, I received a partial shipment of 1 of the items.

Since 1/*/2014, I have sent emails, used their "contact us" link from their website, attempted contact via telephone (mailbox was full), sent several facebook messages, posted on their facebook wall, tweeted, and have finally sent a facebook message to who "appears" to be the CEO. I have had zero response to ANY of the inquiries!

In the meantime, they continue to send out emails advertising THIS SAME PRODUCT for sale, but can't or won't deliver mine?!

I finally located a [redacted]# (which was NOT on the website) and called them, and received the message that they are "closed for the holidays" and it is December **. It is a BIT premature to be closing a business for the Holidays a week ahead, ESPECIALLY a business that provides goods for gifting. Now my #1 gift for Christmas sits in a "processing" status, I have been charged for it, and can do nothing about it.

Review: I've attempted to contact support 3 times now and am not getting anywhere. I've purchase from this company several times now but am now batting zero 3 orders in a row.

The first is order [redacted] with the wireless mouse. I received the mouse but no usb connection to be able to use it. The mouse is worthless. Going on 3 weeks with no support response regarding this issue.

Second order is [redacted]. It shows shipped with tracking number but tracking shows not shipped. Have sent two support tickets and received a response after 2 weeks that did not even address my issue.

Third issue is the order that arrived today. Order [redacted]. Tracking shows 3 items shipped in one box but the mystic topaz stud earrings are not in the order. I'm not even going to bother sending a support ticket because based upon my previous 2 inquiries it will go unresponded.

I love purchasing from this company but if they are no longer consistent with even sending the products I do not see any reason to continue purchasing. It is one thing to wait a few weeks to receive an order, but to not receive an order or it to not be complete is just simply not acceptable.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a credit card refund for the following. Review: I have been emailing 1Sale.com's customer service for several days to request a replacement Blu-ray DVD Player because the one they shipped to me on was Dead on Arrival (DOA). Their Website indicates that I could email customer service within 21 days to request a return authorization number and instructions, but emailing customer service is an endless loop and their turn-around time is 2-3 business days! I have emailed them over four times and still my issue has not been resolved. They have told me to call [redacted] and [redacted] told me to ask for a replacement from 1Sale.com since the Blu-ray DVD Player NEVER worked! I'm not complaining about the two weeks it took for the home theater system & Blu-ray DVD Player to be shipped. I am complaining because the device NEVER worked and instead of resolving my issue by sending me a replacement device along with a RMA # to return the dead device, 1Sale's customer service people just seem to play the stalling trick and it's an endless loop of emails. I think the reps are stalling so that the 21 day time limit runs out.

Yes, [redacted] offers a 1-year warranty, but I do not think it's fair that I should have to pay to have an item shipped to an authorized retailer in another state when the device NEVER even powered on!

My last few emails have been ignored, so here I am complaining about their poor business practices and poor customer service. It's really frustrating because I've placed several orders with 1Sale.com over the last few months without any problems, but after this, they will not see a dime of my money again unless they make things right!Desired Settlement: I would like to have a working Blu-ray DVD Player shipped to me for free and a return authorization # so that I can return the dead device at their expense.

You have no problem taking someoneshard earned money but cannot provide them with any notifications of their package. Review: On 10/** I ordered a Nook HD+ 32GB for a Christmas present. At the time the site said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. On 11/**, having not received my item I contacted 1sale to ask about the order. on 11/**, having not even heard back from the 11/** inquiry, I contacted them again. Later that day they finally responded to the 11/** message saying "I apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing a minor delay in shipping this item. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your order to process and ship." On 11/** they finally responded to the 11/** message, this time saying "We are currently experiencing a minor delay in shipping this item. This item is currently set to ship within 1 week. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your order to process and ship. " I decided to wait another week before doing anything else.

As of today, 12/*, I still haven't received my item and have had no meaningful contact from the company. I was never contacted to be informed of a shipping delay outside of delayed responses to my own order inquiries, and both support requests about my order took over a week to get a response. I have sent in another support request today, but I don't expect anything to come of it.

I need this item before Christmas, and I'm disgusted that 1sale has been holding onto my money for 5+ weeks. I _could_ have bought this item from another seller after 10/** if I'd only known this would happen. So 1sale is responsible to getting this item to me. Also, please note that my credit card was charged immediately and 1sale has been holding onto my money for 5+ weeks without delivering a product promised to ship within 2 weeks. This is unethical.Desired Settlement: I want my item delivered immediately, and by a normal person's schedule, not 1sale's, which is apparently "whenever we feel like getting around to it." In addition I want a partial refund to account for holding onto my money for 5+ weeks, OR I want overnight shipping. Either will be acceptable in addition to finally delivering my item. I will not accept a refund, I need the item and would have it already if it wasn't for 1sale dragging their feet. (Either from 1sale or alternate sources.)
