No, this complaint has NOT been resolvedI still have not received a credit for the purchase I did not receiveThey said it was credited through my original payment purchase, but that credit card number was closed because of fraudulant activity on the accountI have told them this and requested a payment in check or other form, and have not had a response from themThere is no way to contact them by the phoneIt is quite annoying

I have delt with alot of dealership parts and service centersI do buy partsI have to say Ron Bouchard's is one of the best one's I have been to, anyone of their fine locationsLife get to people and they will take the time to complain or be negative, but not as much as if it is good or better than goodWell

At this time, I have been contacted directly by 1SaleADay LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After numerous emails and a refund from my credit card company they finally said they would send me a return shipping label so that I could return the item to them. They said I would receive it in 1-days. That was over two weeks ago and despite several email messages saying I still have not received it still no shipping label or response to my last messages. At this point my credit card company reviewed the circumstances and issued me a refund so I if they want their merchandise back then they need to send a shipping label because I am not paying to return the item. The cost of the postage exceeds the value of what they sent to me

that this only happened after several months of back and forth with the seller where they claimed the item would ship shortly only to be told later that it was out of stock so buyer beware.

business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  I contacted them so many times but nothing get resolved as I included in my original document their responses.    They are hoping that I either forget or give up, but I don't and I want get the $10 for the Rebate that I submitted or they refund the purchase I made for this rebate.  I'm more than happy to send them back the merchandize if they send me a pre-paid shipping label.

The customer was refunded in full.

After I notified them that my credit card company had reviewed the circumstances and issued me a refund they suddenly decided to respond to my numerous requests for a return shipping label.   I seriously believe they would  have continued to ignore my requests if I didn't receive the credit from my credit card company.   They are horrible to do business with!

The service dept. at Ron Bouchard Nissan in Lancaster,Ma. forgot to Torque the lug nuts on my tire when they rotated all the tires. My tire almost fell off. It was a very dangerous ride to my mechanic, I could have been killed or caused harm to another had I gotten in an accident. It got much worse on the way there. I kept thinking I had a flat tire which I kept checking but if was not flat. I often have my 6 yr. old grandson in my car. My mechanic was able to take the lug nuts off easily with his fingers. The service manager at Ron Bouchard Nissan told me someone had likely "messed with my tire". I informed him my car is kept in a very secure garage all the time. I said "so your telling me that while I was out shopping at the mall, grocery store, or at the doctor or the movies, that someone was loosening the lug nuts on my tire"? He said "it could happen". He then asked "what can we do for you, how about a free oil change". I said "your kidding right, why on earth would I ever bring my car back there"? On another note of bad service from Ron Bouchard Nissan, when I bought my pre-used car, there were stains on the seats and fabric on the ceiling. I was assured when I picked up the car, it would be sparkling clean inside and out. When I picked up the car one day ahead of a long trip, the stains were still there. I was told by the car salesman "I guess they could not get the stains out:". I got them out with just a little effort and good cleaner. I don't give people three strikes your out. They had two and failed miserably.
