Review: I ordered 10 cell phone cases on December [redacted] 2013. Order #: [redacted].

On December [redacted] 2013 I received two of the cell phone cases in the mail. I contacted customer service who apologized for the partial shipment and I was assured that I would get the 8 others.

I have been waiting for the rest of them ever since that day.

It's been almost a year I've sent numerous emails including attached pictures of the package.

I wish I knew the reputation of this company before I ordered from them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the remaining products

I have sense sent emails on 12/**, 12/[redacted]12/**, 1/**and today is 1/**/14. I still have not recieved my order and my credit card has not been credited. I have contacted UPS and they stated the item was damaged and returned to the sender. However, I have yet to receive a valid response from 1SaleADay. The last response I received on 12/**/13 was that they apoligize for the inconvenience and they are having problems locating my order. Although I previously provided the order number. As a consumer, I am highly frustrated. I tried to call the number that was listed on the Revdex.com site and I was not successful in reaching anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the items that were order or receive a refund ASAP. These items were ordered in November and it is now January!

On Nov. *, 2013, I made a purchase for $22.99 (total) for the [redacted] Cutting Board + 3 Piece Knife Set. I paid for this item via PayPal. My checking account that is linked to my PayPal account was debited the $22.99 on Nov. * (same day) without issue. I received an email (receipt) from PayPal on Nov. * confirming my payment and it clearly has my correct address on the receipt. Additionally, the shipping address associated with this card is located in Montrose, CA (and has been for 5+ years). Furthermore, I have made MANY purchases throughout the years, with different vendors, using my PayPal account (with the same associated debit card) and have never had any issues with items being sent to my Montrose, CA address.

I have sent multiple emails to Customer Service and have only received generic replies (twice from an individual named Maurice). Emails sent [redacted]. When I called the one phone number I could find for this company, I was on hold from 9pm - 9:35pm PST. I gave up and hung up. Nevertheless, I've emailed their online support many times before this item was even delivered (today), to tell them about this issue and hopefully to stop delivery...to help in ANY way. My requests were ignored until only today I received Maruice's second and last too-bad-too-sad email that recommended that I "retrieve [the item] from that location." That location = Brooklyn, NY. I live about 2,500 miles away.

I have used [redacted] prior and while I have saved money on items, the shipping as always been slow. This time, the shipping was completely botched! I understand human error but this is a bit more than I'd like to put up with. I will not be shopping from this website again -- I'd rather pay more money and know I'm dealing with a respectable company that does the bare minimum -- invest money in quality customer service representatives -- to take care of problems.

Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes to it. The shipping address is provided by the customer and as such we have no control over it.

Your order should be undeliverable and returned to us. We can then have it reshipped to an alt address. Please provide the address you would like it reshipped to.

Review: I ordered a product (wireless keyboard) on October [redacted]. My credit card was charged immediately. Terms of sale indicated shipping time to be 1-2 weeks. When the order status still said "processing" after 13 days, I intiated contact with customer support via merchant website to request status of the order, and request expediated shipping to deliver the item as agreed. I received an automated response that somebody would respond in 1-3 business days. On the [redacted] day (16 days after placing the order) I received a response stating that the merchant was "experiencing a minor delay" in shipping, and to "please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship." Response to my request for expediated shipping was: "at this time we do not offer specialized shipping options."

I responded to customer support on the same day, stating my disappointment that specific resolution was not offered and disagreement that with the idea of "specialized shipping options." I have received no response. After email correspondence failed to provide any resolution, I sought contacting customer support via telephone. Their website lists no method of contact apart from email. A search through public information and Revdex.com website identified a reliable contact number. I have attempted to contact customer service via telephone leaving multiple messages, but have received no response.Desired Settlement: The merchant has failed to follow through on shipping the item as agreed. This breaks my trust that they will follow through in the future, and has negatively effected plans I had made to utilize the purchase based on the timeline for delivery. Customer support has failed to respond to multiple means of communication or offer resolution.

I request immediate cancellation and full refund.

Review: In February 1 sale a day offered a free Heart Pendant if we shared 5 email adresses, which I did and recieved the confirmation that I did. I still have received the pendant. I have called their toll free number ###-###-#### several times and it says they are closed because of high call volume. The company advertised the product as ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7. After waiting for more than a week (they sent out a shipment notification a week back saying ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7 is shipped with a tracking number.

Now this company claims in an email that I received today that they mis-advertiserd the product and what I will receive is ASUS MeMO Pad 7 and not ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7. So the corrected product is not HD. This makes a huge difference. I am unable to reach the merchant so far by any means.Desired Settlement: Please refund the total amount of the product back to my Paypal account.

According to the tracking number from the USPS it was received by them on December **, 2013. According to their return instructions the following would happen, "Your refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving the item from the shipper" and this did not happen. Review: I purchased an HDMI cable from 1Saleaday on 7/**/2013. This purchase came with a $10 rebate. After I received the cable, the next day or two I filed the form and sent along all the necessary information including original UPC. I suppose to get the refund within 8 weeks. However, I didn't. When I contacted the company, the customer service person sent me an e-mail that I did not send the original UPC of the product. But I'm sure I did. They either missed place it. I contacted them again and again not progress. I like Revdex.com to take action and resolve this problem. I will attach the purchase receipt, and the conversation I had with three different customer rep.Desired Settlement: I like them to send me $10 of the rebate I sent them with all information.

Review: I made a purchase from this company on November * 2013.

1. They misrepresented the order. In the end they send me refurbished item without any packaging.

2. I received my order on December ** 2013. They claimed 5-7 business days.

3. I returned my item and have record that it was delivered, but they claim no record of my item on February *.

4. They bill credit card on the day of purchase and take 2 month to send you the product.

5. No refund has been made.

6. No way to call customer service. No phone number.

7. Emails from customer service respond in 1 week. All emails are templated and do not answer your question.

8. Overall I sent 28 emails trying to resolve my order.

This company is a fraud and scam. By far the worst online shopping experience ever.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and I wish this business will be responsible for all the crimes they commit.

Review: I have been trying to cancel order #[redacted] for a samsung galaxy S3 cellphone by phonecalls and emails so it is not shipped. I mistakenly ordered a Samsung galaxy S3 cellphone on October **, 2013 which claimed to ship in 1-2 weeks. I realized immediately that this was not the note phone I had been searching for so I tried to cancel the order. There is no phone number on the website and the company claims to need three days to answer an email so I called [redacted], my credit card provider, within 5 minutes of clicking on the order and they attempted to call 1Sale a Day. We sat listening to music for 20 minutes ([redacted] from [redacted] and I) and no one picked up. I then emailed the company (this was within half an hour of making the order)which I have since learned does not accept returns, to cancel my order #[redacted] for the cellphone. I have not received any correspondence back. I just called [redacted] and this time [redacted] and [redacted] each attempted to call 1Sale a Day, [redacted] on hold with no voice mail coming on for an hour, again to no avail. I disputed the claim but have been told that this is not a simple matter if the item has been shipped. Review: I ordered two items from this company on 11/[redacted]/13 (order # included in additional details). The first item (earrings) was received without problem. The second, Sherpa boots, were shipped separately. On 12/**, I received an email that the boots had been shipped, with a tracking number (via UPS, to ultimately be delivered by the postal service). The expected arrival date was 12/**. When I checked the tracking on the [redacted], the tracking information said the boots had been delivered by the postal service on Saturday, 12/*. I received nothing that day. I live in a gated community and receive packages 3 or more times a week, so I have no reason to believe it was stolen (nor did I ever hear USPS come to my door that day). Additionally, my neighbors would have brought me a misdelivered package.

I wrote to 1Sale's support address on 12/**and received an automated reply. On 12/** I received an email with no personal response, just a shipping confirmation with the same UPS tracking number that now listed the anticipated arrival date as 12/**, but when you put the tracking information into UPS's web site, it still showed delivery by the USPS on 12/*.

I wrote the support address again on 12/**, stating: "I'm not sure I understand... this is the same as my earlier tracking number, which says [the package] was delivered by the post office on 12/**, but I never received it. Did you re-ship, or are you just resending me the tracking information?" I received the automated response but no subsequent reply within 3 days, their own estimated latest response time. I also tried calling the number listed on the main Revdex.com site for this business ([redacted]), as they list no phone number on their own site on 12/[redacted]and left a message, but I did not receive a call back by today, the following morning. I believe the company shipped this package, but it never arrived. I would like to know if the company assumes the risk of this and addresses the problem with their carriers, or if the consumer is simply out of luck.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with either the boots I ordered or a refund. I am disappointed with the customer service as I have ordered from this business many times before. I would not rule out doing so again if this issue can be resolved.

Review: I ordered two tablets from 1sale.com, one of which arrived broken (it is cracked). I have emailed them many times in an effort to return the item for refund or exchange. They have answered, always many days later, with varying and confusing options: first, a confusing email saying the item was being shipped, with a link to a tracking number and estimated date of delivery. The tracking number was the same as the initial shipment and nothing came. A later response came saying "I have opened a damage claim for this package. Please keep the original packaging, and the shipping carrier will retrieve the item and return it to our warehouse." This had no further instructions. Then another email came saying "Please provide a picture of the item you received, so I may properly understand the issue and better assist you." I did this and subsequently have sent several emails to 1sale.com, showing them all 3 of the emails I received and asking what I need to do to return the item for refund or replacement. At this point, it has been days and days and they have not responded to anything. They have an [redacted] number listed on the Revdex.com website but it doesn't take messages.Desired Settlement: Because of the nature of these sales, i.e. limited stock of refurbished or used goods, I understand completely if the item is no longer available. I would be satisfied with a refund or replacement of the item.
