Review: I placed an online order on Dec *, 2013 with 1sale.com. My order # is [redacted] in the amount of $118.96. I purchased 4 items: a BBC Life 4 disc set, Hisense Pulse, Columbia Silverthorne Gunmetal men's sunglasses and converse sunglasses. 2 items had a 1-2 week shipping time frame and 2 items had a 2-3 week shipping time frame. I attempted to contact customer service on Dec [redacted]to inquire about my order, which I had not received notification of shipping. Within 2 hours of sending the email, which I never received a reply for, I did receive a shipping confirmation notice for 3 of the items with a tracking number for UPS and an approximate delivery date of Dec [redacted]. The tracking # was active for a week or so and then became inactive, with the UPS site saying that there was no info for the tracking #. (Making assumptions I can deduct that the items were marked as shipped and then never left the warehouse) I have attempted to email customer service an additional 3 more times. I have received 1 reply, with a pat reply saying, "We understand that you were looking forward to receiving your item as advertised and we apologize for the inconvenience. At this time we are experiencing a minor delay in shipping. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your order to process and ship..."

I have also attempted to call their phone number and got a message saying that they are not accepting calls at this time due to the large influx of calls and shipping issues but feel free to contact them via email.

I have been a customer for several years and have not had this issue before to this degree.Desired Settlement: I would like this to be resolved by receiving the items I paid for express shipping at their expense. If this is not possible, I want a full refund. I would also like an explanation as to the nature of the problem on their end and for a permanent complaint to be on file with you, as I see that this has been an ever increasing problem with this company with no improvement or change from the company to correct the issue.

Review: I placed an order for Nikon D3200 DSLR Camera with Kit and a pack of 3 Zorrel Men's S/S Chambray Shirts on September [redacted] on their website 1saleaday.com, and money was deducted from my credit card on September [redacted]. I sent emails to them regarding the status of my order on Sep *, Sep **, Sep **, Sep **, Oct *, Oct *. I tried to call them 2 times also, on first call I waited for 45minutes and second time 1hour 30minutes, but nobody answered the call. On email response, initially they said your order is currently being processed and will be shipped in 10-14days. After 1month, I asked them to send my items or refund my money. But they don't say anything about order status, and said they will try to cancel my order and if they are successful in doing so, you will receive a confirmation email. And unfortunately they can not cancel all orders. If I do not receive an email saying that your order has been canceled, I can refuse the package for a full refund. But how can I refuse the package for full refund, if I don't receive it? It's been already 28business days(40days), but they didn't provided any information regarding the shipping of my order, nor refunding my money. This is against the business practice, as they are not honoring the business agreement, and providing the requested information back to customer.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, as I already waited for my order for 28working days(40days).

Review: I placed order [redacted] on 1/** for a Rose Gold Michael Kors Mini Blair Watch. On 2/** I received the item and it was the wrong item. It was gold in color, not rose gold. I contacted 1 Sale A day and it took them 2 days to respond to me. No big deal. They told me that I would have to ship the item back to get a refund. I then proceeded to email them telling them I do not want a refund but I want the item that I ordered. There has been no response since then. I've sent 4 emails telling them that I want the correct item and they expected me to ship this item back to them and I would have to pay for the return shipping even though they sent me the wrong item. This is unacceptableDesired Settlement: I want the item I ordered. The Rose gold watch. The receipt clearly states I ordered rose gold but they sent me gold. I will not pay to send this item back. I want the rose gold watch and a prepaid label that will allow me to ship this item back to them. There is no way I am eating $10+ to ship the item back to them because they made the mistake.

Review: I ordered 2 nook HD plus from 1saleaday on October **, 2013. The website and email stated the item would be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. I emailed the company after 2 weeks; however, I did not receive a response from them until 5 business days after I sent the email, which their website stated it take 2 to 3 business days to reply. I also sent a request on November ** requesting an update followed by November [redacted] requesting the order to be cancelled and refunded due to no response from them. The email I did receive stated it will take another 3 to 5 business days to ship the items which I received on November [redacted]. After 5 business days on November [redacted], the item is still showing in process and has not been shipped, I sent a request for my order to be cancelled and refunded as there was no status on my order. As of today, December [redacted], the item has yet to be shipped. Since it has been 3 business days since I last requested an update and over a month since I ordered the product, I am now filing a formal complaint as I have received no further communication from the company. I have looked at the UPS tracking, # [redacted], and this item has not been shipped. The label was created on 12/*/2013 which was almost two weeks ago. According to the UPS website when entering the tracking number it states that "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." It appears the item has yet to be sent to UPS for delivery. I am requesting that this order is cancelled immediately. It has been a month and a half and this company has failed to send me my products. I do not want this order any more.

Review: The company is extremely slow in sending products. They advertise 7-10 days (mind you they do not specify business days). It has been almost two weeks now since I ordered an $80 router from them, and according to the website, it shows still "processing". Not even shipped. They immediately took the money out of my account as soon as I ordered but they aren't concerned at all in sending my product just as quickly. I sent an email to them three days ago with no response. No response when their phone is called. Review: Numerous company policies were not honored. An item should ship within 3 to 14 business days. I purchased a product on May *, 2013 it arrived on June **, 2013. Upon examination the item was found to be damaged. I contacted seller on June ** to advise of the problem. I sent the picture of the item so they knew what it was and didn't hear back. After numerous emails and a phone call that said the only way to contact customer service was through emails, I emailed again and was asked for another picture. Pictures were provided. Well, somehow the ordered showed up at my house after I was told it was cancelled. Review: 1 Sale A Day presented a deal for 16 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power Cartridges for $39.99, which I purchased. What I received was 12 Gillette Fusion Manual Cartridges with 4 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power Cartridges. These are completely different than the product that was purchased and that was advertised. As quoted on their [redacted], "39% Off 16-Count: Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power Cartridges "Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund, I had no intention on purchasing 12 Gillette Fusion Manual Cartridges and was scammed.

Review: I returned the item, as specified from Support at 1Sale. The item was returned to 1sale on February **, and signed for at the loading dock by [redacted]. They have yet to issue a refund for the item. I have contacted them twice and received the canned "it takes 5-7 business days to issue refund". The were reminded that it has been over 20 business days and still no refund was received.

At this point in time they have had the returned merchandise in their possession for over a month and they still my money. Clear, based on their Revdex.com rating, this is pretty common practice for this company.Desired Settlement: A refund so I never have to deal with this company again.

Received 2 of the items on November *. The tablet, the most expensive item has been listed as "partially shipped" since 11/* but I have yet to receive it.

I have placed a minimum of 4 emails over the past several weeks (as there is no Customer Service phone number) and outside of the auto-generated "We received your email and will respond within 2-3 business days" I have NOT received a response. On the emails too, it stated that timing was critical as this was a present for an event that is to occur this weekend. There is not a phone number to contact them by. There is not a live chat option to contact them by.

Today I sent an additional email stating to cancel the remainder of my order as I will not do business with a company that does not return customer communications.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order, refund my money.

They did not, however, speak as to why this occurred, why the message of "Partially Shipped" appeared next to the item for almost 30 days, or send any sort of apology or other form of communication.
