I have returned the item.  I rejected it with the USPS carrier and market it as "Return to Sender" as per the postal instructions and returned it back several days ago.  I have still not received any refund from this business.   They can track the return using the same tracking number that they sent the shipment with.

Review: On May *, 2013 I purchased a Shark Steam Mop from this company and it didn't arrive for almost a month. I was unable to use the product due to surgery that I had. When I was well enough to use it. I assembled it and it would not work properly or at all, no steam, just the motor running and getting very hot. I inspected the mop and also notice that it was not a brand new steam mop as the company advertised but a refurbished one. I emailed to complain and was told that the 21 days from purchase had expired. I didn't receive my steam mop till after the 21 days from purchase, the phone number on their online site doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and not have to deal with this company.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding. As per our return policy, we need to hear from the customer within 21 days of receipt that defective merchandise was received.

The customer has contacted our support team after this time frame. The mop was advertised as 'Factory Refurbished'. The customer was referred to the manufacturer for technical assistance as the product had a 90 day warranty.

Review: Purchased a Mac book Pro on 3/**/14... Indicated delivery was in 3-7 business days.

Contacted on 4/**/14 - stated minor delay in shipping and to allow 3-5 additional business days.

Contacted again on 4/**/14 - again stated delay and to allow additional 5 business days. 1sale Also informed me that my order was processing.

Contacted again in 4/**/14 - to state my dissatisfaction.... Still have not received computer and still have not heard from them

Review: I ordered Beats earphones online in November. The company processed my charge, $39.99 then sent me a fake tracking number saying the package had been shipped. I called my post office, they said the tracking was just a manifest that the package would be coming, and not the actual package. The tracking information stops at 1/*. I requested a refund several times, and they keep telling me that the package did not return back to them yet so they can't refund me eventhough they never sent it to me to begin with, because my post office would have delivered it. I have verified my address information with my local post office.

No, this complaint has NOT been resolved. I still have not received a credit for the purchase I did not receive. They said it was credited through my original payment purchase, but that credit card number was closed because of fraudulant activity on the account. I have told them this and requested a payment in check or other form, and have not had a response from them. There is no way to contact them by the phone. It is quite annoying.

Review: I ordered headphones from 1saleaday.com on November [redacted], 2013. My credit card was charged immediately. I heard no additional information about my order (which was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 business days) so on November [redacted]I inquired about my order status and was told that the item would ship in 3-5 business days. On December [redacted]I was sent a shipping notification and ups tracking code that do not exist in the UPS tracking system. Now it is Decebmer [redacted], the company hasn't sent my items nor returned my money with interest.Desired Settlement: I want my items delivered or I want a refund with interest. 6-7 weeks to sit on my money and not deliver the product as promised is unacceptable.

Review: we ordered this computer for our mom. She was told the computer would ship in around 2-3 weeks. The order was placed over 2 months ago. She cannot get any answers from customer service. She and we have been emailing them. Finally we asked her Mastercard to cancel it and they said they could not because the order is being processed. It is currently on the 1saleaday site as being processed. It has been that way since she asked the company to cancel it. Basically she is locked. An 80 year old woman no computer and no money to buy another.

The 800 number says it is closed due to high volume, no options for hold.

This is so disconcerting.

Review: On 5/**/2013 I ordered VIZIO 37" TV/RCA Soundbar Combo Model Number: E370VLE/RTS736 from 1 sale a day. My credit card was charged $279.99. I received notice from 1saleaday that my order was shipped on 6/*/13 by UPS. On 6/**/13 the package was transferred from UPS to USPS. I received notice from the post office that my order was at the post office in my mailbox on 6/**/13 and on the afternoon of 6/**/13 I went to my local post office to pick up my package. I was expecting the television and the soundbar. When they handed my package to me it said 1/* shipment and it was only the soundbar, no TV. I contacted the only number I could find for 1saleaday online that afternoon but they apparently do not handle telephone calls and I was told to email the company. I emailed them immediately and got an automated message saying they would respond within 3 days. On 6/**/13 I again emailed the company and this time I got a response asking what was missing from my shipment but no reply. I've emailed today and again no response. I would like to know where my television is or I would like a complete refund and I will return the soundbar as it is no good to me without a television. The TV has been found. I was finally sent a decent tracking number and was able to track the tv down. I was sent two shipments and only one tracking number and still had a very poor customer service response so I most likely will not do business with again but I have my tv. Now, hopefully it just works!

Review: On September **, *013 I ordered Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD from 1 Sale A Day for $139.99. When I received them they were packaged through the manufacturer with warranty and instructions. One Sale again advertised the same ones for $119.99 on 11/*/*013. I ordered 3 pairs (*black 1 white). Received the black ones on 11/** and were not packaged as before and just came in a small poly case. I immediately sent one sale an email to find out why they weren't packaged and wanted to know if they we reconditioned? Received a response from One Sale on 1*/*/13 stating nothing they could do because it was outside *1 days which was false. I received the white pair on 11/** packaged the same way as the black ones.

I've sent several emails to One Sale requesting to see if they were reconditioned. 11/**, 12/*, 12/** & 12/**. No responses to say if they were reconditioned. I received an email from One Sale 1/**/14 showing me the posting on their website that were advertised as factory refurbished 4 pages long. This was not the ad that was online. They did state I could return them for a 25% restocking fee. This is unacceptable and vowed to continue this. It has been in dispute with my Discover Card. I have documentation of all correspondence from One Sale and myself.

I have also been communicating with Beats corporate office.

Review: I placed the order on 12/**/2013. The company stated they would ship in 7-10 days. The company never shipped the item so I contacted them on 1/**/2014. At that time they told me that they are still working to complete the order. I then informed the company that I did not want the item. At that time they told me they would cancel it. The next day I received a email back stating that they have shipped it. The customer service then told me that they could not stop it and as long as I refused the package, they would refund it. I still have not received this refund.I have attempted to contact the company but they refuse to reply to me. It took them almost 50 days to ship the product. I do not want to wait the same about of time for my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund
