Review: I recently ordered two items from this company, a Cuisinart Bread Machine and a Roku 4. The bread machine was delivered in defective condition. I have tried for two weeks to contact this business and have had no response. Their 800 number is not responding either. I simply want to return the defective item and receive credit to my account for both items. I never did receive the Roku.Desired Settlement: I want to return the item received and have a full credit for both items to my credit card account.

Further to the customer's communication with our support team, the unit was advertised as is and was advised to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

We will attempt a stopshipment on the Roku yet cannot guarantee that we will be successful in doing so. In the event it is shipped, the customer may refuse its delivery and a refund will be issued upon its return.

Review: The quality of the earrings is not as advertised. They look nothing like the advertised image, which shows clear brilliant earrings, the earrings I received are salt and peppered throughout and horrible clarity. I brought them to a jeweler and he told me they should actually be considered industrial grade diamonds and are nowhere near I2, and I have attached a screenshot of the original listing, and there is a logo directly underneath the “ADD TO CART” that states "It's not shopping its victory satisfaction guaranteed", and I am very far from satisfied with this purchase.Desired Settlement: I have sent multiple requests to the business for a return merchandise authorization so I may send the earrings back for a full credit and received a generic response asking what the defect was, upon responding to the e-mail I have not received the requested return authorization instructions.

Review: Today is the [redacted]business day since a claim was opened for a refund on a missing order and I still do not show any refund in my account. As a recap, on Dec [redacted], I ordered 2 sets of diamond earrings (order #[redacted]from 1sale.com, formerly 1saleaday.com) that were specified at a certain size and clarity. On January [redacted]I received a partial order (1 set) though this set was not as advertised as one diamond was visibly yellow and the other was visibly white making them impossible to wear as a match, and not as advertised. The other half of this order was not in the package though the packing slip reflected 2 sets should have been in that shipment. Upon notification to 1sale I was told to wait an additional 10 days as the items could come in multiple packages. The response never addressed the sub-par partial merchandise received it only addressed the missing order. After waiting the allotted time I contacted 1 sale again and a claim for a refund was opened on January 15thDesired Settlement: Fully refund for undelivered merchandise and misrepresented merchandise.

Review: I am a long time customer of 1 Sale of Day and have never been so dissatisfied with their service before. I ordered 4 sets of curtains in a burgundy and brown and color to match my decor. What I received was 4 sets of yellow and brown curtains. I discussed with the customer service department who told me to send the product back for a refund since this was there error. Initially, they wanted me to pay for shipping even though I received the wrong product. They later sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the product. I promptly returned all 4 sets of curtains for which I was billed and only received a partial refund. How is it that your company thinks I should still pay for a product that I did not order. If they had made me whole by replacing the yellow curtains for the ones I clearly ordered I would have been satisfied but that has not been the case. Review: I the customer had order and received two Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini phones. After receiving the phones, I took the phones to our provider (Sprint) and found out the phones will not work with our provider. After finding out this information I contacted 1saleaday.com at [redacted], which is 1saleaday.com's customer support, in regards to getting a refund on the phones. The email stated:

•Requesting a return authorization (RMA) for:

•Order number: (can be supplied, not included in claim)

•The product you wish to return: Samsung Galaxy S4 Min

•(both: Quantity 2)

•Reason for return: Does not work with sprint provider, the phone was supposed to be unlocked and work with any provider. We have talked with sprint and they say there is no way to get this phone to work.

Price to refund is $679.98

Would prefer a refund.

•Was not delivered till 12/**/13

I sent 1saleaday.com this email on 12/9/13, which is only 7 days after we received the phones.

On December **I received a email from them stating:

We would be very happy to assist you in making the phone functional and checking on the unlocked status.

Please provide us with the IMEI code. It should be located in the back of your phone beneath the battery.

Review: I never received magazines that I orderedback in July. I have contacted them 3 times and 1 time never got any response. Review: I order a computer from 1saleaday. They charge my credit card for approximately 299.99 dollars. I ordered it on June * 2014. It had an estimated order 1.5 to 3 weeks. It is now July ** 2014 and I have not gotten my product. The only way to get a hold of them and they only way is email them. I get a generic "automatic" response back saying it just takes time to ship.

The 1st email said the following. "Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your purchase.

The estimated shipping time for this item was advertised as 2-3 weeks.

When your item is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email which will contain the tracking number.

This information will be sent to the email address provided at the time your order was placed.

Review: I have chosen "THIS COMPLAINT" as I am not sure where to start. On August **, 2013 I ordered a jacket from this website for $64.99. As soon as my order went through, I noticed I was charged for TWO (2) instead of ONE (1) which brought my total up to $129.98!!! I "IMMEDIATELY" found a phone # and called - only to find out they DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE PHONE LINE!?!?! I have ordered from this company for 2 years with no issues & just now found this out. So I sent an E-Mail out and ask that they either cancel one of the coats OFF of my order or JUST cancel my order all together. Two or three days later I get an answer saying it is too late for that, the order has processed, but when it arrives just refuse it and I can get a refund. Okay, I am fine with that. But in the meantime, the company sends out an E-Mail that they have "OVER HAULED THEMSELVES" and become "1SALE.com", sign on and see all the changes. So I go online to take a look, and the first thing I go to look at is their return policy - and big as day it states "NO RETURNS UNLESS DEFECTIVE" So I send off a SECOND E-mail to find out how they are going to handle this now. This is on September **, 2013 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE JACKETS! I get a response and it tells me when they are shipped I can return "ONE OF THE JACKETS" for a credit of $64.99. That would be great!!!! When they finally arrived - they came in ONE PACKAGE!!! I have not opened it as of yet. I have E-mailed the company back TWICE since then asking what I am to do about this situation, because if I send BOTH jackets back (which is what I WANT to do at this time) I want to make sure I get ALL of my money back. I do have to admit my last E-mail did get a bit heated (nothing really nasty) but I did tell them I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and would tell people about their poor practices if they did not correct this matter.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to return THEIR merchandise TO THEM and get my MONEY returned to me VIA my CREDIT CARD. Review: I ordered a Jambox speaker and a shower head online (through this company's iPhone app) on Sept **2013.

It was supposed to ship on Sept **2013.

On October **I received an e-mail indicating that the order had shipped via UPS. The tracking number did not work.

I sent an e-mail on Oct **letting them know that the tracking number was still not working.

On Oct **they sent me an updated tracking number, which allowed me to discover that they had shipped the order to the wrong address (an address in Palatine, IL, United States).

On Oct **informed me that they do not ship outside of the US, which makes me wonder why they accepted the order in the first place. They then went on to say that I'd have to hope that the order gets returned before they issue a refund.

Someone in Palatine IL has a new speaker and shower head, because of this company's shipping error, and I am left paying for it.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of $99.98US

the company did give me a full refund after waiting six weeks. I think this is wrong, the company told me that the product was no long available and after telling me this they had it on their site for $14.99 the week after. I think I should get what I have been waiting for. I think its absolutely wrong for them to have me waiting over a month and just give me back my money and send me on my way. they need to honor what they said they are going to do which is send me they keyboard.

Review: These guys here shipped my item to the wrong address. But hold on.. I noticed the wrong address right after my order was processed. Sent an immediate email to the customer service with the right address within 5 minutes of making the order. Can provide evidence. Also called right after to have them correct the issue. Was put on hold for 45 minutes, none showed.

I contacted them back many times to resolve the address issue. They would NEVER pick up the phone.

These guys made a mistake in address, and even when I spotted it, didn't correct it and shipped my item to the wrong address CHARGING me the money.Desired Settlement: They should be prompt in providing customer service. Should practice ethical business. I don't see them growing if they remain where they are.

If they do not refund my money, I'll be pursuing this beyond and much further.

Review: I purchased a ZyXELL Cloud Enabled Night Vision Wireless HD Camera from 1SaleADay and received the unit. The unit did not work properly so I contacted ZyXELL and worked with their Support Staff for nearly a week. Finally I decided to return the unit for refund since we could not get the unit working properly and was issued a return shipping ticket by 1SaleADay. I promptly returned the unit which was tracked and delivered on the [redacted] of August. I sent several email to 1SaleADay in early September requesting when I would get my refund. 1SaleADay customer service sent me a email back indicating that the return process takes approximately 7-10 business from when the returned unit arrives. They have had my returned unit for over one MONTH (delivered to them on ** August). I will most likely not be a returning customer. there was no correspondence, no customer service. the website said it would respond in 1-2 days. it has been 6. normally I would give grace, but because the order was placed an extra 8 days prior to that email and the status still said "processing" and this was a christmas gift, it is unacceptable.
