Review: This is in reference to Order #[redacted]. I paid for this item on 10/**. I have not received the item, nor have I been able to get anyone at the company to respond to any of my enquirers. At this point it would appear they have taken my money and not provided they product.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back or the item shipped within 5 days of this complaint.

Review: I ordered something from the 1saleaday website in June 2013. After my account was charged I waited about a month, I never received my order (#[redacted]) and began the process of starting an investigation. After much correspondence back and forth with the company (7/**/2013, 8/*/2013, 8/*/2013, 8/*/2013, 8/**/2013, 8/**/2013 & 9/*/2013) I was informed that they started the dispute. In the interim, I found out I was going to be relocating and the mailing address and email address associated with the account would no longer be valid. I contacted 1saleaday the only way I could via email to inform them of such. After about 7 emails, and 3 months I have yet to hear back from them. In my last correspondence, I informed them that if they were not willing to work with me or respond to my requests, I would be forced to report them to the Revdex.com. For your information, my original email was [redacted] and the item was supposed to be mailed to [redacted]. I informed them with plenty of notice that they would need to forward any correspondence to [redacted] and the item should be shipped to [redacted]. I am disgusted that this company has such poor customer service and refuses to follow through with their customers. They got their money but I never received my product!Desired Settlement: I want the item I ordered shipped to me. I've been waiting 3 months for the order. I also feel I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience, poor customer service and stress in having to deal with such an unprofessional establishment and their lack of correspondence.

Review: I paid for Beats by Dre - Red on order #[redacted] for my brothers Birthday present. I understand the product had a handling time of 2 weeks which I gave three to be on the safe side, this is a pending matter since October *, 2013. Needless to say the product has yet to be delivered I emailed 5 times got responded to 2 giving me the run around even though its been a month since I have been waiting. I got a shipping confirmation but when I looked up the UPS tracking nothing has been shipped its stuck in "a shipping label has been created" status. This is so frustrating that this site can't provide an customer service despite paying $100 for a pair of headphones.Desired Settlement: Step up and offer service to Customer. Any discount for the inconvenience? Some acknowledgment? hmmm ... maybe the truth about where the product is that I paid for and never received.

Review: This started out looking like a great deal. I needed a small foot print Keyboard with a touch pad. 1sale offered a refurb Logitech unit for $19.99 with free shipping. I have used this vendor before and they are a tad slow on shipping but they do have outstanding deals.

I got this unit delivered and it included the keyboard and a bluetooth USB dongle. No software or manual. I went to the Mfg. site and was told Win7 would auto set up. It did not work. I tried it on 3 different systems ranging from XP, Vista, and Win7 DEAD. I downloaded the MFG software. DEAD. I looked at the Mfg photos and the dongle looked way different.

I emailed support twice and got no response. The offer a 21 day return so within that time range I requested a Return Auth number. I again got no response.

I had paid with [redacted] figuring that I had their protection. I filed an initial dispute. The dealer turned down my refund request. I then escalated the dispute with [redacted] and the vendor sent a note to me through them asking if the unit came with a dongle and I said it did.

[redacted] then instructed me to return the unit. I used USPS Click and Ship with tracking.

A few days later the vendor said they never recived the item. [redacted] asked me for proof that I sent the unit. I sent them two copies from USPS, one showing the shipping address and the other showing the tracking that showed delivery.

I just got a [redacted] decision that said I did not return the unit, my activity wa going on my record and I would not be getting a refund.

At one time I was a very big internet seller and I have seen this type thing go on in the past where a giant retailer just stonewalls return requests and refunds

Review: November **, 2013 I ordered 1/4 Diamond Studs and one other item from 1saleaday they sent me an email with a tracking number on 12/*/13. The items was actually shipped on 11/**/13 but only one item was in box. Not the diamond studs. I have sent email after email they refuse to respond.All I'm asking is that they send the product I ordered or refund my PayPal account. This company needs to be accountable to it's customers.They have turned their phones have been turned off and customers have no way of contacting this company.Desired Settlement: Send Me the product or a refund!!

Review: I purchased headphones from this company on October [redacted] and have contacted them multiple times. First time I complained about late delivery they said they were going to cancel my order. I told them I did not want them to cancel my order. I still wanted the headphones and wanted a status update. I was contacted on November [redacted] saying my item would ship out within a week. Then on November [redacted] I was given a tracking number from UPS but when I have tried looking up the tracking number and still today on December [redacted] (a month and a half after purchasing) the website says a shipping label has been created but the item has not arrived at UPS. I e-mailed the company again on December [redacted] letting them know that I would be contacting you all to file a complaint and I never received a response. Also, all of this has been through e-mail communication. I have asked them for a phone number to speak with a live person about the issue but was never provided one. I tried looking for a customer service phone number but they handle all of their issues through e-mailDesired Settlement: I really want the headphones and a discount for the trouble this has caused me. These headphones were meant to be a gift and it's very embarrassing having to tell the person after a month and a half that their gift still has not been delivered.

Review: I ordered a computer in february 2013, nearly two years ago. Since receiving it, it has never worked properly. I have emails with this company from over a year ago. Most recently, I decided to get a new computer and give this piece of crap to a family member. When trying to set it up, the computer says it needs the "windows key password" to access setting up the device. We called the manufacturer ASUS (1saleaday wouldn't do anything except pass the responsibility) and they could not help us. They needed to know who the computer was registered to, which should have been ME, but he said that was not the name in which the computer was register to. I was the only owner of the computer since ordering it from 1saleaday.com and since it was refurbished, someone else obviously owned it before getting to me. Since I have no idea what happened to this computer before I owned it, I turned to the company I purchased it from. They have not helped even a little and keep telling me the computer is not under warranty. What I keep trying to explain to them is that it is not a warranty issue, it is an issue that only they can help fix because it happened before I ever even owned the computer. They have now just stopped replying all together and I don't know what else to do. The computer was $300, so I feel like I could have just thrown it out the window. The laptop was delivered on July *, 2014. The laptop did not power on right out of the box (Dead On Arrival). Numerous emails have been sent to 1sale.com (formerly 1Saleaday.com) at [redacted] since July *, 2014 requesting RMA to send the laptop back but have not received any responses.Desired Settlement: Seeking a refund from 1Sale.com (formerly 1Saleaday.com) to buy a different Laptop. I need a RMA to send the Asus 15.6 Ultra-Thin Notebook Model U56E-BBL6 (order #[redacted]) back.

Review: I purchased [redacted] UrBeats ear buds for $39.99 from 1saleaday.com on November *, 2013. The company never shipped the items, but took money out of my account immediately. Since they did not ship the items, I obviously never received them. I spoke with [redacted]- a representative from the company who apologized and said she would refund my money, which she did (On December **, 2013). As I was looking through my Paypal account, I noticed that 1saleaday.com went back into my Paypal account and withdrew the $39.99 that was already refunded, claiming they were "reclaiming funds that were refunded in error". This refund was not an error as I have email proof that I was able to get a refund, directly from the company. I did not authorize this transaction and this is illegal to take money out of my account that was not authorized. I am beside myself that a company could use this type of business practice (withdrawing funds immediately before shipment, never shipping items, refunding the money since they never shipped items and then re-withdrawing money illegally from customers).Desired Settlement: I want my money back immediately.

Review: I've ordered several items from 1saleaday.com (now 1sale.com.) I really like the deals, but the customer service and shipping are far less than acceptable. Here are a couple of my orders:

Order #[redacted]... Sheets... expected delivery 10 days... arrived in 21 days (Also sent to the wrong address, so luckily UPS figured it out and got it to us a couple days later yet.)

Order #[redacted]... TV mount... expected delivery 10 days... arrived in 35 days

Order #[redacted]... camera... expected delivery 10 days... arrived in 21 days

Order #[redacted]... DVD players... expected delivery 10 days... still waiting after 28 days... says "awaiting delivery"

Most recently, I e-mailed 1sale.com three times before I finally got a reply regarding my order of DVD players that I am still waiting for. The reply from the representative [redacted] did not answer my question and did not give me any sort of estimate of when my order will arrive. According to my account on the website, it is still "awaiting delivery" although I don't know what that means.

They charged my credit card for the items right away, but products take a long time to arrive, if they do.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered ASAP!!! We were planning to use them for a trip at the beginning of January, but now it's long past that. I would also like a credit or partial refund for the extended wait time.

Review: I placed an order online with 1saleaday.com on november **,2013, I purchased a curtis klu tablet, purchase price of $44.99. I waited about a week and a half and then decided to contact as I had heard nothing about shipping or when I would recieve product. on the website date of purchase under item it showed 3-5 business days for shipping, which is why I ordered this item, I purchased this as a gift for christmas and I ordered it because of the shipping, I figured I would recieve the product way before christmas. it is now december [redacted] and still have yet to get any shipping details or recieve what I ordered. I am extremely upset as I ordered this gift for my child, I need to have either my money returned to me immediately so that I can purchase a different one or I need to recieve the product this week, by the [redacted] at the latest!! Review: On June [redacted] I ordered a ten piece landscaping solar light sight advertised as worth over $100. It stated item would be shipped in 3-9 business days. Two weeks later I get an email saying they are having a problem and item will now ship in 3-6 weeks. I sent back a message saying I wanted to cancel the order. They responded saying the order has already been prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled. I kept sending them messages asking why I had not received my item. On the [redacted] week they said it has been shipped and I would receive a tracking number by the end of that week. After 8 weeks I disputed the charge with [redacted] as I still had not received anything. Suddenly 2 days later I receive this package left on my door by the mailman. Imagine my surprise when I open it and find a set of landscape solar lights that I could purchase at [redacted] for 97 cents each. I believe they sent me whatever they could find in their warehouse to avoid the charge back from [redacted]. I sent them a message saying I wanted a return shipping label and a total refund as what they sent was certainly not what I ordered. After numerous emails and a refund from my credit card company they finally said they would send me a return shipping label so that I could return the item to them. They said I would receive it in 1-4 days. That was over two weeks ago and despite several email messages saying I still have not received it still no shipping label or response to my last messages. At this point my credit card company reviewed the circumstances and issued me a refund so I if they want their merchandise back then they need to send a shipping label because I am not paying to return the item. The cost of the postage exceeds the value of what they sent to me.

After I notified them that my credit card company had reviewed the circumstances and issued me a refund they suddenly decided to respond to my numerous requests for a return shipping label. Review: On 11/**/2013 my order arrived via USPS with an EMPTY BLACK BOX enclosed! The 2 Ct Blue Topaz earrings I ordered were NOT inside the jewelry box or any of the packaging from 1saleaday.com. The order was redirected from UPS.A complaint was filed via Paypal and directly by me to 1saleaday.com. Paypal promptly notified 1saleaday.com. Review: I purchased two pair of [redacted] upbeats on November the [redacted], 2013 and I waited the normal processing time of two weeks and after it got to three weeks and I still haven't received anything I attempted to contact them with no response. About 4 weeks pass and I contact them about the 3rd time and I get a response saying in should be shipped out soon. I then one day check my account and it says order was cancelled I then attempted to contact them but they only have a email no telephone number. So they cancel order then order it again and give me a tracking number. I get a email a couple days later saying that they are updating system so my order got refunded then recharged. The tracking huber they have given me has not worked and has said it is unavailable since they gave it to me. It is not December [redacted], 2013 and I have to products, or a working tacking number and they will not reply to my emails. Review: I received the Lenovo Thinkpad E420S-4401 I purchased for my daughter’s birthday, however, it arrived with severe problems. First, the battery is either connected incorrectly or is defective, as the battery will not charge and the computer will not run on battery power. In addition, the eject button on the dvd ROM drive does not function. On 10-**-2013 I called the warranty service provider, (Metropc), (###-###-####) as instructed by the documentation that accompanied the computer. At that time, I spoke with a [redacted] rep named [redacted], who told me a new battery would be sent to me and provided me with an web link to the instructions for replacement of the battery which I spent a good deal of time studying, as battery replacement for this PC is not a simple task. As of 11-**-2013, I had not received the replacement battery, so I called [redacted] back to find out what was causing the delay. She now told me battery replacement needed to be done at the factory and apologized for giving me incorrect information the first time we spoke and not following up with me since then. She told me I would have to return the PC to 1SALE to be replaced. At this time, I am quite frustrated, because my numerous calls and e-mails to 1sale have not been returned or followed up on in any way and MetroPC says a DOA unit must be addressed by 1sale, not them.Desired Settlement: I have indicate I would like to return the PC for a refund, but I would be agreeable to having the PC repaired or replaced with a fully functional unit.
