Complaint # [redacted] In response to the above listed complaint.This customer signed up with 29Prime on 12/22/as we agreed, we went to work right away in creating a Google Listing [redacted] , for verification) and created many directory listings as well Customer called on 12/27/and told our customer services she does not think she can afford our services and she is scared she can not come up with next months paymentCustomer at that time was advised "again" that our guarantee is days on the front page of Google or we will suspend billing until it isShe was still concerned about being able to pay next month Our customer service agreed in good faith to lower her monthly billing for $a month to $and the customer was very happy with that conclusion.On 1/22/her payment failed and her bank declined the chargeLater that day the client called back into our office to advised she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and she will get her money back through them.At this point we do not feel this client is owed a refund as the work we promised was deliveredWe did attempt to work with the client on pricing however she just could not afford the service not that we didn't provided that service.If she would like to contact me directly to further discuss, I would be happy to explain wheat we did and what our guarantee is.Thank you, [redacted] *** Manager, Accounts Receivable 949-777-x ***

We received this complaint on April According to our notes we contacted our client on April 8, and advised they would get a full refund for the prepay service they paid for on March 13, We did leave a message that it will take days to receive as we need to make sure the check clears before processing a refund.As to the request for a partial refund for the year prior, I cannot honor that as we were not aware of any issues in that said year that justifies a refund.Thank you, [redacted] ***

We do not give refunds on a cancellations nor give a refund for services rendered, especially when she has benefited for all this time with our on-line marketing visibility and search engine optimization.I have attached our terms and conditions for your review which clearly states our cancellation and refund policy

The response is completely bogus I did not want to take over the media page, I merely wanted access to be able to post pictures and things on my page because prime set up the page yet it was a generic listing i.ethey used search engine keywords in the section where you are supposed to describe your business That is something very easy for a business owner to do ,to detail with a positive light on their own companies' strengths and vision When I contacted a supposed customer service team member I was treated extremely rudely by the person which I called out by name and never heard a resolution on that eitherI was told there was no one higher up the management to talk to that day I was disgusted by how I was treated They have contacted me many times since and are still unwilling to provide the requested info When I take my valuable time to tell them what happened they still provide no solution only tell me I need to spend more money on a bigger program with them and then they will look into it(even the rude customer "service" person I am in no way considering rejoining their scam of a business I want them to refund my money and take me off the call list I was told when I joined that I would have a personal customer service manager talking to me and reporting my progress on a monthly basis, yet whenever I tried to call I was given a call center that never knew any business detailsI did cancel before the guarantee period because they would not give me my own passwords or respond to many numerous attempts to settle my many service issues, if you did not get a phone line you could use would you keep paying the phone company if they told you to just pay a few more months until they get back to you? Their entire scam is to get you to pay a monthly recurring fee until you tire of not getting a response and catch on they arent doing anythingIts sad because most business owners and managers are to busy to repeatedly keep calling to cancel or get resolution If one wants to know about the performance and character of this company, one only needs to read their reviews, as soon as I was aware of their countless negative reviews from good folks going through the same thing as me I cancelled I tried many times to get someone to talk to me about this problem before I reported it to the Revdex.com agency I was the lack of response on their part that led to this escalating to such a level as to need to waste the time of a third party entity such as the Revdex.com In fact the Revdex.com has already sent me two letters stating prime's unresponsiveness to even their inquiries So you can see that since they have not responded to the Revdex.com's inquiry for months and months, imagine how they treat their little business owners

I have reviewed this account very closely and I see that our client is listed on all the directors he paid for and we built them a website, as agreedYou can view the listings on *** ***, *** *** & *** ***Sincethis account has been opened our client has not called into our
office nor ask for a cancellationI have cancelled the account as of today for this client but no refund is due as services were rendered.Thank you, *** ***

This had nothing to do with the google ranking The reason for the cancellation is there was no proof of any work even concerning the multiple social web sites and other web pages they were paid to post me on I asked the lady before I cancelled to prove to me that anything was done including the multiple social web sites and she couldn't I asked if my company was posted on pinterest and she said yes it was but she couldn't provide a link to it and then I even did a search on pinterest and it wasn't there So the bottom line is this If I am told that my company would be posted on about web sites (and I know it only takes a few minutes to do each) and yet not one could be shown to me with a link to the web page with Queens of Clean on it then how am I to believe that anything was done?Prove to me that ANY work was done with a link to the sites and I would have been fine

I have reviewed this account and it appears to be an issue with having access from our customer to his *** page I have placed a day billing hold on this account and our customer service department will contact our client and walk them through what is needed to rectify this

Ms**, This is another response to a complaint from October 15, that our company failed to respond to properly.I have reviewed the account and my notes show that Mr.*** signed up for our marketing services on July 22, and had cancelled his account (before his day guarantee
was up) on September 15, Mr*** did receive all the services he was billed for and promised. I understand he did not like that our company does not allow "access" or "a take over" of our work, as stated in our terms and conditions "if an account cancels with us we immediately remove any and all on line services and products WE created and/or provided."I do believe if that was explained better to Mr*** on his initial call we might have been able to avoid such a complaint. Customer has a on-line marketing account with us. He recently has a NSF check on file and he assured us that on 2/4 we could redeposit the check and the funds were good. At no time in that conversation did [redacted] request to cancel. I do see [redacted] did advise a rep on 2-25 that he could...

not afford the service but again never requested to cancel his account. The last payment on this account posted 3-4-2015 which I would submit a refund for except that check was returned from his bank as NSF. At this time we do not feel a refund is due and I have closed this account and emailed a cancellation confirmation to the client.Thank you, [redacted]
