Review: I have tried multiple times to contact someone about the cancellation and refund of my account. All attempts have failed. I have called a total of 5 times, left 3 voicemails for a call back, and what happens? I still get calls from their sales reps to set up my account, but none from customer service. I have event told every sales rep that I am unhappy and it has still not gotten this anywhere.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, I have filed a report with my credit card so that may settle it.

Review: I wouldn't give these guys the time of day, let alone my business. Their business practices leave a lot to be desired, I'm also filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. They will call you every hour, on the hour with SPOOFED phone numbers so it's impossible to block them or even call them back. The people on the other end of the line are rude and mostly seem to speak broken english, no doubt being taken advantage of by the people at 29p. Furthermore, in regards to their actual business, it's a scam. PERIOD. Here is an areticle in FORBES about such scams. I hope they go out of business soon so that my phone will stop ringing.

Review: These people are not nice, they would not let me off the phone and they will not leave me alone. They said some extremely rude things to me.

When I first spoke with this company, they called me and I had the impression they were calling from google for the first 45 minutes. When I tried to say I was not interested the man on the phone said hold on let me transfer you to my manager. Then manager was extremely rude. I asked for his phone number and I would call back if I was interested. He said if I call back he will not help me. I told him I felt like he was pressuring me into something I need to think about. I had to eventually hang up on him because he wouldn't stop talking! This company has now called me three times in the last week. I continue to say take me off your list I am not interested. Today they walked into my business and asked for my business card. What kind of I am not interested do you not understand? This is ridiculous. Just leave me alone!Desired Settlement: Just leave me alone! These people need to get a real job. If you look on Yelp for their reviews, all this company does is scam you. This company needs to be shut down, asap.

Lead generation centers use public business information to contact you to gauge your interest in starting an online marketing campaign. If you asked to not be called again by that center, it is likely another center that is unaffiliated with the first center may contact you again. Those centers are warming up these leads before they send them to 29 Prime. That said, we are happy to make a note to never contact you directly.

29prime does an awesome job of Online marketing and their

customer service is excellent. I would recommend them for SEO and marketing.

Review: This company made many promises about advertising for our company. They took out $229 out of our account, we requested our money refunded, but never got it. They said our account shows as closed but they are still chargimg us money. The initial purchase was 2/28, no refund was issued. More was taken out 6/22 and refunded 6/23, then taken out again on 6/29. When I called customer support, they said they can't do anything unless we fax them a copy of our bank records. Even though we can clearly see the charges, they deny ever taking them.Desired Settlement: I would like the full $458 refunded and that doesn't even cover the overdraft charges we have incurred due to their shody business practices. I have email verification of them repeatedly trying to take money out after the initial refund they issued.

Review: I hired this company to help me with SEO. They have hurt my company by setting up web pages they will not **t me access because I cance**d their service due to poor business quality. They claim they did not build that page however I can prove they did. After repeated attempts to contact them just to be ab** to be allowed to manage my own business's page, I have only been treated rudely with no results, especially from a client services rep named [redacted]. I was contacted by a rep who was aggressive and rude"Good luck keeping your business open!" was the reply I got when informing them I did NOT want to renew. The customer complained:

However, in the very next sentence, he voluntarily confessed that we

created a website. He also stated that we have keywords. In the Message

From the Consumer portion, the former client admits that we provided service

and was "contacted by a rep".

Contrary to the former client's accusations, our records paint a different

story. Representatives noted updates/work performed on the account such as:

...'Keywords have been updated in GPP.'

The client explained they were happy with the service and that

they do not have any issues with how often we have been in touch with

them, nor did he have any concerns with the website.

Lastly, we observed that our Account's Receivable agent noted:

advised him (client) of over 3600 impressions in the last 30 days only 300

were by business name...

The customer expressed a desire for a refund in the Desired Settlement:

$1295 in full

A friendly Customer Care agent has already noted that she

"advised the customer that we are unable to provide a refund because its a

prepay account".

In the Customer's Statement of the Problem, the customer complained:

Now my google listing has incorrect listings saying the business is closed

Review: I receive phone calls from the marketing department of 29 Prime roughly on a weekly basis, and sometimes more often. They are trying to sell their advertising services to me. I have declined in every case, and the two most recent times, I have asked to be put on their "Do Not Call" list. However, I continue to get phone calls from them, which I find to be harassing.I just contacted them at the phone number listed on their website, and the customer service rep didn't seem to know how to take someone off of their call list. She said she would ask for help from a manager after she hung up with me. I am not convinced that the calls will stop. I have given them no indication that I would be interested in their services, and wish for the harassment to stop.Desired Settlement: I just want the calls to stop. I know there is nothing that you can necessarily do, but I would like it to be noted that there is a complaint on file about them regarding harassing phone calls.

Lead generation centers have contacted the person who has logged this complaint. Due to the public nature of the contact information used to contact this person it is likely that he has been contacted by several different lead generation groups. That said, 29 Prime will note the person's request to not be contacted directly.

Review: I signed up with this company to help boost our company's online appearance and they told me that they needed information regarding our company, which makes perfect sense to me. The part that doesn't make sense is that they used very little of the info I gave them and posted incorrect coverage areas & services provided by our company as well as spelled our company name incorrectly. I called several times and was told this would all be fixed and handled, they even offered me a free month of service if I didn't pull our account so I gave them another chance and they did NOTHING. They didn't change anything and then they posted some kind of video with mis-information that caused us to get phone calls for work we do not do and the people were sort of mad because they said you said you do it on you web site. I called again and was told it was all taken care of, this time I didn't trust them and checked myself and NOTHING was done, yet again. I called again and I spoke to a supervisor and he was at best condesending to me. I told him that his company was not to take another dime from my bank account and I wanted a complete refund for the payments I made for the service I was suppose to get but didn't. He said no refund but he would "personally" cancel my account and nothing else would be taken. Today, his company withdrew another $199.00 from our company account and when I called to speak to him, they left me on hold for quite some time, no one even came back to the phone to say he was busy and would be right with me or anything. I want all the money they have taken from my company refunded and I want any trace of our company's ads on their behalf, removed from the internet immediately. As of ths morning, they have taken $995.00 and have not provided any service what so ever. Thank you.

The client canceled their service in August of 2013 after several months of working with 29 Prime. The same month, the client resigned at a new monthly rate, which was again amended a month later. The client later decided she no longer wished to work us, but based on the terms of the agreement, 29 Prime had fulfilled the stated goals. We have chosen to refund $99 as a courtesy. We are always willing to work with the clients regarding their account, but we will not refund the entirety of the client's investment.

I was a little skeptical when I first signed up with these guys, considering the amount of SEO telemarketing calls I get. These guys are different. If you really want to increase your exposure this is the company for you! I guess I forgot to make a couple of payments, but I called and talked to the AR manager and she was great. Definitely recommend!!

Review: 29 prime claimed a contract with 85 year old dad([redacted] sr.) he knew nothing about this and they told me twice they had a tape recorded contract.They took $300 a month from his bank account utilizing their check with his generic name on top and his bank account # and for signature has filled in "authorization on file".This continued without his knowledge for 2 years and a third year of me trying to cancel this service he supposedly ordered.The bank president spoke to them on two occasions and they continued to get dad's new bank account numbers and withdraw money until several months ago.I never heard the tape recorded contract,never had any call taker have a supervisor return my call as every time I either was told it was a long term contract that could not be cancelled or that they would stop immediately on finding that an 85 year old man with dementia was their target.No one ever reviewed the account or apologized.Recently they have again started calling from their main number and several spoofed numbers that show up as their people continue.Also when repeatedly advised dad's health was failing and he had no desire to be listed on the internet they again continued to put his information online.I wish to hear from a supervisor or person of authority aqnd review his account as any money taken was not authorized by dad,not signed and harassment by current sales help to an old man.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment ,review,written letter from a person as they only ever dealt with dad by phone,review of supposed "contract" review of numerous requests I made for last year and what actions were taken by whom .Require written authorization by all parties whom they take money out of their bank accounts.Also wish to be removed from any and all internet sites and advised which were theirs as dad is an old man and lucky to use a cell phone.A review of costs and all contacts with dad as they never sent any written reports to explain their billing they never told him about.This continued as the next two bank accounts were closed out and dad received his social security.I wish return of appropriate monies.

Review: This company is fraudulently advertising its services. I was told I would be guaranteed front page Google within 30 days or "it's free". The company proceeded to give the run around about a google postcard even though I already had an account and did nothing on my Google listing. They refused a refund and provided NO SERVICE.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of $227. for the services they failed to provide.

Review: I noticed a $500 charge against my bank account from 29 Prime. I have not heard from them for 6 months. I used to get weekly updates on my account. When that stopped, I called several times and was promised they would resume. I never heard from them and assumed I was forgotten. I did not plan to renew their services and was surprised by the withdrawal. When I called, I was told they would not refund my money even though I did not want their services. I tried to talk to someone in management, but they would not connect me. I can't find an email address or any phone numbers other than the ones where they won't connect me to management. I am selling my business in April. This seems to be a very unethical company. For a year long contract, they should not automatically renew without contacting a business; and when a business wants to cancel, they should do so and refund money,Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money. While we would have been happy to refund the clients investment due to mistakes made during in the initial consultation, the client has already charged back the funds with their bank. Once a client asks their bank to charge back the funds we are forced to leave the decision to refund with our merchant partners. We wish the client the best of luck but we will be unable to comply with their request.

SCAM!!!!! CROOKS!!!!!! 29 Prime will promise a service but will not follow through on their deal. They promise front page on google within 10 to 30 days, But have no intention of following through on their deal. I requested a refund, with dropped calls and hangups. Their service reps will panic as soon as you say refund and hang up. They finally promised to refund my $199.00, but never did. Iv'e worked closely with the bank and there's no money refunded by this company. They will give you a transaction # but it's fake. I will be filing complaints with the FBI, and FCC.

This company has absolutely no morals....... We took a chance before reading any reviews might I add and have paid dearly for it without any results. We have called and emailed them trying to cancel our subscription and three months later they are still trying to charge us for their crappy service. Terrible customer service and simply just can't do what they promise. I was a skeptic but told them I would try for a month to see what happens. Of course no front page placement as I imagined. Review: I was on a trial basis for 30 days and then if I continued it would cost $99/month. I sent an email to the person I had been working with to cancel my account on the last day. She did not cancel my account so it got charged the $99. I called in the next day on May 28, 2015 to make sure it had been canceled and that my account had not been charged and found out it had not been canceled and that my credit card was charged the $99. I ended up having to talk to a manager. He said he would get me my refund. I asked him to send me an e-mail stating that, which he never did. I verified with him that it would take 3 to 5 business days for it show up in my account. He said that was correct. It has been two weeks now, and the refund still has not shown up. I called to find out what was going on, and the employee told me that my request had been denied. I asked to speak to a manager. [redacted] told me that it had been sent to the approval department but that was all he knew. I asked to speak to a manager in the Approval Dpt. and was told that he had to send an e-mail to them requesting that someone call me. They claimed that I would be at the top of Google for searches, etc., and that did not happen or my money would be refunded. Everytime I searched my business you couldn't find it. We worked extensively with Mr. [redacted] and he is currently an active customer. In Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, he noted that he received no key terms. On 2/24/14, one of our friendly Customer Care Agent's spoke with Mr. [redacted] and issued him 10 keywords.

Mr. [redacted] also desired a refund. According to our Refund Department, Mr. [redacted] had funds returned to his account.

On 4/21/14, we created Manta, Merchant Circle, and Yellowbot for the client. As a courtesy to the client, we even pushed his billing.

On 4/22/14, Mr. [redacted] spoke with upper management and indicated that he'd like to continue with our company and we obliged by reactivating him.

Review: I was dealing with a company called "[redacted]" for my internet marketing. The internet is the only place where I advertise and was getting excellent results. Around approximately the month of July 2013, I started getting bombarded with phone calls and emails from a company called 29Prime. When I called them back, they informed me that they had purchased, "[redacted]". This was the first that I have heard of this and was not to happy finding out about the "merger" this way. Fast forward to 5 days prior to this email, my website went down. I cannot obtain any help from either getting my website back up or getting the domain name that I own back. I have been hung up on, promised numberous calls back, and emails and recieved nothing that can help me in any way. 29Prime informed me that they lost the website and do not own the domain name. After further researching I found out through Go Daddy, they do in fact own the domain name and I can not obtain it until they sign back over the rights to it. 29Prime is not doing anything to better this situation and after reaching out to Go Daddy for assistance, and Go Daddy willing to work with 29Prime to obtain a resolution, 29Prime has just dropped me and does not want to rectify the situation. Review: I paid the company to list my business with Google. While I was in the transaction process before agreeing to the contract I was told that I was paying for the front page of Google and that no other Farmers agent would pull up on this page. After agreeing to the contract I googled and found that there are 2-8 other Farmers agents that pull up on this page, with google places. I called in several times in regards to the fact that the listing is not showing up on Google home page. I had to ask several times to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 30+ minutes and was hung up on. I was told that all calls are recorded and asked for a refund. They are telling me that because I agreed to the terms and conditions that they will not give me a refund at all but, will cancel the account effective immediately. I would like a full refund as I don't believe that the company did what I paid them to do. I have had a lot of problems when calling in to get help with the account and everytime I call am told that I have a different account manager? I feel that I was lied to in order to make that sell and feel that if the sales call is listened to it will back this up.

The initial consultation call was reviewed and the call passed our compliance process. Additionally, the client agreed to the Terms of Service upon signing into our Back Office system for the first time. Despite her agreeing to the terms of the contract, and the initial work completed by our SEO Team, we have refunded half the price of the amount requested as a courtesy. The account is now closed and we consider the issue resolved.
