Greetings:

We have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and we understand where Mr. [redacted] is coming from. Mr [redacted]'s coomplaint states, "The promise of being listed at the top of many key words with google never happened." When Mr. [redacted] signed up (10/21/2013), 29 Prime had a 2 keyword placement to the front page guarantee in effect.

On his Terms of Service Contract, it states: Customer agrees to a minimum of a twelve month (12 month) Agreement. If client discontinues service within the first twelve months (12 months)m client will be billed a one-time reduced rate of fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding balance.

29 Prime never accessed this fee to Mr. [redacted].

Furthermore, the contract states Client agrees, and has the authority to agree, to this Agreement. Full Terms and Conditions are available here: http:www.[redacted]com/Terms.aspx

Our Customer Care Representative noted that the client accepted Compliance and Verification on 10/31/13. The same Representative also spoke to Mr. [redacted] and they set up a call for the following day. Our Representative told Mr. [redacted] that she wanted to walk him through his

back office (that is where the keywords are).

On 11/1/13, the same Customer Care Representative called Mr. [redacted] and received an answering machine. She called back and had problems with her communication lines. She called again, and received an answering machine, where she left a message. On 11/4/13, the same

agent called and left another message regarding going over the back office (where we could review his keywords).

We love our clients, but this is a partnership and we cannot make Mr. [redacted] pick up his telephone. Our call bank indicates other efforts were made to make contact with Mr. [redacted] as well.

Our records show that Mr. [redacted] was only billed twice (10/21/13,11/21/13).

Our call log indicates Mr. [redacted] attempted to cancel his account about about 9 hours after his billing was processed on 11/21/13. In his complaint, Mr. [redacted] willingly admits, "I had to cancel my debit to stop the payment."

We have a signature on a 12 month agreement for Internet Marketing Services.

After Mr. [redacted]'s December billing failed, Mr. [redacted]'s account was transferred to our Accounts Receivable/Failed Payments Department and Mr. [redacted] was sent a 'Breach of Contract' message.

In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s desire that we erase his records, we can accommodate that, but it is important for his information to stay on file so that we can contact him regarding his complaint.

Mr. [redacted] stated:I want their computer telephone to quit calling me at 7 am every day. We have no records of committing such acts, but I have sent his information to our Customer Care Department so that he can be added to the National DNC (Do Not Call list).

In an effort to accommodate Mr. [redacted], we have forwarded his case to upper management for further review. A Customer Care Representative should be in contact with Mr. [redacted] shortly. We appreciate your cooperation and feel free to contact us at any time.

Response:

The client attempted a charge back with his bank. Once a charge back is attempted, the decision to refund the money is left with our merchant partners. The bank confirmed that services were provided and denied the chargeback request. The client had two accounts. The one the client attempted a chargeback on is canceled. The other has not received a payment and therefore is on hold. We encourage the client to contact us at [redacted]@29prime.com to work out whether we should cancel is second account or resume service.

A Client Advisory representative contacted the client today and negotiated the cancellation of the account with a mutually-equitable refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!

-------------------------------------------

.

I signed a contract for a period of 3 months. The understanding was that in case I "LIKE" the results, I can continue but if I don't call or extend, it will be discontinued. Sounds like a boat load of confidence. Do not fall for it. They started charging again after a couple of months. I called and asked what are the particulars about my account. No answer. I was told they cannot access it as the account is closed. Excuse me !!! you are charging an account that has been cancelled. I had to change my debit card because they kept on charging. Then they had the guts to call me and ask me to give them new CC information.

MY TWO CENTS: STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

29 Prime has done nothing but a spectacular job. They helped my business reach the front page of Google. [redacted], the employee that helped me, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This service has made a noticeable difference in my customer base. I am now working on opening my second restaurant thanks to 29 Prime. I will definitely be utilizing their service when opening it up. Thank you 29 PRIME!

Review: 29 Prime guaranteed my flower shop front page placement on the major search engine on the internet; Google, Bing, Yelp etc. I hired them because my business is dependent on good search engine optimization. What they did I after I hired them was incomprehensible! When 29 Prime took over my [redacted] business page, they actually created a dual page that competed with the listing i'd already created. The results were that I didn't show up on the search engines at all. In the following three months after my agreement with 29 Prime, I have lost $7897 in revenue (compared to 2014). My Working Capital is completely depleted. I've had customers walk through my door and tell me they thought I was out of business because I'm not showing up on [redacted] Maps, or when they searched for flower shops in my area.

I've contacted 29 Prime at least 7 times in the last three months asking them to fix the problem. With no resolution, I've consulted with Google. [redacted] looked into my account and told me that no optimization was done on my [redacted] business page to increase my placement and that what 29 Prime actually did do was insure I would not be found on the internet. Once I realized 29 Prime was responsible for my decline in business, I requested a refund of all monies I've paid to them. They have returned a portion of my original payment but I want a FULL REFUND. I'm still owed 229.00.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and I want to warn other businesses to avoid this company. Better yet, I want this company to be shut down. I think what they are doing is shameful.

Review: My initial 2-hr conversation with an SEO specialist named [redacted] at 29 prime determined that what 29 prime would be attempting to do for us, was to improve (with a target of top 5) the results on Google (local) for two specific keywords "bed and breakfast" and "bed and breakfast mn" from mobile devices located in zip codes within the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.Desired Settlement: this company completely changed what they were stating they would be doing for us, and then attempted to argue with what was needed. We would like to be refunded the money we spent with them, since they never even attempted to do what they said they would be trying to do, and they never were able to show us any results of what they were claiming to accomplish.

Business Response

Greetings,

We respect Mr. [redacted] statement and want him to know that we are on the same side that he is. It is important for Mr. [redacted] to understand that identity theft is not just limited to people, but can affect company's as well, especially a company the size of 29 Prime.

We reviewed Mr. [redacted] complaint and found that our company has no record of ever calling Mr. [redacted] and that he has never been a customer with us.

29 Prime believes in conducting business with integrity and within high ethical confines. Unfortunately, our competitors do not. Mr. [redacted] stated that we falsely claim to work for Google. We do not claim to be Google and it is a violation for any employee here to state that we are Google,Partnered with Google, or Work with Google (QC Guidelines-Violation 1).

Mr. [redacted] stated that we do not obey the do not call (DNC) list. Contrary to that accusation, we had a DNC link/tab on our website because we do not believe in harassment or violating anyone's privacy, especially Mr. [redacted]. We are compliant with FCC regulations and our sales agents have been instructed to read a Consent to Autodial Script to those that they converse with.

Lastly, Mr. [redacted] stated that we call from 657-202-[redacted]. The 657 area code does not include Irvine/Lake Forest, California. As a suggestion,Mr. [redacted] can voice his concerns to the National Do Not Call registry at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/. In an effort to go above and beyond the call of duty, we have submitted Mr. [redacted]s concerns to our friendly Customer Care Representatives.

29 Prime is committed to excellence, especially regarding phone etiquette. We welcome any questions or feedback that Mr. [redacted] might have.

Review: This company sent in a ACH check to my bank in the amount of $995 and put that they had my authorization of signature on file. I did not authorize this transaction. I paid for a 1 year of their internet SEO service in June 2012. But I did not authorize any further charges. This company also failed in delivering any results for my business. I received absolutely no calls or inquiries from any internet searches in an entire year of their service. They send me a weekly email saying they got results, but the actual results are totally false. In the website that I can check for results has no contact info to reach them or even email them.No phone calls to me to discuss my account or results. What else can I say except that they are unethical. My attorney explained that wire fraud is a criminal offense punishable for up to 20 years in prison.I hope an investigation in Irvine, CA takes place.I am not the only one they have done this to. A Google search of "Reliable Places" and YELP shows others that have been duped by this company. They also use the name 29 Prime and OC.

Business Response:

Greetings,

We take [redacted]'s concerns about our service very seriously. We noted that Mr. [redacted]'s filed his complaint on 4/9/2014.

Mr. [redacted]'s states:

"And after telling us they would refund our money and not charge us anymore, continued to charge and are still charging us monthly over $250.00."

With all due respect, we find this hard to believe since the last time we charged the client was on 2/12/2014. Also, our records indicate that client no longer has an account with us, and a cancellation e-mail was successfully sent to the client.

Another accusation in the complaint read:

"Calls are not returned and or routed to the Philippines."

Our records indicate over 2 hours of talk time with the client.

Our records indicate that a refund settlement was negotiated. Our records show 5 refunds being submitted to the client. After the last refund was successfully accepted by the system, our Customer Care Department noted that the client was called and a message was left regarding the refund.

We consider the matter resolved. We respect the business relationship we had with Mr. [redacted]'s, and if he needs to contact us, he can reach us at 888-513-7746.

Business Response:

Review: I talked to a company representative on April 4, 2013 and agreed to a one month trial of their marketing service which I paid for. The rep said that I could cancel after that month but had to sign a contract online. The contract was illegible, but I had to sign it. After the month, my credit card was charged for another month. I called the rep, and he said it was okay, the account was cancelled. I stopped access to my credit card. I have been receiving emails ever since from the accounts receivable dept, one of them threatening legal action for breach of the contract that said twelve months, something that I never did agree to. I believed the company rep and relied on the verbal promises that he made to me. As an agent of Reliable Places, he was making those promises on their behalf. I think that I was taken advantage of and that those promises were made fraudulently and that, perhaps, the company condones such actions on the part of their agents.

To whom it concerns,

Review: We were contacted by this company who claimed that we had been selected to be on the first page of google searches and that this only happened every few years. That if we paid the few hundred dollars a month that they would get us on the first page of the search engine and that they would get our business searchable and optimized for success. That they help new businesses get found. None of this has happened. We have seen absolutely NO results in any area whatsoever that they have promised. We are being billed every month and each time we call to cancel we are put on hold for fifteen minutes then disconnected. Each time we get a hold of someone they tell us they will transfer us this time to someone who will be able to help us, but the same thing happens each time. We just want our money back from this scam and to be done with this once and for all.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

The location of the client's business, being a kiosk at a mall, made some of our promotional efforts more difficult than a customer with a more traditional shop. Multiple solutions were offered to the client early in the relationship, but the client decided they preferred cancellation of the account. Review: Signed up with 29prime on October 28th. During the original call I told sales rep I would check my results after a month and cancel if I didn't like it. After sign up they mail you a postcard with a pin # on it. The original postcard may have inadvertently been discarded. I did not get card until nov. 27th. They attempted to withdrawl another $159 from my account on nov. 28. I told them I wanted to cancel the service, as of that time I had zero calls. I was told they had done a lot of work on my account and I could not cancel. No one has yet called me to set up my account or to talk to me regarding account. Numerous calls were placed to me when my account did not have the money to cover the bill. To date I have spent $309 on this advertising and feel I have received nothing in return.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back and cancel this service or recive a call from someone at 39prime to discuss my options with me.

Review: On about July 8, 2014, I received an unsolicited phone call from 29Prime in regards to providing SEO services to my website. I had a very smooth talking salesman who spent about 30 minutes going over the service that 29Prime would provide to my website. He stated that there was a 60 day money back guarantee, so if I was not happy with the service, then I would get my money back - a no brainer. I received no terms and conditions in my welcome email, which consisted only of my login information to their "back office". Over the course of several days, I saw that they created a very basic website (I called several times complaining because I wanted MY website used and not their cheesy site, which could have taken no more than 30 minutes to create).

I continued to watch the back office and run my [redacted] results. Nothing. There was no activity or work being performed. However, during this time, I did start to receive a number of scan phone calls, but when I searched [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc., I could not find where my company had been listed, so they listed my phone number somewhere (because of the number of scam phone calls), but I could not tell where. On Friday, July 18, 2014, I sent an email and requested a cancellation of my account (this was less than 10 days after signing up) and asked that they please refund my $149.01. On Monday, July 21, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] stating that due to the terms and conditions (which I had NOT received a copy of), there was no money back guarantee (even though the salesman stated that if I was unhappy with the service, I would be refunded my money).I have contacted my bank and have disputed the charge and I have cancelled my credit card. This company did not perform the work that they stated they would; the salesman guaranteed my money refunded, and I feel that I have been a victim of a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I would like for 29Prime to honor the money back guarantee that I was promised when I signed up for the service during the initial telephone call.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and once I receive the refund I will consider this complaint resolved.

In regard to the different accounts ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc.) that they indicate as being created, there was nothing created. The photographs that they had on the "website" they created (which took them, at the very most, 30 minutes to create) were stock photographs that can be found on the web and a couple of graphics that I had on my website...the photographs that they had put on their website were photographs that were not related to my particular business and I requested that they be removed (as I could find no way of removing them myself; they were never removed).

I already had accounts that I created myself with [redacted], [redacted]+, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc., I had created a business [redacted] and a full business [redacted], many months ago). On Saturday, July 19, 2014, I had an independent SEO company run a verification and he showed no accounts for my business that had been created during this timeframe by 29Prime, which is what prompted my cancellation of their services.

The credit card dispute was issued by my bank on 5/21/14 and should be coming through soon. My credit card was also cancelled as reviews of 29Prime show many customer complaints that this company continues charging credit cards after cancellation of services; I would not believe the reviews found on their website as indicated on their response to this complaint. If you run a [redacted] search for reviews on 29Prime, you will see how 29Prime has cheated other clients.

I truly appreciate the Revdex.com of San Diego in being proactive and will be happy to close this complaint once I receive the full refund.

Regards,

Review: I called this company on 4/2/14 to cancel our website hosting with this company, and spoke to someone named Iko. I asked them to call and confirm when this was done. I did get a call back at 4:15 that day, from an [redacted]l, saying it had been cancelled. However, now, 3 weeks later, they have debited my bank account for a renewal that I cancelled 3 weeks ago. I called this company AGAIN, yesterday, as soon as I soon the charge to my account, and was told the transaction would be voided. They could not bother to do that correctly either. The transaction was not voided and they have the audacity to inform me that I have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund credit to appear in my account. Clearly, this company works by very disreputable business practices.Desired Settlement: Put my money back into my account NOW.

Greetings,

We take client concerns about our service very seriously. On 4/22/14, the client spoke to our customer service representative [redacted]) regarding a refund at 10:32:53 AM. The client also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on the same day just a couple hours later (12:41:37 PM) requesting that $199.00 be refunded.

2 hours did not give us enough time to place the money into the account. At 1:15:37 PM, the case was presented to our refund department and representative [redacted] entered a refund in the amount of $199.00. Not only did we refund the client, but a 'Refund Approved' e-mail was successfully sent to the client.

Client satisfaction is important to us and we wanted to make sure that this client had a positive impression of our service. Please feel welcome to reply with any questions you may have.

Review: This company, 29 Prime contacted me previously about 1 month ago. I told the saleperson I would not buy. He had another rep call me the next day, I told that person no. I have had a call at least every other day, sometimes more than two a day, since then. All reps pretend they were just following up on "my interest". I have asked clearly on all occasions they stop calling and remove me from the list I am obviously on. At this point it is pure harassement and interfers with my work day. They have refused to stop which is in violation of the law. Perhaps legal action is warranted at this time, if it continues I will need to pursue speaking with an attorney as well as the state attorney.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!

Response:

Lead generation call centers have contacted the person who logged the complaint. While his request to not be called would have likely been logged by the first call group, another call group will have contacted after. Due to the public nature of the phone information the person who logged the complaint provided, we cannot stop lead generation centers from contact him--however we will be sure to log his request to never be contacted by 29 Prime directly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Review: I was contacted by a rep from 29 Prime in reference to advertising with them. I was told by the sales rep thst they guarantee my 10 keywords for me to be on the top page for all my surrounding areas. I asked how that was possible if other companies are already there. there answer was that the other companies are using this service so they will be bumped down and in 6 weeks ill be at the first page for all my keywords. then I was told ill be first in my are because im the only one using the keywords in my area. 6 weeks went buy and I had no results what so ever. the gentleman I contacted to cancel then asked me to give it a couple weeks to let it do its thing. so I did, with yet again 0 results. I called yet again weeks later to cancel due to lack of results in there guaranteed time frame. I spoke with a gentlemen to cancel adn he tried his hardest to get me to stay so he said he would not charge my account until NOV 6 because of my inconvience if I just give it 2 more weeks to see if anything changes, and I agreed. now after a full 3 months of horrble results im fed up and want to cancel and recieve a full refund due to 29 Prime not being able to meet there guarantee of all my keywords being on the first page. its been 3 months of problems and no results and when I called to cancel this final time the gentlemen told me there they have a fraudelent sales call to be investigated because that is not there guarantee my keywords. I told him ill give him the number I called so he can see for his self and he replied no need. so I doubt there is any fraudelent deparrtment with this company because they see to be all fraud. I have researched this company and I now see they do this to everyone and it is a fraudelent service.Desired Settlement: full refund and ill retract my complaint with the Revdex.com
