Review: Tried to email and call company to cancel contract. No one from 29 Prime will contact me back via email or answer my calls.

Contract with Top Giant/29 Prime was agreed upon by both parties on April 1, 2013. I am trying to cancel my agreement with Top Giant/29 Prime.

I emailed them 11/23/13 requesting to cancel my services. Again I emailed them 1/16/14. I tried to call and speak to a representative to cancel my contract. They continued to put me on hold and transfer me. Eventually they hung-up on me.

Item #9 in my contract with Top Giant states: Cancellation of Services: If customer wishes to cancel their service, they must first complete a cancellation ticket, call in and requst to cancel service, or send an email to help@[redacted].com However, to complete the cancellation process, Customer must speak with Customer Service and receive a cancellation email sent to customer.

I sent my first email to: help@[redacted].com and it was returned. I finally sent both emails to: [email protected]

They are refusing me the right to cancel my contract with them.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of my contract with Top Giant/29 Prime and no further payments to be deducted from my business account.

Review: on 9/5/13 I signed up for their services on a month to month basis. They took the initial 259.00 from my bank account. on 9/19/13 I sent them an email that I had not heard from anybody regarding setting up my account with them. The next day I received a call & got things going(or so I thought) as they said somebody would be contacting me regarding finalizing my account. I never received this call. I sent an email on 10/7/13 to cancel my account. I never received any calls about this. On 10/11/13 I received an email stating that to cancel I had to call them & speak to a representative. I could not call until Monday as they are not open on the weekends. I called Monday morning & spoke to somebody & they cancelled my account & sent an email verifying that it had been cancelled. On 10/16/13 259.00 was taken out of my account from 29Prime. I left messages & emailed messages regarding this & received no return call. I call again on 10/17/13 & spoke to [redacted] who says she is a supervisor. She said that she would not refund my money as according to her records my payment was due on 10/5/13 & since cancellation wasn't done until 10/14/13 there was nothing she could do. I told her I didn't receive my welcome letter until 9/19/13 so 30 days from then would be 10/19/13 & I cancelled before then. She said that our account was active 10/5/13 & next pmt was due 11/5/13. I feel I should get a refund for this 259.00 as they didn't do what they were supposed to. My account never got up & running & I had to make all the contact to even get it started in the first place after they took the initial payment over the phone. I feel this is a farce & I'm glad I didn't do a year contract with them like they wanted me to.

Review: promise first page on google or its free! I didnt get first page and every month they keep charging me. then they promise free months of service still with no results! I had work with them about 4 years ago and they said they had changed. really get front page or no pay. it funny their recording said if you dont get front page we will have your account manager shave their head and send you over a pic!Desired Settlement: just refund me

Review: We ordered online marketing through the internet for this company. They claim to do the online marketing of one's business to boost sales, but they do not do actually anything. All they do is to take the custumer's money, and to send a fake analyzes called "Back Office" explaining "how well your business" is doing.

Please review their [redacted] reviews and you will know exactly what we are talking about. Thieves and scam artists.Desired Settlement: That 29prime be out of business and owner be locked up in jail. Apparently, that's what he does. Once he gets "caught" or his new scam dissolves and/or gets shut down, he opens a new one with a new name, and keeps ripping off and scamming people.

Review: I was contacted on 4/30/15 about signing up for their online marketing service. The advertisements say that if your company doesn't get listed on the front page of the major search engines then the service would be free. I have been checking diligently every other day to see if my company has been listed and as of 05/12/15, it still had not been listed on the front page. I called the company on 05/12/15 at least 12 times and kept getting hung up on. When I finally spoke with a representative named [redacted] stated she reported that I would not be able to get a refund because the account had already been created. However, she said that she was going to check with the computer technicians because even when she looked for my company herself (while I was on the phone) she reported not seeing my information listed either. My issue was that I had paid $179.00 and almost two weeks had passed. So, even if they fixed the problem I would only have 2 weeks of usage with this service. I told her I wanted to cancel the services and get my money back and of course the phone hangs up. I called back and spoke with another representative and requested to speak with a manager and of course they were unable to come to the phone. This representative named [redacted] said that I could get a refund and he started sending the request while I was on the phone. He also stated that it was possible that they wouldn't refund me because my account had already been set up but that he would still put in a request. I also requested for no further charges to be drafted out of my account because I am no longer wanting their services. He told me that I would have to call back at the end of the month to cancel!!Desired Settlement: I am wanting a refund of my $179.00.

Review: This company does not stop trying to contact you even after you've told them not to. They're always promising that you'll be on the front page of Google. If you're going to try to sell someone your services, you should at least look up some more information on the potential prospect.They claim they're from Google and "qualify" you which I wouldn't see why it wouldn't happen and then they send you over to a "specialist" to get you to try to buy into their product. When they ask me if I would like to be on the front page of Google, they say "I don't see you on the front page of Google, but we can help get you there". That's funny, my company IS on the front page of Google, and what's funnier is we're the first ones on the page. When I confronted him about it, he said that it was his mistake and that I was right.Don't waste your time with these people. There's many better SEO companies out there that have better customer service and reps. Don't let the "We can get you on the front page of Google" be their selling point because anybody with basic SEO knowledge that puts in a little work can get their business/site on the front page of Google.Desired Settlement: I'm not asking for much. The client asked for cancellation and a refund seven days after beginning the campaign with us. Despite the actions taken on the account by our SEO Team in that time, the refund was approved and issued to the client. Review: I used there service for one month at which point I decided to cancel. When I called and talked to them I was told it was cancelled. A week later I was charged for a second month even though I had cancelled. Then I called a second time to make sure my services would be canceled and ask for a refund of the second month. I was told a refund would be sent in 5-7 business days (it never showed up) and I was told my account was being cancelled and I would receive email confirmation that it was cancelled. During that process I was disconnected 7 different times trying to take care of my issue.

I still have not received a refund at that point so I asked my credit card company to block them and now a third months charge has been posted to my account. I am in the process of disputing that charge now. Either way I have not used their services and I have not seen any results of their services in two months yet they continue to charge me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund from the 2nd and 3rd month of which I was charged when I asked for it to be cancelled. And I want it in writing that my services are cancelled. Review: 29 Prime pretends to be Google and promises businesses that they will rank on the front page of Google with their services. After signing up with 29 Prime I realized that there rankings were completely bogus/fake and did not correspond to how well my business was doing online. When asked to have my money refunded for both months my account was officially canceled but not refund occurred. Review: I was contacted by 29Prime for 1st page ranking on Google and a custom website for my business. As soon as they collected payment, I was unable to get customer service to return my calls, my company was never on Google, they did create a website that was inaccurate and reflected a totally different business than what we offer.I was given the run around when I did speak to someone & then could not get a return call. I called, emailed and faxed to no avail.They did not perform the services they promised & what they did do was incorrect.I went to the bank after almost 2 months of no communication from 29Prime, put a reversal on the payment, then I got a call. I was made promise after promise of "free" upgrades if I reinstated payment, but I refused. I am now being told that I "owe" for the 2 months in which they did nothing to correct the issues. I get calls on each of my phone lines about 3 times a day and I have 4 phone lines. I have been waiting till the end of the message to press #2 to be removed from the list but they continue to call. I have connected to the reps to request removal and they just hand up.

Review: I called numerous times to cancel my account, and today I started yelling because my card was charged without my authorization, and I got hung up on, then when I called back, I told them that I got hung up on and if that is how they run their business and the representive said " enough of your stories, no one hung up on you" so I got aggetiated and explained to him what happened and he said with that tone I don't need to help you, I don't need to take this from you. Review: Our company went to 29 prime for Internet optimization where for extended period of time we saw no action. We spent a lot of time money and aggravation when it was time to cancel they tried to convince us to stay we declined. In the process prior they said they needed to create our business website a website that was ours when we asked them to take it down they said they changed their policy a month ago and if we wanted to delete our website we had to pay ($500) for it. Review: I cancelled service of this company and then I was billed a month later. I called again to ask them why im being billed after I cancelled and had a confirmation number of the account being closed. I was told I was to be refunded my money. I was billed in April, May, June, and July. I called every month to ask them why I was being billed. I asked for my money back and they told me no. They said call your bank for a refund. Im filing a complaint because this is theft from them. I had not used their services for 4 months and they kept taking money from my accountDesired Settlement: 4 months of refund at $200.00 a month to total $800.00

Review: 29 Prime contacted me to sell me their online marketing services for my small business. They guaranteed that within 30 days my business would be searchable in Google or I would not be billed. According to them Google would mail me a post card with a verification PIN that I would need to give to them once I received it in the mail. I never received such correspondence and when I tried to contact them I was met with an automated phone service which disconnected my call multiple times. I was billed for their services even though their commitment had not been fulfilled. I began trying to contact them daily regarding the matter. Only once did I get connected to a live person whom was unable to handle my issue but promised that I would be contacted by my designated service person. That person never contacted me. When I contacted my credit card company I was informed that my card was manually entered for billing therefore they could not decline future charges. My credit card company is persuing my refund of charges and has issued me a new card in order to longer be billed by this company. Worst customer service I have ever received and completely worthless product.Desired Settlement: I want my fees refunded and no future contact from this company
