Review: I did not want to sign up for SEO optimization. The sales representative was very persistent, but I kept saying no thanks. Finally I said that I needed to consult my business partners and mentor before signing up. The Sales guy said: "tell you what, in America (he knew I'm foreign), if you pay with a credit card and then choose not to go ahead with the service within 3 days, you can call the bank and cancel the payment". Hearing this I paid, thinking that I could cancel the next day no sweat. The next day I called 29prime to cancel the service, I called the sales guy (he had given me his cell number) and either my call was forwarded and cut off, or ignored. I spent most of that day trying to get it sorted out. Finally I got through to a girl at customer service who said that there was no way I'd get a refund. So I called the bank and cancelled the payment. Then the sales guy called me back and said he'd had the payment cancelled and I'd get my refund. It's about three months later now. I've had at least 5 conversations with people at 29 prime who promise to call me back and don't. There is no sign of refund. The latest thing I've been told is that I was getting a refund, but because I cancelled the payment at the bank, I will now not get my refund.Desired Settlement: I want $199 paid to me, in full immediately AND the interest accrued on these funds while I waited for resolution on this matter. If I need to use a lawyer, I will. Then I will be claiming lawyers fees as well.

Good Afternoon,

This business is not Revdex.com accredited...Gee, I wonder why? They scam, lie, cheat, steal and hurt small businesses! First they give jobs to people who cant speak proper English. I asked many times to speak to someone who I, as I am real American could understand. Then they take random unauthorized amounts out of your bank account. They will not let you cancel. Never a person in charge to speak to. I am canceling my card in about an hour from my bank in order to stop them from taking more unauthorized cash withdraws from my account. Revdex.com needs to do something about scamming "businesses" like this! How many complaints does it take for something to be done???

Very good marketing company. We have been using them for marketing for our small appliance repair company for over a year they have been very helpful.. We deal with [redacted] whom is very kind , understanding and very resourceful.. Thanks 29 primes..

Customer has a on-line marketing account with us. He recently has a NSF check on file and he assured us that on 2/4 we could redeposit the check and the funds were good. At no time in that conversation did [redacted] request to cancel. I do see [redacted] did advise a rep on 2-25 that he could not afford the service but again never requested to cancel his account.

Review: Calls first represent themselves as Google, then a business working with google, regarding google ads. Months trying to get my $249 payment refunded.

Cold call in August 2013 that said they had a spot available on the front page of google ads, very unusual, they had reviewed me and would I be interested. Second call in mid August 2013 from a salesman advised they were a secondary business working for google or with google re google ads. I charged a fee of $249 for the first help re SEO and ad placement. Never heard from them so after 2 or 3 weeks, and realized I had no contact information and did a search to get a phone number for them. The original phone calls (probably a telemarketer boiler room) came from Arizona. Found the yelp reviews and realized I had probably been scammed. Filed a dispute on my Amex bill and heard back that I had never cancelled the service. I called 29 prime, talked to a "supervisor" who told me they could not find my file and they had provided no service, because they had heard from Amex that I had cancelled. I thought it was taken care of and they were just a bad company. I heard again from Amex, with a letter from 29 Prime that they will not refund, since they have provided the service, they say my dispute is with Google regarding my listing. Again, I have never received an email, any correspondence nor any actual services from 29 Prime. I have never provided any information that would help with receiving any search engine optimization. I have now disputed the charge again with Amex, but I would also like to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. There needs to be a file warning small businesses about this company.Desired Settlement: I want the refund with my Amex bill for $249. I would also like a better warning from Revdex.com regarding this company.

We regret that the client is so clearly dissatisfied with the services performed, but unfortunately we will be unable to refund her investment. The client attempted a charge back with her financial institution. When a charge back is attempted the decision to refund is taken out of our hands and placed with our merchant partners. While we are always willing to work with our clients when they have concerns about the service, we must back the decisions of our partners.

Review: I was guaranteed a first page ad on google. I never received my Google Pin number so my ad was never created/displayed online as promised.

On 8/29 I received a call from Prime 29 stating they worked with Google & could guarantee me 1st page exposure on Google. I spoke with Tennel & Domica who both said I could cancel at any time. The next day I decided not to move forward with this service- it was out of my budget for being such a small, new business. I tried to cancel. I spoke with [redacted] who told me I could not be refunded because services were being rendered (it was the next day and nothing had been done yet). She told me I might as well wait until 9/29 to cancel so I could at least get one month of exposure online. In the next few days I still hadnt received my Google PIN # that they need in order to proceed with the advertising services. I spoke with [redacted] & [redacted] telling them both I wasnt satisfied with the service (that WASNT being provided to me anyway). I told them I didnt feel services were being rendered and asked them what it was I was paying for. The only evidence of any "service" was a website that I told them I didnt want in the first place since I already my own. I created that website they did NOTHING. I created it, maintained and optimized it. I entered all information on the website and did the background, etc. This was the ONLY thing that was ever done on my account nothing else! I did it not them! This company did absolutely nothing for me- services were most definetely not rendered. They couldnt do anything until I received this Google PIN #, which still to this day I never received. Therefore, this company, Prime 29, did not provide me with the service they said they would.

I then started dealing with Alex Taylor beginning 9/9. I spoke with her on the phone stressing my dissatisfaction saying I wanted a refund as services that were promised to me were not provided. She was supposed to help me get "set up" by pushing my ad through since Google was taking longer that usual to send me this PIN number. On 9/12, I sent her an email stating I still hadnt received this PIN & was told it only takes 5 days to receive. It had now been 2 weeks. Half of the month that I paid for was over & nothing had or could be done on my account. Now there was only 2 weeks left before I was going to be charged again & still NO services had even been provided to me. I told her this stating the services I prepaid for had not met the claims her company was making. She said if I hadnt received the PIN by 9/16 she would get my ad online by "pushing it through". I stressed if they had just let me cancel when I had originally wanted to on 8/30 this wouldnt be an issue. We had a scheduled appt on 9/16 at 11:00 a.m. She did not call me or return any of my calls. I emailed her 2x on the 16th stating we had an appt & I tried calling her & got no response. I was even more upset, as she had said she would get my ad up by that day. This is when I disputed the charges. I felt that I had given Prime 29 an adequate amount of time to try and help amend this situation & I was now being given the run around with no answers. On the 16th I spoke with [redacted] who told me a check for a full refund of $258 was being mailed to me. He said it should take 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive. I waited, never received a check. I then spoke with [redacted] on Thursday, 10/10 who said "No check was ever mailed. Your credit card was refunded on September 16th at 1:02 p.m. The transaction ID number is [redacted]". I then called American Express because no such refund ever reflected on any of my statements. They said no refund was ever issued. I called [redacted] back and I assured him it was not refunded. He said he emailed his supervisor and would get back to me. On Monday, 10/14, I hadnt heard from [redacted]so I called and was able to get through to a supervisor, [redacted]. She said I wasnt getting a refund because of the chargeback from my credit card company. She stated if I cDesired Settlement: Refund of the charged amount of $258.00

Response:

While we understand the client is frustrated with the long list of correspondence with our Client Advisory Team, because she attempted a charge back with her financial institution we are unable to issue a refund for her investment. Once a charge back is attempted the decision is taken out of our hands and placed with our merchant partners. It is now their decision whether or not the client will receive a refund. We wish the client he best of luck, but there is nothing more we can do regarding refunding her investment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did speak with a manager at Prime 29 and they advised me if I cancelled the disputed chargeback amount with my credit card company they could then issue me a refund. I did cancel the dispute with my credit card company but still have not received a refund from Prime 29. They keep making false promises and something needs to be done about this! Completely unacceptable!]

Response:

We are disappointed the client has rejected our response, however that does not change the facts of the account. The client attempted a charge back, which our merchant partners found to be unfounded. Now that a charge back has been attempted, we cannot refund her money as we must stand with the decision made by our merchant partners.

Response:

We received notification of the client's attempt to charge back in September of 2013. While we always wish to deal with the client directly to resolve their concerns, once they attempt a charge back with their bank we are forced to worth through our merchant partners to bring the issue to resolution. We will not be able to comply with the client's request for refund as that decision will be made by our merchant partners.

Review: On February 13, 2015, I received a call from a sales representative at 29 Prime. They talked me into purchasing a search engine optimization service for the price of $229. I agreed to that and I did not sign a contract for additional monthly payments. By March 12, 2015, I was unsatisfied with the work done and decided to request for a full refund but they refused to do so. I did not pursue for the refund any further because I understood they did some work to get my business online and I was in agreement with that fact.

My complaint is that they called me on March 13th to ask for a second payment and I refused to go forward with their services and said I am under no obligation to make further payments since I did not agree to any long term contract with them.

29 Prime has wrongfully charged my credit card without my knowledge for three consecutive months since and I am very angry with this fact. I did not take notice until now of the following charges:

3/14/15 charged $229

4/13/15 charged $229

5/13/15 charged $229

Sincerely,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Cancel my services and stop payment altogether. Ask 29 Prime to take my phone number off their call list and never to contact me again.

Review: Reliable Places Online Marketing aggressively tele-markets their services. They claim that they are advertising professionals who are able to make a person's or company's website appear at the top of the list when people do a Google search for keywords selected by their clients/victims. I think they prey on older people who don't really understand the internet. They charge $1,200 for a year of their "services." By phone they claim they need a week to make a website shoot to the top of Google searches. However, after purchasing their service, it is quickly apparent they are not professional. For example, at first they didn't send a receipt. When I emailed them about something I got a reply saying they were on vacation. Calling them is a futile since they talk in circles, never answering questions and always making up bogus computer mumbo jumbo and telling you about detailed steps that must occur before anything can happen. They want to frustrate you and then when you get frustrated they tell you not to talk to them in a "condescending" tone. They all follow the same script like psychopathic robots. I soon sensed something was wrong and told my bank not to give them money. However, they succeeded at withdrawing funds by using a different company name. They apparently operate under the following 3 names: Reliable Places Online Marketing, 29Prime, and OC Listings Inc. (OC Listings Inc. withdrew the funds from my account after I told my bank not to pay Reliable Places Online Marketing.) It appears they also have multiple addresses. After you pay them they say they need 60 days to get your website high on Google search lists (not the one week they pitch by phone.) They say if it doesn't work the service is "free." That is deceptive. They do NOT give refunds. If they don't help you they offer you more months of their "services" for free. But their "services" are useless.

We have yet to receive anything that was promised to us. The sales person promised an online presence the first 30 days for FREE and then 29 Prime would review with us what has been done. After the review, we then determine if we would continue with the service.

Currently, 29 Prime is making collection calls and sending us collection e-mails for services never rendered. We have made a request to cancel our account and provide any usernames and password done on our behalf. 29 Prime has not complied.

Review: In mid Dec 2013 I was contacted by a 29 Prime salesperson and after much persuasion was talked into signed up for their services which were supposed to increase my website activity for my business, which is giving guitar lessons in the Maple Valley, Washington area. On 12/21 /13 I paid $158 for start up and 1st month fees and was told that I would receive some material in the mail that I needed to complete to get the benefits of their service. Several weeks pasted, I never received anything in the mail, so I contacted them several times and was always told the material would be coming. I was charged $99 Jan 21st and again contacted them beings I had now paid $257 without anything being setup yet. I was told again that things were going to happen, and I would receive in PIN number in the mail. Finally on Feb 12,2014 I called them to see if adjustments could be made to my fees beings nothing had happened yet. I was told that the services were up and running, and that there was an increased internet presence for my "On- line musical instruments sales", so no adjustments were valid. Surprised,I told them I have never had such a business, I give guitar lessons, as anyone could see by looking at my [redacted] Music website. Any promotion of "on-line musical instruments" would have been useless. They said they could give 2 weeks of free service before they charged me $99 again, which I said was unacceptable beings I had already paid for over 50 days of useless service and unfulfilled promises. I asked to have my membership cancelled and they sent me notice of that on 2/13/14.Desired Settlement: I want my $257 in fees refunded. They never did what they said they were going to do. After everything that has happened and with the unacceptable offer they gave me, I have no faith in their services. Lastly, I hope no one else gets such poor service.

Greetings,

Mr. [redacted] was a highly valued customer of ours. When Mr. [redacted] signed up with us, we informed him that this was a partnership and thoroughly reviewed his terms and conditions with him. Mr. [redacted] agreed to his initial $158.00 (set up fee/monthly service) payment and he agreed to be charged $99 every month on his anniversary date (19th).

In addition to this, Mr. [redacted] was told that our automated phone system will reach out to him in order to assist with things such as; account creation, the completion of tickets and other items which could effect his account. This system gave him the option to speak to us or reject our attempts to promote his account.

Our communication lines were open during our business relationship with Mr. [redacted] and our records show that on 5 occasions when we attempted to speak to Mr. [redacted], he was either unavailable or did not answer our telephone call. When one of our friendly Customer Care agents was able to get a hold of Mr. [redacted] in order to set up his account, he told us that he wanted to call us back.

We did not hear back from him, so our Customer Service Department reached out to him on 1/22/14, and we were finally able to fully provision the client and educate him on the tools that were in his back office. Mr. [redacted]'s complaint voiced displeasure with the process of receiving the pin number that comes via mail. However, our customer service department noted:

client confirming the postcard that was sent to him

We added a Google Places link for Mr. [redacted] and sent the client a survey. We even offered Mr. [redacted] a courtesy 2 week billing push. The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day, this was a partnership. We cannot make Mr. [redacted] answer his telephone and we cannot guarantee an increase in his revenue or additional students in his case. We cancelled the client and did not charge the client a cancellation fee.

We welcome any questions or feedback that you might have.

Review: This company started calling me every single day, claiming that they are from Google. They kept fishing for personal information, and I asked them to stop calling. I ha a feeling they were scammers, because they kept calling back every day. They said they would try to get my website on a prime front page listing on google. I believe they were trying to get all of my personal information to scam me. After I asked them to stop calling, they continued to call every day. They would try to get more and more information, like my name and email, but were not successful. They were NOT from google, and lied. I looked their telephone number up online and discovered they are from a company called 29 Prime, Inc., or prime29.com. I finally ended up blocking their number, because of the continued harassment.Desired Settlement: Get them to stop harassing business owners. They are lying about who they are!

Review: I have been contacted by 29prime many times through the auto-dial system, about once a month. I have asked every time to be removed from the system. I spoke to a sales rep this time and he was incredibly rude and stated he did not have the authority to take me off the list and that I didn't have the right to ask. He proceeded to speak rudely to me saying things like "since you have so much income from all your customers lets talk investments, whats your favorite stick. He refused to give me his name "so you cant write anything bad about me online".Desired Settlement: I simply wish to stop getting calls to my cell phone from this company and their auto-dial.

Review: So one day I get a call from 29 prime and they told me about how great their services were. They told me I would be on front page listing on websites like Google. So I paid a set up fee and monthly fee. So I paid them 3 months or so and I still wasn't on front page listing. I called after the first month they said I had to wait longer blah blah blah ... I wanted to cancel and the lady on the phone told me to wait the rest of the month and I agreed unfortunately. So now the month was over and still no front page listing. I guess I have to wait 3 months to get front page. so in my opinion I wasn't getting what I paid for. so I canceled and was only refunded 1/2 my last month pretty unfair since I canceled the day my payment was due.

I have a new slogan for 29p "3 Month start up fee"Desired Settlement: my desired outcome would be I get all my money refunded that I have payed this company, because in reality I did not benefit anything at all the money I invested with them. My business never got to see the front page of anything.
