Review: I signed up for 29 Prime's SEO services and prepaid for a year because there was a considerable savings to prepay. I started researching them and didn't like the reviews online and a few days later called to cancel and try to get a refund. I was told that I couldn't get a refund because they had already purchased things for me, nor could I switch to monthly because they had purchased things for a year. I was stuck and couldn't get my money back so I left it alone for 2 months to give them a chance and my webpage was supposed to be on the 1st page of Google and it is not anywhere close to the front page as they advertised. Again I asked for a refund and was told no all they could do would be to give me a free month and I said I prepaid for a year. They told me that the 13th month would be free. I have asked several times for a refund and they have continued to say no and I would like to get at least part of what I paid them back.

The client signed up with a reduced monthly rate by prepaying. After both accepting the TOS and upgrades to his account we were allowed to service his account after his initial concerns. The client has benefited from the reduced rate associated with a yearly contract and therefore we are unable to refund the remaining months of his year term. Review: A rep from this company called and said that he is from 29Prime, an Google affiliated company that can bring my business to the 1st page in searches. After I expressed some interest, he immediately connected me to [redacted] (phone # ###-###-####; ###-###-####). When I tried to verify their relationship to Google, he said that they were actually not Google but they guarantee placement of my website on the 1st page of Google, most likely within 2 months. Then, he talked me into getting a plan for 2 websites where I would pay for 1 website in full and 50% off for the second one. For that deal, I would need to pay for the whole year. Next day, on June 20th, he called me, confirmed the price and assured me that my existing websites will be on the 1st page. I agreed. I was going to pay with my credit card but he requested my banking account. They didn't tell me any terms or conditions and didn't send them for my review. I gave information to my banking and agreed to pay $2,242 the amount I repeated several times though I didn't get any documents to sign allowing them to take money. I was waiting for any doc to come so I would verify or allow the transaction but I didn't get anything. In the evening of June 20th at 9:19:03pm I wrote him an email with my concerns. After my many calls and emails, they sent me a receipt for $2,391 on June 21, 2013 1:09pm. The receipt was from Hotspot SEM saying also Charges on your account will appear from:29 Prime. A provisioning was scheduled for Tuesday June 25, 10am. Nobody called me. I tried to reach [redacted] and left a message that provisioning person didn't call me. In my search on how to reach them, I came across zillions of bad reviews on various websites, all pleading that Hotspot SEM and 29prime are scam companies and no way anybody should be dealing with them. They create fake websites and promote them, ...Finally a provisioning person called, I started answering his questions meanwhile still reading what people say about the company. [redacted] called at the same time, I asked him about the reviews, he explained that all those hundreds of bad reviews were written by their competition, especially by Yelp. I asked him to provide any evidence of the companies who are happy with their services. He couldn't provide anything. In my attempts to understand, nothing of what he said seemed valid and I decided to cancel the account before we even completed the provisioning. By that time I had to give my home address since I work from my home but I never publish my address, he assured me that they would never publish it. They made Google to verify my phone #. Immediately I told the provisioning person & [redacted] that would like to cancel during my provisioning call on June 25 at about 11:15am. I was told to call their customer service. I called right away; a customer service representative said that it would take a few days since I pre-paid so they would issue a check with full refund within 2-3 bus days. I also wrote an email to [redacted] and to support@29prime saying: Please cancel my account (both of them) right away and reimburse the full amount of $2391.00!!! I do NOT want to proceed with the business 29prime or Hotspot SEO. Please confirm. I was patiently waiting for my check to come and was terrified when on July 6, 2013 I got an email with my weekly summary. They created a fake website that looks terrible, placed there my home address & started promoting it. That website damages my company's reputation that I've established for 13 years. They picked keywords that I would never picked if I were to complete the provisioning. I wrote to [redacted] and to [email protected] again requesting cancellation of the accounts and take off my home address from their website.I didn't get any response. I submitted a ticket requesting to cancel an account again even though to me it had to be cancelled 10 days ago. On July 9, 2013 I called to their customer service again and talked to [redacted] who denied my request to turn on a recording and said that she was not going to cancel my account since it was paid in full. I have all emails, tickets and recording confirming my actions.

The client prepaid for a year at a reduced rate. After benefiting from services at that reduce rate the client requested a refund. We were unable to comply with the client's request due to the terms of the contract, but made sure to cancel the account to keep from invoicing charges for the next year. Service provider (29Prime) didn't provide any services at all. They didn't promote my website ([redacted]) as I requested when I paid for the services, instead they created their own website that I didn't need. They canceled my account only a few months later after I'd submitted many requests to cancel. In their first response, they said that they would reimburse 50%, however, when I called they denied any reimbursement.

Review: I have contacted this company several times to cancel my service because truthfully I did not see what they were doing they stated it was optimization but I never received anything so I contacted asking to cancel they said they could not because I had a year contract I said ok after the year is up which was october please cancel they said ok. I just had a thousand dollars taken out of my account from the credit card they kept on file. When I called to ask why did ont they cancel last year when I called they said I never called in I have a notebook that I wrote notes in I called several times in 2013 to cancel and thought nothing of it because I received nothing from them no email mail but when I called they said they are not going to give me a refund and that there was no supervisor present they have been giving me the run around and are very rude and disrespectful . I looked them up and saw many negative reviews and even a few articles saying that they were a scam they keep peoples cards on file ans take out money when they please. Review: 29 Primes calls my business several times a week with either a blocked number or a number from Seattle. When I pick up the phone they tell me they want to see if my company qualifies to be on the first page of Google. When I ask who are they and what company are they calling from they say they can't tell me until I answer their questions. Then they continue to ask me basic questions while looking at my website. I again ask them what company they are calling me from and sometimes they hang up, sometimes they will tell me or sometimes they will say a tech company. When I ask what's your website they don't like to give it to me.After I answer their questions they put on the phone with a very pushy sales rep who tries to sell me their service. I have polity said no thank you but they are very pushy and now they call me all the time and I've asked them to please stop. I contacted the FTC and filed a complaint but they said they can't do anything unless enough people complain which is weird because if you go on Yelp they have about 60 reviews and only one of them is more than 1 star, all the rest are 1 star with horrible reviews that are detailed.I'd like for them the stop calling me and trying to sell me their service. They are very sneaky and pushy and talk over me when I ask questions and refuse to give me any information when I ask.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to stop calling me, my phone is on a do not call list yet they still do.

The initial phase of the call is made to gauge your interest in participating in online marketing. Those are made by firms generating leads. While you may request a specific office to not call you, there are other offices that have your information that may chose to contact you. Do to the public nature of your contact information there is nothing we can do to stop these firms, however we will log the information and 29 Prime will never attempt to contact you directly.

Review: 29 Prime promises front page placement in 30 days or it's free. I signed up in Jan., in April, still nothing showing on my portal, they were supposed to fix the problem and get back with me. In May, still no hits, so I cancelled and asked for a full refund. They continue to decline the refund stating we were "rated", however can't give me any proof whatsoever that we were "rated", even though I have a screen shot of my portal from April where nothing was ever done. They supposedly gave me a refund of $99 on a cancelled credit card, however Bank of America can't find any such transaction. Just another lie. This company is a scam and I have also used your Revdex.com Scam to report them. Review: I found charges on our credit card and called to request who authorized and what they were for. They were rude and uncooperative about giving any information. the first charge showed up on 7/23/15 and since they couldn't give me any information I requested it be cancelled. since then it has been on every credit card statement, I called two different numbers the first charge showed up as 29 prime 949-268-1070; the second time it showed up as 29prime [redacted]. we never asked for this service and want our refund of 300.00 for the charges they have put on our card. they finally did give me an email this was associated with as [redacted] this is not us. please help us in getting our money back and making sure they cannot keep doing this.Desired Settlement: Want our card credited back and us taken out of their system.

I had sign up a trial with your company, and I was not satisfied, I tried to cancel my services couple of month ago and asked for refund of my charges from you. Review: We paid for them to create a custom website. They did not provide us with one. They used a free google website and one of their free templates. They charge us $200 a month since December 2013. They said this is to optimize the website and to drive customers to our website. The website was no working for over 6 months. Possible not since day 1. I just found this out. They got the website back online and cannot give me a reason why they have charge me $200 a month. If they were doing their job they would have seen the website was not working for months. Also, there are 0 people who visited the website based on 29 Prime's own account information for my business. They cannot show me any documentation that any of their employees have spent any time "Optimizing" my website in the past year. They are charging me and not proving any service. Also, their customer support team is out in India and it is very hard to understand any thing that they are telling you on the phone.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. We take client concerns about our service very seriously. The client was unhappy that inside of two months they had not seen the full benefit of the service. During the sale of this account there was a promise made for certain results by the 60 day mark. The client canceled the account prior to that 60 days, not giving our team the full timeline of that promise. For this reason, the client was denied a refund.

Review: I just opened my first small business & I am brand new, young and am still learning all the ins and outs of running a small business. That being said, there's a lot I still don't know and who or what can be trusted. I admit that I made a huge mistake doing business with 29 Prime. I was convinced by the sale representative on the phone that my small business Take Care Therapeutic Massage, LLC was dependent on their company in order to be successful, so I believed the what convincing sales rep said & agreed to work with them. On Wednesday, Nov. 27th they called me and told me that my small business had an opportunity to be on the front page of Google, and that they were associated with Google (somehow) and had the ability to do this, as well as have my business show up front page with Bing and Yahoo. So after being convinced by the very pushy salesrep, I signed a contract with this company for 12 months. The representative I spoke with told me that I would be able to cancel at anytime I wanted to if I changed my mind, and did NOT tell me there would be a huge cancellation fee. After researching more on the company, I found out that they turned out to be a scam. Review: I have been continually hounded and harassed by "29 Prime" for weeks now. Every time they call, I am given a different "special price" for search engine optimization services. Each time they call, I tell them I am in no way interested in their services and ask them to please take me off of their call list (which I have asked many, many times). Some days I am called multiple times within hours of each other. The last several times I have told them that it doesn't matter what the pricing is - I wouldn't work with their company if the service was free because I don't trust them, I don't like their business practices, and I don't ever want to hear from them again. The next day, or later the same day, I get called again. I don't normally report businesses to the Revdex.com because I hate to tarnish someone's reputation, but I hope this company goes out of business or gets sued for its predatory practices and dishonorable dealings. These firms are likely logging the person's request for no additional calls, but that does not stop another center group from contact them. Review: In the month of June 2013 my company cancelled our prescription with 29 prime due to the ineffectiveness. we were not able to see how they were profitable so we cancelled in June. I have not had any correspondence then abruptly in October approx 1000.00 dollars was taken out of my account, they kept my credit card info and then took money out I thought this was done in error so I immediately called them the next day they said that they have no record of it closing, I told them that I spoke to a customer rep called [redacted] and had written down when we spoke and also I have not received anything from them since June when prior we received emails every month which indicates it was closed. After 3 weeks someone got back to me stating that they can't find any records of me closing the account and will not give me a refund. Review: I signed up for a search engine marketing service, then read awful reviews and decided to not complete the setup of the service. When I cancelled their service they were very nice promised me a full refund and asked me to wait a month - twice. I trusted their agent and waited... a refund came for only 1 of 3 months. After repeated calls they finally tell me they have decided not to give me a refund without a reason. I believe that they were friendly while they were running out the clock on the 45 day time-frame that I had to dispute the charges with VISA. Very sneaky and underhanded. Review: Hello, This company has been calling my business phone [redacted] several times per day for months and months with a Robo dialer from different phone numbers each time. Always with "Hello this is [redacted] your Google specialist..."

My phone number is used for business and has been on the Do not call registry since 2003. This company will not stop calling me repeatedly. I would like my phone number to be removed from their call list and am unable to get them to remove it.

Review: Have asked to be put on a do not call list multiple, multiple times. Get 2-3 phone calls a day from the service and each time say that I am not interested in the service and no longer wish to be contacted, and I am still called again and again. This has been going on for over 2 months now every single day and I've had it. It is effecting my mood which is beginning to effect my business. We were guaranteed first page placement on [redacted] for serveral different cities or zip codes. We have not been able to get them to list our company on [redacted] first page with exeception to one town, which is [redacted]. We have called so many times and spoke to so many representatives and supervisors to no avail. We have been getting the run around since April lst of 2015 and we now have given up. Our business is seasonal and we needed our listings starting in March. It is now almost to late for customers to be picking a lawn maintenance company. We told every rep we spoke to the urgency of getting this taken care of a.s.a. p. but it was a complete waste of time. They keep telling you to call back in two days or three and it will be all done. It never is and to this date today it is not. We pay them on a monthly basis automated withdrawl. Eighty eight dollars a month to be listed on only one town. This is not acceptable.
