I have been with 29 Prime over a year while they claim to be listing my clothing business online to the top page of google in my area. They are a fraud company. They set you up a profile page from their website that rates your listing in your area but once you actual look up your listing in your area is nowhere close to the same rating. Not including that I already had a great google page for my business that set up a whole other page that look nothing like my business and directed traffic away from my real google page. Once I inquired about the admin rights to my google account I was told to be giving access and months go pass I still got the run around with no access. 29 Prime is a terrible online company that promises you everything to get you to sign up then actually does nothing they promise to do. Once I ask to cancel my account they act as if they didn't understand my request.

After you hang up and try searching for your business on google nothing appears.

They tell you to wait 72 hours.

After that time passes and you still can't find your business they tell you to wait a few weeks for a password in the mail.

After weeks pass and you don't receive it they tell you to wait 30 days.

It's a scam.

They are unprofessional.,they hang up if you request a refund.Desired Settlement: My $199 back.

Review: I signed up for the 29 Prime services to promote my website on or about January 23, 2014. I realized that this service was not right for me and my website and the monthly fee of $150 was simply not worth the very limited benefit that the service provided, When I was contacted by the company on February 24, as "a courtesy call," I told them to cancel my account. My account number is/was [redacted]. After getting bounced around and talking to various smooth talking sales representatives, who tried to convince me that I didn't want to cancel, I insisted that my account be cancelled and that I did not want to pay anymore. I had every reason to believe that my account had been cancelled at that time, even though it appeared as the representative had hung up on me.A payment of $150 was charged on my debit card on February 25, 2014. I called on February 26, 2014 and asked why I was charged $150, since I had cancelled my account. The representative said that they had no record of my earlier call. It appears as if my account has been closed. The representative said that he would send a request that my $150 fee be refunded. It has not been refunded, which does not surprise me.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate refund of my $150 fee, which should not have been charged on debit card, because I cancelled my account. My account number was [redacted]. I would also like written documentation that my account has been cancelled and the assurance that no additional fees will be charged.

Review: I have not received any of the services that I was promised. They are deducting funds from my checking account via [redacted] transactions each month. I would like to cancel the contract and have my payments refunded. They are a shady company. I have reviewed this account very closely and I see that our client is listed on all the directors he paid for and we built them a website, as agreed. I signed up with 29Prime in January 2015. I questioned the sales person carefully, looked at their web site etc. I should have googled negative reviews. I realized right after I agreed and gave them the credit card number, that I had made a mistake and tried to cancel the account. After many calls they agreed to cancel and did so on January 9. I was told it was a full refund but they only gave me part of it back. 29Prime started taking money out of my credit card account again in May. I caught it. When the credit card Disputes person called with me on the line, they claimed I had agreed to open another account. This is untrue. They agree to cancel the "new" account but keep taking money out by my credit card. The credit card company is good about refunding my money, however, they are a little vague about how to get them to actually stop and how to bring any kind of legal action, for me and for others who have been hurt.

Review: 29Prime contacted me by phone last August, 2014. They promised first page placement on Google searches and other searches. They said it would take up to six weeks to achieve these results. I gave them time and provided the necessary tools they claimed they needed. Since my business is seasonal, ( May to August), I was very patient about their promise. Then as time went on, I forgot about it... Until today when another similar website boosting company called to offer a similar guarantee. I decided to call 29Prime to cancel their services.

They suggested first that they were obtaining the guaranteed results. Then they suggested I give them some time to work on boosting the search engine placement. I told them no, I want to stop their services. They then said that I would lose all of my listings and website placement they were providing. I told them I want my money back and they directed my call to a "manager". I was placed on hold for a little while. Then sent to a voicemail that said the box was full. Then the call was disconnected. I tried to call back and my call was immediately disconnected. Next I tried to email my original 29prime contact: my account manager. The email was not valid. Next, I contacted my credit card company to try to stop payments. A one hour 15 minute phone call followed to their eventual agreement to stop payments. 29 Prime continued to insist that they were achieving first page placement when in fact my business was not on the first 5 pages. There was a linkden showing on page 9 on one search which was not very relevant.

I would like 29Prime to honor their guarantee, but I am quite certain that they will not. I will call them back tomorrow to see if they will, but after the runaround I got simply trying to cancel their "services", I find this to be unlikely. They were always cordial. But they are a sham, and they know it.Desired Settlement: Money credited to my credit card account: $249 initial payment plus 10 months at $149. Totaling: $1,748.

Review: I signed up with the company because they said that I will get the first month for free while they set up my Search Engine Optimization. I called back a week later to cancel and they insisted that we should try them out for two months to see results and that they would give me the second month for free as well. So reluctantly I gave them some time but once I saw that they charged me for the first 30 days I was furious because I was mislead. I called numerous times to cancel and receive a refund but they always give me the run around. Every rep I call says that their supervisor is going to give me a call within an hour but that never happens and also that the refund is going to be issued in 5 business days but that never happened as well. I know that this company is a fraud and should get audited by the IRS. This is not right what they do. They mislead new start up business owners and charge them 99 dollars a month with no results to show.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $99 back.

Review: I called to cancel within 15 minutes of signing up for service and was told that my refund would take 7 to 10 business days to "invesitigate" and then would be approved or denied. I find this to be very unsatisfactory. I want to cancel I should be able to get a refund as fast as you took the money out and not have to wonder if it will be approved or not. Review: On August 3, 2015 29 Prime/[redacted] charged my debit card $99.00 for services that I did not approve of. I was told that I would get a refund within 3-5 days upon that time I did not get a refund. I was told that I was approved of the refund by 3 different employees of 29 Prime and was told that I will receive the refund. I called on the 3rd, 10th, 12th, 14th & was told I would get my refund on the 17th I spoke to a [redacted] floor manager and he told me that I wasn't getting mt refund and he didn't say why. I asked him if he could connect me to someone who could help me and he told me that it wasn't anyone who could help me with this problem. I had this problem last month and was able to get my refund after I changed my mind about the service. That also too about 3 weeks before that happen I also asked them last month to take my information out of their system so that this problem would not happen again. Today is when they sent me an email say that the account had been closed but I still will not get my refund of $99 and he really act like he didn't care if I get my money back or not. So as of now I'm out of $99 that I really don't have to give to some company that I don't want services from. They stole my money and I would like it back. This company I believe is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back and for all my information to be taken out of that company data base. After I receive my refund I do not want them to contact me ever again.

Review: 29 Prime offered their service for 1 dollar for the first month with no contract on a month to month basis. During the first month the service did not meet up to expectations, no big deal. When trying to deactivate my account and not be charged for future months I called multiple times to cancel my membership with a response saying it has been cancelled each time when it had not. They would not answer my phone calls or would be hung up on after speaking with them the last time. I had to call my bank and have a claim filed against them to no longer have charges to my account.Desired Settlement: I would no longer like this company to contact me and would warn people about the inappropriate business actions.

Review: We contracted with 29Prime to help grow our online presence. They failed to do so, by keeping misinformation on [redacted] local, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc. Not to mention a very bad [redacted] video with old photos that are blurry. Review: I was contacted last year by 29 Prime to pay for advertising for my business. They led me to believe they were Google all the way through the process until I had already signed up for a year long contract. I paid $99 a month all year, and they sent their little reports that showed I ranked high in areas that I didn't rank. When I tried to contact them to cancel my contract at the end of they year, I was led to dead end contacts at every turn...phone numbers, emails...none proved to be legitimate. Just last week I received a call from "Google" telling me I needed to verify my business listing, and lo and behold, when I was transferred to another rep, she was in fact from 29 Prime expecting to sell me ads. She only admitted it because I asked outright because it all sounded familiar. She said they use a third party from a foreign country for the initial contacts, and she had no idea they were telling people they were Google. I am on several business related forums, and everyone has the same stories about this group...they have the same MO everywhere. Their practices are very deceptive and produce no results.Desired Settlement: While I understand that I willingly entered into a contract with them, I was misled by the representative until I had already agreed to pay who I thought was Google. Had I known it was another party, I never would have signed up.

Review: I cancelled y account with 29 prime in October of 2013. I jet realised they are still billing me. I called them and provided an email confirming my cancellation and they said they will stop billing, same thing they said last year, but will not refund my money. I have not received any reports from them and nothing to indicate they have provided any service over the last year. This was an over site and I would like my monies refunded. They had told me what the price was so I had given them my Debit card.The amount is $129.90.They had told me that they would get me my optimization done within 24 hrs. Well it didn't happen. client is wanting to send this issue to the Revdex.com. Told client that it is

the policy for refund request. Client still wants to pursue.

In the Customer’s Statement of the Problem, he states

"So I called today (date) and they said I have to wait till

July 7,2014 for anything to get done." The Complaint lists the Purchase

Price and Disputed Amount at "$129.30".

We actually have the refund amount at $129.90, not $129.30, so we were

trying to get the client even more money back. We have sent this to our

Refund Manager and Customer Service Department for troubleshooting.

1.They start out with their first sentence by saying they respect me and my opinion. I do not believe this at all that the refund was requested on May 3,2014 and then on May 8, 2014 the check was in the mail.After a week or two had passed I called back and was told we have sent it to customer service and will be mailed June 6,2014. I told them at this time that was unexceptable with me and I told them that they had debited my visa card and they should refund it back to my card,just like every other company does.Their reply was they do not do that.I had asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor,I was refused at that time and I was told they will get back to me. After calling back again another week later I was told my refund was sent to processing and on June 6,2014 and could take up too 30 days to come to me.In the mean time nobody returned my call. June 10,2014 I called back and asked about my check again and asked again to speak to a manager or supervisor and was refused again.I was told my check would be mailed to me on July 7,2014 and could take up tp 30 days of mailing..With this being said I find this to be very disrepectable to me.On top of all that I really can't see this being legal.There is only one thing I am going to agree with right now and that is for 29 prime to send me my money immediately now not on July 7,2014 or mail it 30 days from then.There has to be some laws against these kind of actions.If they refuse to do this I am taking the next step and obtaing a laywer and legal actions! I will persue interest and punitive damages for my money against 29 Prime which somebody needs to see their credentials and if they are a real company!

2.I printed out the message from 29 Prime and I am wondering why they had not put the dates down that I had called and the dates the check was going to be mailed. 5 times in this message from them to me they put the word (date) why is this?

$99.00 to her and cancelled the account. Confirmatory e-mails were successfully sent to her

Unfortunately, [redacted] stopped working with us. On 4/14/14, [redacted] submitted 2 chargeback

requests that totaled $297 (remainder of the total amount of money she paid us) with her bank.

One of them was for the amount of $198.00 and the other was for the amount of $99.00.

Each dispute was assigned a case number and we submitted our information to her financial

institution. This information typically includes items such as:

-terms and conditions

-date stamped customer service notes

-compliance and verification email summary sent after client verbally agreed to all charges and services

-summary page showing front page placements for this customer and successful PIN verification process

-local profile and website that we created, maintained and optimized for the client

On 5/1, we won both cases against [redacted]. We agree with the decision that [redacted]'s bank made.

In her complaint, [redacted] states "They made my bank buy their story". We respectfully disagree.

We submitted our proof to [redacted]'s bank and after they examined the evidence, her own bank

ruled against her. [redacted] also states "am I on the front page of google? No". We are not

responsible for optimizing [redacted]'s account because she is not a client of ours.

Review: 29prime mis - identified itself as GOOGLE. They said they were google and charged me $260 now will not refund money given.

The company called my business phone identifying themselves as google. I only noticed it was not google because of the immediate charges to my bank account. I called the next morning to have my account cancelled and refunded. I was told that the person on the phone could not give a refund and have yet to talk to someone who can. I have never been more deceived in my life and they continue to do so even though I have filed a fraud case with my bank and visa. I even changed my account number because I was scared they would continue to take money. I was told several times I would be contacted to get my refund but have still not been contacted on over a week!Desired Settlement: I would like my $260 back for lying to me and deceiving me with your sales tactics. If I were to engage in those types of tactics with my clients I would be bankrupt in weeks!
