Review: This company is very invasive, they call practically every day and at first they say they are calling on the behalf of Google in order to optimize your web position, this is false advertisement. Our business, thought it would be a good placement, for fees once a month. We then changed our mind but within minutes they had already taken over 3 months fees on our credit card and 1 month later they took another. And even after emailing them and trying to get this resolve with 29 prime there was no refund and no follow up (except for calls every day to try to sell us the same service). They say they will optimize your place on the web but once they have your credit card number they do nothing, except annoy you, they do not offer any services they just want to get your money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, for them to stop calling and the company shut down.

Review: 29 Prime charged an initial $99 USD fee for its online advertising service. It proceeded to create a new website for the business without permission, ignoring the presence of our company's own website, and advertised false business information on this newly created website. The company claimed to work for Google when in actuality it did not. 29 Prime stated there would be only the $99 USD fee involved in the overall business transaction, with no contract or obligation. When we asked 29 Prime to terminate their service because Google results for our company were not accurate, they stated that there would be a $99 USD fee in order for said termination to occur. They were not transparent about this at all in their initial description of our agreement with them. Our company was essentially held hostage in regards to this. Whenever we tied to contact them to complain, we would get transferred and subsequently cut off the line.Desired Settlement: We desire a $99 refund (our initial service fee) for 29 Prime not being transparent with us about their service, and lying abut the service they would provide. We also want them to take down the domain they created with our own name titled "www.[redacted].com" as they were never given permission to create a website in our name. We also request that they terminate our account with them. We request that the Revdex.com let the public know about this scam.

Response:

Greetings,

Please know that we are concerned about [redacted]'s state of mind and are actively reviewing the account that the client has with us.

The complaint states that "The company claimed to work for Google when in actuality it did not." We take a strong stance against misrepresentation, but after reviewing our sales recording for [redacted], we found that no such statement was made. We are not Google. We are not related to Google. We are not Google's second cousin. Our Quality Control violation list strictly forbids any such misrepresentation and [redacted] can rest assured that our sales agents are monitored and any false statement

they make can and will be used against them.

In the Consumer’s Desired Resolution, [redacted] accuses of "lying" and requests "that the Revdex.com let the public know about this scam". We are a 100% legitimate company that is recognized by INC Magazine and [redacted] can hear from real consumers about how our services took their business to higher heights at:

http://www.profile.29prime.com

http://www.profile.29prime.com/Reviews.aspx

[redacted] desires a refund of $99.00. We have sent her request to an Operating Manager that will dilligently review her case.

[redacted] has stated that she wants us to: "take down the domain they created with our own name titled "www.[redacted].com"

and that we "advertised false business information on...newly created website". We have sent this request to our respected SEO team.

Lastly, [redacted] requests that we "terminate our account with them".

We have sent this request to a trusted Customer Service Lead.

We ask for [redacted]'s patience and appreciate her cooperation. A friendly representative should be contacting her soon. If the client has any further concerns, she is welcome to contact us.

Review: I received calls from this company. The salesperson did record my purchase and each call after. I signed up, even though I was not ready, and the services promised are not being delivered. I tried to cancel within the next day and so after. I said on the phone I have the right to rescind and get a refund. I do not feel good on the service provided. I have not received any correspondence from this company and feel "swindled".

I have looked up negative reviews on this organization. They say they are a partner with [redacted]. I see they are no longer with [redacted] and have class action suit. I paid $199.00. I asked to cancel. THey said I have money back guarantee and then they will not give money back.Desired Settlement: I tried to get money back. THey giving a discount for future. I will never do business with this company ever again. I want complaints and them out of business. POOR ETHICS!!!!

Review: Prime 29 promoted themselves as a service that would have my business in the top 5 listings in any web search of any prime search engine. In a very competative business this was a very appealing offer and one I was willing to pay for. After 6 months my company was not even mentioned in the first 5 pages of listings anywhere. They charged me $298.00 and told me to wait a ridiculous 60 days for my name to appear, which I did, and then falsly claimed that it was there when I called them and did not find it anywhere on any searches. The monthly reports I received showed my visibility as 0 and no ranking of any kind. It reflected search engines that I never heard of and even when I went to them to look for my name I was nowhere to be found. After telling me that they would look into it and have someone call me...which, of course they never did...I asked to cancel the service and requested through the proper channels for my money to be returned. The service was canceled and only the money from the time of my cancelation request was returned. I never received any services they promised. They say in their terms and conditions that no refunds will be given for services provided. I did not get any of the service I was promised and therefore believe a full refund is due. They owe me $1234.00 and have not responded to any of my written correspondence in any way. Not sure why they picked a small, vulnerable company to take advantage of but their business practices need serious review.Desired Settlement: $1234.00 refunded for services never rendered

Review: I signed up with Billboard local aka 29 prime because they guaranteed me that within the first three months, my business will be front page on the search engines. This company has poor customer service and they will not return your calls or emails. I've spoken and have been directed to so many people. They did not resolve my issues with their services which led me to cancel my account with them. However they were still charging my bank account after I've spoken to not just a customer service representative but also their supervisor. When I called them to complain about the charges, they were not just rude but refused to give me a full refund. They charged me for two months after I've cancelled with them. Billboard local is a major scam and I should have known from the start. Their website alone looks fishy and not what you expect from a company who supposedly is one of the best SEO services. Someone or something has to be done about these scam artists.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my first three months as well as the other months that were charged for after I cancelled.

I signed up for their service on a @$1 for one month of service and $99 a month after that if I did not cancel withing a month. They had a very good salesman so I signed up and gave them credit card info before I checked them out. After I gave them my credit card info I looked into them online and found a lot of complaints. I called 29 prime back to cancel my service within about a week of signing up and have found that they promise to cancel and send a verifying email, which never comes. When I call and speak to someone they either transfer me to a voice mail box that will take no more messages or they simply hang up on me. I have found that they are now using caller ID to hang up on me before a live person will even speak to me. The previous times that I have spoken with them to try to cancel my service I have been polite but firm that I want to cancel, but they seem determined to even speak to me at this point. It appears that they are not a legitimate company and are scamming people.

Review: Dear sir:I contracted with 29' prime to provide internet advertising. After the first got my report I got and new calls or people came in and none seemed to see us. Review: Warning!!!!!! This company is a huge scam!! Stay away!!!!!!!

My husband gave a credit card over the phone without signing any paperwork or agreeing to any terms. They ran it before we signed anything or started "service". Not even two hours later we could hardly get anyone on the phone and when we did and told them they want to cancel they would transfer us and then the other end would die.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: On April 15, 2013 we made a payment of $258.00 and recieved transaction ID [redacted] this was for marketing services that a company that went by the name Reliable Places promised/guaranteed that we would be found on the first page of Google search engine results within 60 days of being verified if we paid $258.00 as the deposit and each month after would only be $100.00/month. We agreed and paid however, after the payment of $258.00 we were then receiving emails from a company called 29 prime who was instead charging us $199.00 we were billed 3 months straight and we were NO WHERE on the first, second, or third page of Google. We called and called and only received a voicemail. When I finally spoke with someone they stated that they were unable to place us on first page as they guarnteed and were not going to be refunding our money. We submitted a dispute to our bank and they gave us a provisional credit. 2 or 3 months later they send our bank false contract documents to verify their charge was letgitmate. However, it is not their gaurantee was NOT met and we lost business and our investment. I researched this company and found many other people who have been scammed by this company which promised the same to them and did not deliver I will be glad to submit this research. If this is not resolved I will be contacting the authorties and suing in court. I will not be cheated by a scam company. I demand our full refund of $656.00 and I will not rest until I receive every last of my money owed.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund of $656.00 or I will be going to the authorties and filing charges.

Response:

This client attempted to charge back the sum they are demanding as a refund in their complaint. Once a client attempts to charge back, the decision to refund is taken out of our hands and placed with our merchant partners. Based on the results of the campaign and the fulfillment of contracted duties, our partners denied the charge backs. We urge all clients who may feel they are not receiving the highest level of service to contact us directly to keep similar third-party complications from keeping us from resolving the client's issues to the fullest extent.

Review: Claimed that they would provide a multitude of services. Email them on jan 16th and then went online on the 20th of January but when I went online they only show that [redacted] and [redacted] has been set up. When you talk to a representative they do not speak English well. When I requested information and updates they put the responsibility back on me and asked if I had provided them with the [redacted] and [redacted] numbers, which I had. Then even after I talk to somebody in the accounts department they couldn't even prove to me that anything was done besides the [redacted] and [redacted]. She stated that everything was done yet couldn't even provide me a link to my [redacted] website that they claimed they had made. I even did my own search for my company queens of clean on [redacted] and couldn't find it. And after talking to the lady for 17 minute she complained that we've been on the phone too long when I was simply trying to give her an opportunity to prove that they had done anything. So after multiple attempts the company has not provided me with their services as they had promised.Desired Settlement: Refund my money or make it right

March 13, 2015 Revdex.com 4747 viewridge Avenue, Suite 200 San Diego, CA. 92123 Complaint #[redacted] Queens Of Clean Dear Ms. [redacted], I am responding to the above named complaint. This customer signed up with our company for on-line marketing on 12-30-2014. We have provided multiple services and currently Queens of Clean is ranking on Google under the terms Industrial Cleaning Service, Condominium Cleaning, Retail Building Cleaning and Construction Cleaning Service all are ranking in zip code [redacted] which Is the customers local area. We have a 60 guarantee that if we are unable to get you placed on the front page of Google we will suspend your billing until we can get you listed. Mr. [redacted] is listed for 4 of his 10 keywords and cancelled his service 33 days in and did not let the optimization needed work completely for all other listings. We had spent over 20 minutes with Mr. [redacted] on his cancellation call trying to explain to him what services were provided however we were unsuccessful in explaining how Google algorithms work. We did cancel Mr. [redacted]’s account the day he requested and we do not feel there is a refund due at this time, services were rendered. Please let me know if I can help any further, [redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This had nothing to do with the google ranking. The reason for the cancellation is there was no proof of any work even concerning the multiple social web sites and other web pages they were paid to post me on. I asked the lady before I cancelled to prove to me that anything was done including the multiple social web sites and she couldn't. I asked if my company was posted on pinterest and she said yes it was but she couldn't provide a link to it and then I even did a search on pinterest and it wasn't there. So the bottom line is this. If I am told that my company would be posted on about 30 web sites (and I know it only takes a few minutes to do each) and yet not one could be shown to me with a link to the web page with Queens of Clean on it then how am I to believe that anything was done?Prove to me that ANY work was done with a link to the sites and I would have been fine.

Review: 29 prime solely deal business contact over the phone but the service or product were never rendered. No product or customer service available whatsoever when called. It's basically a web scam to lurk customer into something that were never existed. Supervisor [redacted] deny all claims and does false statement about the product they created, only if there were actually any foreseeable products or services available.Desired Settlement: refund for the services that was never available or even existed.

Review: On 3/16 our company [redacted] hired 29 Prime for advertising our company. They guaranteed us front page placement for 5 cities, Arlington, Kennedale, Ft. Worth, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie, on 3 search engines, [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. My account specialist [redacted] guaranteed us front page placement and also if we did not see an increase in customer calls-satisfaction was guaranteed. As of 6/9/15 we had only 1 city (and only 3 out of 19 zip codes within that city) ranking on any of the 3 search engines. I have emailed several times and have spoken to 3 representatives with no resolution. Every time I speak to a representative they either hang up on me or say they will call me back with information and never do. I have paid 3 months with of service totaling $597.00. I expect for a FULL REFUND of services not rendered.Desired Settlement: A FULL REFUND of services not rendered in the amount of $597.00

Review: This company guarantees to get their clients on the front page of [redacted], they take your money, run a completely incompetent operation, and fail to provide the results they promise. They have a screen of employees on the phone who can't do anything for you except promise that a supervisor will call you back, which they never do. This company is pretty much a complete scam and they need to either change their business practices or be shut down.Desired Settlement: I was given a partial refund but want a complete refund and am presently taking up that matter with my credit card company.

Review: 29 Prime has charged both of our restaurants ([redacted] and [redacted]) a year subscription each to their services claiming that there was recorded evidence of us approving an automatic renewal of services. We have asked several times for the recorded evidence and nothing was given. The representatives agreed to refund the amount of $1,495.00 to [redacted] because no recorded evidence was found and said the check would arrive in the mail within 30 days. We called to confirm this recently and was told it was on it's way. September 8,2014 a call was made to try to settle the charge for [redacted] and to also verify the agreed refund to [redacted]. This representative said that no refunds were made and would not be made for either charge despite no recorded evidence. We have an e-mail confirming our cancellation of services at [redacted], but have not received the one for [redacted]. We are certain that we did not agree to auto charge/ renewal and would not like to continue doing business with this company.Desired Settlement: We are demanding a refund of $1,495.00 to [redacted] and $995.00 for [redacted].

Review: 9/20/13 Hired 29Prime to perform SEO services for our company under a No-Obligation or contractual obligation cancel at any time policy. 29Prime failed to create various online listings for our company and when they did created them with incorrect information. When requested to remove the Face Book page incorrectly created for the corporate entity and not our dba as requested. One full month past without any correction being made or various online products promised in the package that never materialized. 11/15/2013 I called to cancel my account with 29prime and spoke with [redacted] the customer service rep who refused to allow me to cancel by consistently saying she does not understand and that my issues were in the past lets move on. She failed to understand how terrible their communication had been and the quality of service and product failed to live up to the sales rhetoric as advertised. She consistently and persistently refused to acknowledge my cancellation with pointless concessions and promises to make it right. 11/18/2013 I discovered that my credit card used to remittances with 29Prime was fraudulently used at The Gift card.com. 11/2013 I emailed my cancellation in to avoid the horrid conversation and their bulling and predatory practices. However I was told that I owed them 150 dollars for a bill posted on 11/20/13. I informed them again that their services are no longer required and that I am not to be billed again. Yet I have been continually billed $150.0 multiple times and told I must pay for services I canceled and do not want. Their product does not live up to their sales hype and their service for lack of a better word " SUCK." They refuse to stop billing me.Desired Settlement: account closed, billing stopped and charges voided.

Review: On May 15,2013 I was contacted by a sales representative from 29 Prime in regards to advertising for my small business online. During the phone call we discussed a monthly fee or paying by the year, but the full amount could be refunded within 30 days if I was unsatisfied. The company pulled the full year amount that I agreed to for $995 from my account. During the first 30 days I had called back to address such issues as the wrong business listing being linked to the account, the name of the business being misspelled and my search wasnt even populating in Google. In addition the wait times with their customer service department was literally 30 minutes, with no answer. I left a voice mail, which wasnt returned for 2 days and then another wait of 30 minutes. Finally I asked for my money back. They advised Id have to fill out a dispute form to the accounting department to dispute the agreement for the full year and to get the $995 refunded. They gave me the fax number and said Id be called back within 48 hours. That agreement was given to me at 2pm on Wednesday, June 5th. As of today, Tuesday, June 6th I still have had no answer. I have called several times and just keep getting told someone from accounting will call me back. Still they have yet to fix my issues with my account and I havent received any word from the company in response to getting my $995 returned.

Review: company contacted me stating they were Google and that we could get front page placement by going with their company. I had issues with them because I never saw my company on the front page of google. Their answer was give it time. I am almost a year an still nothing seen from the what the comany told me they were offering. I had problems with my blog being hacked through the website the supplied and they had no answer. I had problems with the contact leads through my web page. These contact were never relayed to me. They claimed it was being worked on for over 4 months and still no repairs. I am sick of this company failing to perform and make good on promises made for my internet marketing. I am requesting a full refund on monies paid for failure to perform according to our agreement. This companies actions areDesired Settlement: refund for charges based upon false representation claiming to be google and I have been unable to locate the ad from 29 prime myself. Greetings,

Review: Our company Knowledge 12 Computer Systems needed some SEO ("Search Engine Optimization")help and when we received a call from 29 Prime. Due to the immediate need, we jumped into a $160 a month contract that has yet to be fulfilled. We signed up with them before doing reviews on the company, which in turn has impacted the possible growth of our company by delaying the SEO work that has been needing to be completed for our Google Search Results. After several attempts to speak with supervisors to fix the issues that occurred, no answers from supervisors came and some of the reps were even trying to avoid the necessary transfer by rumbling through other issues throughout the past few months. The promises made by 29 Prime were as follows: We will have your local (SEO) in a first place Google search in no more then two months and with a one year contract we will maintain the first place ranking with Google. With the things they have done created an issue with our Goggle Ranking that went through major corrections by us for our Goggle Places after requesting over and over again that these issues be fixed by 29 Prime and then are told that our changes to the Google Places was causing the issue which we disagree. We have made the changes because we weren't seeing 29 Prime's JOB not being done properly. We have yet to see an actual Google placing better then a Google Maps Pin location.Desired Settlement: We feel that this 29 Prime hasn't do the JOB they have been hired for and we think that the wasted time. The money put into this SEO work needs to be refunded in full by this company and our contract voided due to it not being fully followed through and accomplished.
