Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]  To whom it may concern,  Please accept this information as our formal response to theabove listed complaint. Mr. [redacted] from [redacted] signed up with 29Prime foron-line marketing and search engine optimization on October 8, 2014....

 On that date 29Prime created several directory listingson-line and listed the business with Google and Bing (the 2 most popularinternet search engines.) I have attached a copy of all the listing 29prime createdand the URL links so you can see clearly all the work that was done for Mr,[redacted]. As of today we have not deleted his listings even though he cancelled onDecember 9, 2014, that is another 3 weeks of free service. I have attached below excerpts from his account activitythat clearly shows we explained our services, explained our terms andconditions and advised him it usually takes up to 60 days from the set up tosee the full results of on-line marketing and search engine optimization. You can see from the notes this customer wanted to canceland wanted a refund. After we explained that 29Prime has done the work for him,he then threatened 29Prime that he would submit a complaint with the Revdex.com.  He also contacted his bank and charged-back his lastpayment.  Mr. [redacted] only paid for 2 months of service and 29Primeprovided all services agreed upon and are still providing those serviceswithout being paid for them. Please review these notes, the URL links and our terms andconditions and we feel you will agree services were rendered.   10/13/2014 1:27:35 PM Client called in with concerns on his account - other companies contacting him to sign up. Ms. **, In reviewing this complaint I would like to note that in 2013 customer did pay and received all services. The complaint is in regards to Ms. [redacted] yearly renewal. We processed her "automatic renewal" on 10/25/2014. After that processed Ms. [redacted] called in to cancel her account....

She stated she told her bank not to pay the check and demanded her account cancelled. On 11/12/2014 we received notification from her bank that they returned payment to us as NSF. On that day we noted account and made sure her account was cancelled.At this late stage we do regret that we did not respond to Ms. [redacted] or the Revdex.com sooner however there is no refund due based on the payment returning. I resent via email another cancellation confirmation to Ms. [redacted] today for her records.Thank you,

They took two payments from us. We want a refund immediately. Their claim we do not have an account is bogus as 3 of their reps found our info & promised to resolve our issues.Complete scam!

Complaint #[redacted]In response to the above listed complaint.This customer signed up with 29Prime on 12/22/2014 as we agreed, we went to work right away in creating a Google Listing [redacted], for verification) and created many directory listings as well....

 Customer called on 12/27/2014 and told our customer services she does not think she can afford our services and she is scared she can not come up with next months payment. Customer at that time was advised "again" that our guarantee is 60 days on the front page of Google or we will suspend billing until it is. She was still concerned about being able to pay next month.  Our customer service agreed in good faith to lower her monthly billing for $199.00 a month to $159.00 and the customer was very happy with that conclusion.On 1/22/14 her payment failed and her bank declined the charge. Later that day the client called back into our office to advised she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and she will get her money back through them.At this point we do not feel this client is owed a refund as the work we promised was delivered. We did attempt to work with the client on pricing however she just could not afford the service not that we didn't provided that service.If she would like to contact me directly to further discuss, I would be happy to explain wheat we did and what our guarantee is.Thank you, [redacted] Manager, Accounts Receivable 949-777-6616 x [redacted]

I have no idea how they expect me the customer to rectify this problem. They are the marketing company who have access to [redacted] advertising. We pay them to rectify this problem. We have tried to resolve this so many times with different customer representatives. They promise it will be resolved in 72 hours and it never is. All we want is what we paid for. Advertising on [redacted] 1st page for the 4 towns we want to advertise our services. All we have gotten is [redacted] 1st page listing for one town [redacted], [redacted] If they would get the other three towns listed as promised, we would be completely satisfied. There explanation of walking us through this problem, is ludicrous. We have no access to the [redacted] listings. So, this answer they are giving you to the problem, is not possible.

of her claimed cancellation notice, as we do not see she ever cancelled her account. We would also like the chance (if provided) to research the validity of the notice.We also find it “odd” that Mr. [redacted] “just” noticed that her American Express card has been charged $199.00 a month for over a year and should not have been? We do not give refunds on a cancellations nor give a refund for services rendered, especially when she has benefited for all this time with our on-line marketing visibility and search engine optimization.I have attached our terms and conditions for your review which clearly states our cancellation and refund policy.

I have emailed this customer for additional information. I am unable to locate any account by his name, address or phone number provided.I have requested a business name, business phone or account number.

I really don't know how much more I can add to my original statement. We are paying to have our company name placed on [redacted] first page advertising for 4 separate zip codes. They are only giving access to one zip code. That is [redacted] under lawn care. This was not our contract agreement. We are to be listed under lawn care, and lawn maintenance on first page of [redacted] advertising for 4 separate zip codes. One zip code(or town) is not what we agreed to. We are still being billed monthly with ACH taken out each month for $87.00 per month. There have been no holds for billing on Prime's 29 part. Also there have been no communication from them to resolve this problem since before or after we submitted our complaint[redacted]

We have provided multiple services and currently Queens of Clean is ranking on Google under the terms Industrial Cleaning Service, Condominium Cleaning, Retail Building Cleaning and Construction Cleaning Service all are ranking in zip code [redacted] which Is the customers local area.   We have a 60 guarantee that if we are unable to get you placed on the front page of Google we will suspend your billing until we can get you listed. Mr. [redacted] is listed for 4 of his 10 keywords and cancelled his service 33 days in and did not let the optimization needed work completely for all other listings. We had spent over 20 minutes with Mr. [redacted] on his cancellation call trying to explain to him what services were provided however we were unsuccessful in explaining how Google algorithms work.   We did cancel Mr. [redacted]’s account the day he requested and we do not feel there is a refund due at this time, services were rendered.   Please let me know if I can help any further,   [redacted]

We received this complaint on April 10 2015. According to our notes we contacted our client on April 8, 2015 and advised they would get a full refund for the prepay service they paid for on March 13, 2015. We did leave a message that it will take 30 days to receive as we need to make sure the...

Email was sent to customer requesting additional information as her account cannot be located. I requested a business name, address and a correct phone number and when she response I can review her complaint.

The website which was to be maintained by this company was not operational for over 6 months.  They did nothing to the account like they were supposed or they would have seen the website was not opperatonal.  I have been charged thousands of dollars from this company and they have not provided any service.  This is a scam and a rip off. I was not satisfied with getting a refund for 1 full month of service and the start of a new billing cycle.  I have been getting scammed and ripped off since day 1 with this company.  I wish I was involved earlier.  I had been going over a credit card statement for the business and noticed this $200 charge I didn't realize what for at first since I had noticed the website wasn't in operation for At least 6 months but I'm thinking closer to a year. If they had done any work on my website in that time even just checked on the account they would have seen and should have notified me of this problem.

They have done most of this work after we cancelled. Also, they advertise if they do not perform as promised, their services are free.They did not provide the results promised. They would not take or return calls.We simply want our $ returned.

I'm not sure [redacted] understands what all is involved with online marketing but in no way did anyone say 29Prime was [redacted] or insinuate we were partners with [redacted], we are 29Prime and that is who she paid as she stated in her complaint.The account was signed up on 10/3/2014 for an initial investment of $199.99. [redacted] called our office on 10/24/14 and explained she wanted to cancel her services. Our customer service department explained that we can give her a prorated refund however we have already built out all her listings. Our customer service "immediately" issued a refund for the prorated amount of $64.10.On 12/2/2014 we then received a charge-back notice from clients bank for the difference of $134.90. I agree this customer was not happy with our services however I do believe the prorate amount for her cancellation was fair. We are actually out the $134.90 since the client charged back her payment and we did built out all her directories at a cost to us.
