From the beginning booking our vacation was a complete headache! However we were in desperate need of a vacation!
We arrived to Punta Cana and checked into our roomAs I was unpacking all of our toiletry items into the bathroom; I heard a toilet flush and then all of a sudden I had a gush of water from the ceiling drop on my head! I am immediately went to the front desk asking to be relocated to a different roomThey acted like it wasn't a big deal and I had to beg for a new room and not just for maintenance to fix it! Once I got back to our room the smell in the bathroom was AWFUL!!!!! I ended up throwing away a toothbrush; hairbrush, eye cream($55) and a face sponge due to it coming in contact with the water that came from the ceiling
