Poor customer service

This company is a fraud they take your money and sell or advertise vacations on the website and they are not the livable conditions of the resort

In truth the actual resort had no ocean access The advertised "beaches" were ankle deep ponds with a little sand that were polluted with a green algae that made it impossible even to wade in The "all=inclusive bar" ran out of vodka the second day, had no hard liquor except for Jamaican run They ran out of beer of which they only had the local brand and apparently not enough of that There were only people including us in a room resort Every meal was exactly the same food There was only one restaurant and no variety in the food The lively nights

I just returned from my vacation at Cancun Everything was booked through Vacation Express (flight, hotel, transfer to and from airport, and an excursion to the Mayan ruins) Unlike other reviews posted here, my flight was not a charter flight and was a direct flight with Delta As soon as I booked my vacation, VEx provided the airline confirmation number which I used to check on Delta's website to confirm they had my information Everything was booked as requested with Delta
After reading some of the reviews, I had my concerns about not getting what I had purchased and that my information would not be transferred to the hotel or transportation company and I'd be stranded in Mexico without a clear point of contact with the travel agency Fortunately this didn't happen Upon arriving at CUN and following the instructions provided by VEx we were greeted by the Nexus/Sunwing rep (local provider) that had all our information and showed us to our driver The hotel had our reservations and everything was received as booked
