SPREAD THE WORD: Vacation Express is a SCAM! I booked a vacation package with Vacation Express for a flight from San Diego to Cabo with nights at an all inclusive "resort" in San Jose Del CaboFirst of all, no where was it stated that San Jose Del Cabo is not the "traditional" Cabo that everyone knowsSan Jose Del Cabo is a town minutes away and $ONE WAY in a taxi!! I tried to make the most out of the resort we had but it was disgusting!!! The tomatoes were clear with no red color, the hottest salsa they had IN MEXICO was Tabasco sauce, in the degree weather the thermostat was fake and did not change fan speed or temperature, wifi was a joke could not even send a text to family that I arrived safely, food there was the worst thing I've ever seenI ordered nachos since I was in MEXICOand got stale tortilla chips with nacho cheese sauce on top!!!! What?!? This is what I buy from my brothers baseball games at the concession standOn top of this my boyfriend and I got food poisoning the first night!! The alcohol was not even remotely realWe ordered tequila on the rocks after receiving glass full of sweet and sour for our "margarita"The tequila tasted like salty water!! There was NO alcohol inside this! The liquor bottles displayed on the bar were disgusting and had obvious been refilled numerous timesWhat a jokeWhat a jokeWe left the hotel the next morning and moved to Cabo San Lucas where none of the above has happened!! Beware of Vacation Express on Groupon that is using Swift Airlines!!! The bad reviews are True!!!
They charter the plane and aircrew through Swift Air, so those nice people on the plane can't help you in anyway, because they don't work for Vacation Express!

When I initially booked a vacation to Punta Cana with Vacation Express, I was a little leery, however, I have nothing but positive things to say about Vacation Express We left from Newark airport (hours before our flight) and the check -in was seamless and without a hitch The only thing I will say if you're a tall person, the seats on Dominican Wings are very tight (we will get 1st row going forward) Upon arrival, in Punta Cana, my husband's luggage did not arrive (it was still in Newark never was put on the airplane) We worked with our Vacation Express/Nexus Tour Guide - Raeffale, who was so helpful and patient with us in trying to get my husband's luggage I cannot stop saying how valuable Raeffale was to us My husband's luggage arrived the next day and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation Raeffaele was even able to get us a $refund towards the shorts/shirt my husband purchased, I cannot thank him enough! He even refused to accept our tip My vacation express trip went extremely well without a hitch and I will be using them again!

Refusal of refund after deceptive bait-and-switch pricing
On Saturday October 22, 2016, I was redirected to the Vacation Express website after searching travel deals on Travel Zoo The travel deal I wanted to purchase was advertised on both sites as all-inclusive Jamaica hotel/resort with airfare included On the first page of redirection to Vacation Express, the deal stated round-trip airfare included When choosing the resort, at the top of that page (on the tab that was labeled "flight+hotel", other choices were "flights" and "hotels") was where you were to select your departing airport and airlineAll resorts listed stated "price per person includes airfare, taxes & fees" I selected a resort that was advertised as "$- price per person includes airfare, taxes & fees"This was for rooms selected and people per room On the next page it showed a total of $for "passengers" I completed my information and payment information, then all information for myself and

No wine, no liquor This is a joke I would not recommend Vacation Express booking your vacation if they cannot find a better Charter Airline to service you and a better resort
