My friend and I booked with Vacation Express booking number *** with flight into Punta Cana and a stay at the Occidental Caribe resortUpon arriving in Punta Cana my friend and I searched our luggage as we had been told there was an issue with stealing in the airportAll of our items were presentWe watched them load our luggage onto a bus and take it back off at the resortAt the resort we were told to go to the front desk and not allowed to bring our luggage withWhen we finally walked back to our luggage one suitcase was open with clothes falling outWe told the porter and zipped up the bag and then searched it when we got into our roomA toiletryjewelry bag which was inside of the luggage was now missingWe attempted to contact our representative at Vacation Express and Hotel SecurityOur representative never showed up for the meeting we were supposed to have and never returned our callsThe hotel lied about having video surveillance and when we asked to see the vid
