All of the items have shipped with the exception of item *** which we see as lost in transitI have reshipped and sent out expressThe jacket (*** was shipped on the 14th and is in transit and should be delivered per the tracking number by Saturday the 19th

This was an internet order placed under the name of *** ***We do not go into orders that customers place via the internetThere were charges for the VIP one on 2/12/and one on 3/14/I will contact VIP and request that you be refunded for the VIP that you accepted in error

I accept the resolution of the company replacing the item I did not receiveI would like clarity on the reference to shipping as I don't know if I am being asked a question or if I'm just being notified how the item will be shipped Thank you

This item was on backorder and was received on 01/10/At this time the order is ready to be shipped and I cannot change the ship methodWhat I will do is once it has been charged I will credit back the shipping of for all your

If the credits have not reached your credit card it is because you filed a chargeback with your credit card company regarding charges from this orderThe credit card company reviews the order and makes a decision as to what credits are due the customer and if the charges should be reversed

The customer placed an internet order and accepted the VIP membership by entering their email in the box provided stating by entering hyour email address below as your electronic signature and by clicking Start Savings after your days free, you authorize VIP to charge monthly membership fees
as described in the Offer Details on the right, to the same account you provided for your purchaseIn the offer details it gives the toll free number to call to cancel or to answer any questions the consumer might haveAn email is also sent welcoming them to the program.I will contact the VIP membership and request the customer's membership be cancelled and a refund issued

The customer placed a mail order on 5/10/for a total of which shipped out on 5/8/We received a stop payment on the check on 06/08/The customer then sent in another check for the merchandise received on 7/11/The new order *** totaling was flagged by accounting due to
the previous stop paymentThe refund check for this order *** for was generated on 4/25/If you have not received it to date I will reissue another check and put a stop payment on this check

I will notate your account that you should have free shipping on your orderIf you place the order via the internet you must call and give the operator the order number so they see the comments regarding the free shippingTo receive the free shipping on an email promotion you should place the
order through that link and the free shipping should come off at the end of your orderIf this does not happen please feel free to call and speak with a supervisor who can remove the postageI am sorry for any inconvenience

We receive the paperwork with the items that were returned from the warehouse to processThe item you stated was returned was not checked off therefore the operator processing the return did not do a credit for this itemI have processed the item as returned and the credit has been posted to the credit card used to purchase the items

An order was placed via the web on 12/12/and shipped on Monday 12/14/The shipping time is to business daysI tracked the package with the tracking number provided and it shows the package was in Atlanta Ga on Sunday the 20thPer *** ** tracking the package will be delivered via the

As stated the warehouse moved to a completely different part of the state the end of June and all mail was forwarded which takes longer than normal, but as I stated I processed your refund

I spoke to the business on December and asked for a complete refund of the helicopter, as well as a refund for my twice having to ship the return helicopter at my own expense I was told by the sales person that both a complete refund of the helicopter would be processed as well as a full refund of my personal shipping expense to return two defective helicopters ($13.69) No refunds have been issued to me. Moreover, having already received and returned two defective helicopters, I asked for a refund, NOT AN EXCHANGE I did this both over the phone on December and by way of my letter of December (which was included with the second defective helicopter Instead of receiving a refund like I asked for, I have received a third DEFECTIVE helicopter in the mail This entire process is truly outrageous

*** *** There is still a $hold on my bank account as of 4:PM, August 8, 2016. Also, although I tried many times to cancel it, the stacked books table was delivered by *** today. I have sent it back and expect a refund
