A refund was mailed for check number *** on 02/23/

The customer placed a mail order which we received on 5/4/and processed with a check for $The customer called on 5/7/and told us there was no money in his account and the check would not go through and to cancel the order, which we did on the 7th of MayHe then called back on the 10th
on May stating the check was cashedWe cancelled the order on his request stating the check would not cash and come back to us as no funds availableWhen he called back on teh10th we contacted our accounting department to insure that the check to date has not come backThey assured us that a refund for the check amount of has been processed to the customer for the original amount of the order.Had the customer not called the order would have shipped in a timely manner

When you placed your internet order in September of you accepted the VIP programTo accept you enter your email address in the space provided where it states Start Saving nowYou must check off the appropriate box that states I agree to the terms and conditionsYou also receive an email
stating you signed up for the VIP programAt this time we will contact VIP and have all your charges credited back to the credit card used

I have credited back the entire postage on both orders that did not ship out on timeI see that all the items on both orders have shipped out express at this time

First, no one has tried to reach out to me regarding the original boxes I have no emails or phone calls Second, I told the nice customer service lady on the phone that I had the original boxes We had an extended discussion about whether she wanted me to put those three boxes into one with one shipping label, or if she was planning to send me three shipping labels - one for each box Originally, Whatever Works/Potpourri Group sent each box separately with a shipping label The customer service lady told me that when I took the boxes to ***, they could determine how they wanted to ship the items back However, I never received the label(s) that were to be emailed to me No one bothered to email me until they received my returns today. I have attached a scan of the receipt from the US Postal Service with tracking numbers Please find it attached hereto

One of the items was returned and refunded for on 01/18/as well as postage of I have given credit for the additional item you stated you returned of today 02/13/

This was an offer on the internet when the customer placed her order in November of All the information is given and to accept you must enter your zip code, email address and check the box that states start savingI will contact VIP and request that all the billings be refunded

The customer did place an internet order and accepted the VIP programWhen you accept the program you receive several emails welcoming you as well as a reminder post card that comes before the first billingI have tried the *** number and have gotten a representativeI will call and
cancel the membership and ask for the to be refunded to the customer

Our inventory started on 03/31/and at checkout on the website it stated that at this time we were doing inventory and the orders would ship as soon as inventory was complete. We completed inventory on Friday 4/7/and the order was shipped on Monday 04/10/tracking number

Regarding the incorrect merchandise sent and the correct order being sent by June 15, this is the following true status if my Order with NorthStyle and the confusion to covet.The periwinkle dress was returned and cost me additional shippingThe shipping cost was to be reimbursed to me and the refund check they claim they sent over ten days ago has not been delivered to my only mailing address and I get mail here every dayAlthough I received the correct merchandise which is a size navy and white polka dot dress after the promised delivery time, I chose to keep the dress and it was prepaid along with shippingThe order originated in the month of May and we will soon be going into AugustWhere is the credit or refund due meI do not want to continue a business and or customer relationship with those who have caused such confusionTheir manner of involving too many different people and excuses to bide time us unethical and worthless and wasteful
