[First of all this is the 3rd or 4th different story I have heard...it just sounds like another excuse to me. When I called on the 29th NO SUCH OFFER WAS MADE! The person on the phone was nice enough....until she HUNG UP ON ME!!! The order WAS NOT CANCELEDI just looked at the site and they finally ...FINALLY...canceled the order, no doubt AFTER they received letter from Revdex.comI do not want you to just say you are going to ship the glasses to me...for one I do not, and will not ever trust you again; and therefore the only way I will accept your offer is if you will ship them to me at ZERO cost and zero shipping.]

The customer placed an internet order in January of and accepted the VIP membership programThe first days are free and after days as stated in the Offer Details unless you call to cancel there is a monthly fee of An email is sent at time of purchase with the VIP toll
free number in which to cancel or inquire about the benefits.I will call and cancel this membership and have the fees refunded back to the credit card

The credit was processed on 11/23/and the bank states the credit was done through a chargeback from the customer on 11/10/

When the order was placed via the internet the VIP program was acceptedYou must fill out informtation as well as click on the accept buttonYou also get a follow up email to the address you enter on your order welcoming you to the VIP club with all the details listed againI will contact the VIP
program and cancel your membership and request a refund

Our warehouse did move to a different part of the state and items were not available to shipTwo of the items shipped on 7/22/and of the items were on back orderThe customer cancelled those items yesterday 8/4/and a check # *** for was generatedThe customer should receive this
check by the middle to end of next week

This customer belongs to our VIP loyalty program and gets free shipping rebates on all her ordersI have credited her for the and notified the VIP program that this has been done so there is no need to claim her free shipping with them

The section about paying $a month after days was hidden from view. "See Offer Details" was exceptional small and at the very bottom of an otherwise large font offer. I am so tired of scams with hidden monthly charges. They degrade internet commerce entirely

I do not trust the business due to the fact they NEVER had the courtesy to contact me OR respond to my emails ! Once I receive my purchases I will then consider the issue resolved and will NEVER do business with them again ! If I give them any reviews they will be negative like the ones I recently read by other customers who also had negative experiences !

When the customer called regarding sending back the item the operator told her we do not reimburse for return postage unless the item is damagedThe customer stated there was nothing wrong with the itemThe operator checked and the customer did have the VIP program that she signed up for over the
internet when she placed the order and gave her the telephone number to Back in the Saddle VIP 1-*** which she should call to receive a return rebate form to claim her return postage of up to She is still able to redeem this rebate because she was a VIP member at the time she returned the item

We do not have any address but the PO box and we would ship them via another ship method but do need a physical address for that
