I have just emailed the VIP agent who responded to me in August that they contacted you to let you know they canceled your membership and refunded your fees and asked that they handle this immediately

We have refunded the customer for the item she purchasedA refund was mailed # *** for the the amount on her order on 4/6/the day after we received the complaint

This customer's order was placed on the internet and to accept this program before you enter your email address and select the accept the membership box it states that the program is free for the first days and after if the program is not canceled a monthly fee of is charged to the credit
used on the order until you call to cancelNever is the fee not shown before the acceptance required to join

The monthly fee is not for a catalog subscriptionWhen placing an internet order you signed up for our VIP membership programI do see where all of your charges for this program were refunded on 11/4/I checked to see what watch had a price tag on it because we order our items from
different vendors which do not put any tags on their items but I could not see any order for watches under your husbands name

The only check we received was for $which we issued a refund forIf you can provide a copy of the front and bank of any additional checks that were cashed by us we would gladly issue a refund for those as well

We did a credit for the customer for the incorrect color dress and reshipped the new dress out and billedThis dress was delivered on 6/17/at 2:17pm
