I was never told that the product was not available when I ordered the item or any of the times that I called I was not told by the sales person that my card was not going to be charged I destroyed the gift card because the entire amount was used for the purchase I have no way to recover the $gift card The company should have told me when I called the first time and still had the gift card that the transaction never occurred It took me talking with different people at different times to finally learn that the order had not been completedThe first time was two weeks after I ordered and was told the order would be sent out after the 4th of July holiday I called back a week later and was told that the order would be shipped by the end of the week At no point in any of these conversations did anyone tell me that the order was not processed or on hold I was told on the second call that the Customer service representative would personally check to see what the hold up was and call me back the next day No one called me back I then emailed the company and explained what I had been told No one from the company contacted me I called again several days latter and it was at this point I was told the reason the order did not go through was because the *** card did not go through and I owed the balanceAt this point I had not checked my *** card to see if it had been charged and not had a positive experience with the company so I did not want to give my card information again So the representative canceled the order and said she put the money back on to the *** gift cardI explained I did not have the card any longer so how could I get my money back She told me she would turn it over the the supervisor because she did not now how to handle the problem She said the supervisor would call me the next day and she would call to make sure someone called me No one called me so I called again At this point I was told that neither card was charged I explained to representative that I no longer had the *** card so how could I get my money back and he told me I should never thrown the card away and there was nothing he could do I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they would not tell me anything differentI insisted on talking to a supervisor and was sent to a voice mail That person has never called me

All that is great, if it had been so, but I never knew it ever existed, nor did I ever know to use it in any of the businesses listed There was never a notice given to me about this "offer".Most businesses which offer such services would also give some card, number, or something which can be used for such services None was givenI had no idea I had this service, therefore it was never used

I rejected the business response because they did not say that they would credit my credit card the full $I ordered one item and was charged and I NEVER received the itemFinally after many contacts they send me the item but charged me againI looked on my credit card and no credit or refund is thereI will not be satisfied until I receive the credit

I just talked to my sister, *** ***, who purchased the shirt in question. What really happened is that I returned the shirt and asked for another in a size larger. They, instead, sent the shirt I returned to them back to my sister and told her there were no larges in stock. She called them and asked why they sent the shirt back to her. They said they had no larges, so she can keep the shirt or give it to Goodwill, and they would send me a large in January. SHE DID NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT. I DO NOT HAVE A LARGER SHIRT. They are either lying or don't know what they are doing. Where is the proof of a credit???? It did not happen.rRegards,
