An internet order was placed on 11/07/by the customerShe accepted the VIP membership by entering all the information asked to join the VIP and checking off the box that she agreed to the terms and conditions of the programI will contact VIP and cancel her membership and request a refund of the two monthly charges after her free day trial

This company, also doing business as EXPRESSIONS has failed to return the money of a senior who was crazy enough to give them a chance and order from them The items she ordered never arrived, and they refuse to refund the payment We are demanding a refund, before we open this company and its practices up to the public We also want to be sure that this complaint remains a part of their Revdex.com record

This order was placed on a Sunday and rush ship method was requested which is an extra The order should have shipped out on Monday but did not ship until WednesdayWe have refunded shipping for the customers inconvenience

The customer did place an order for this item on 10/21/The item was on backorder at that timeThe customer called back on 11/23/to cancel the order which we did We do not charge the credit card until the item shipsI have checked and no charges have been put on this credit card

Most modern, reputable mail order companies have up-to-date information on inventoryThis is not 1975.Why is the customer not notified if their ordered item is out of stock when NorthStyle/Potpourri has the customer's e-mail address? This seems to be a common theme in the many complaints filed against this company.Why an anonymous response from the company with no name or contact info from the responder to the complaint? Why no response from Customer Service?
