The credit was processed for the dress and postage on 12/20/to the credit card used to purchase the item

I previously filed a Revdex.com complaint and accepted the resolution that they would ship my item the first week of September ( [redacted] )The first week of September has come and went and I still do not have my itemI called their customer service dept (AGAIN) and all I got was the run aroundThey still have no answers as to when I might expect my itemI asked to speak to a Supervisor but the CS person said it would do me no good and he would not transfer my call to a SupervisorThe item shows "in stock" on their web site and it shows "in warehouse" on my orderSo why can't they just ship it? I have been getting the run around from them for over a month and a halfI WANT MY ITEM!!! No more run around!! I want them to ship it Priority Mail at their expense

The return of the dress was done on 7/13/but the amount of the item was and was under your accountI have refunded this amount back to the credit card used to purchase the dress that was returned on 8/23/Sorry for any inconvenience

The company - after 2+ months of not acting - DID finally act to correct the issue, but only after this complaint was filed along side several negative reviews onlineThe company did wipe the fraudulent balance at that time - but also notated "It may go back up at some point until the issue is corrected"I've also received a VM from the company saying even the amount they said I owed is incorrect, and I still owe $that they failed to calculate(Though the rep stated they're not going to make me pay it)so even the amount they say I owe, they've come back after the fact saying "Well, its actually more than thatsorry, our stupid system messed up!" I did pay July rent a few days late - which was communicated to the office by phone, as well as emailImagine my shock when after much diligence in making sure everyone was on the same page as to what was owed, based on the company's fuzzy accounting, to receive an eviction notice on my door that very same afternoon of the last communication - listing the fraudulent balance included in my rent dueI'm 'ok' with this Revdex.com complaint being listed as 'resolved' for now, based on the fact that months later - the company did finally act & remove the debt from my recordThat said, the company showed virtually NO interest to correct until I listed this situation publicly, which I feel needs to be noted for anyone else thinking of doing business with TLC properties
