The VIP program was accepted when the order was placed via the internet on 1/4/To accept the program you must check off the corresponding box that states I accept and also enter your zip code in the requested box stating I accept the terms and conditionsAn email is sent to the email address you entered with again all the terms along with the toll free telephone number to call with any questions or to cancel at any timeThe program is free for the first days so that is why this customer did not start getting billed until the beginning of February.We will accept the chargebacks from the credit card company but to receive the first two months credits please call the 1- [redacted] telephone number and request that your membership be canceled and ask for the first two months charges refundedWe ask that you do this because sometimes a credit card number to credit is required
The customer did place an internet offer in June of and accepted our VIP programThe offer details stated it was free for the first days and if the customer did not call to cancel (the toll free number was included) a charge of a month would be charged to the credit card used to place the order until notified that they wished to cancel.We will notify Pyramid VIP to cancel your membership and ask for a full refund be sent
The customer did place an order with our overflow service at which time she placed the order on express deliveryThe first operator who she spoke with checking on her order told the customer that it had not been downloaded yet and she would make sure that the order went out express for the customerShe did check on the order and when it appeared in our system she did see that the package went out express not realizing the customer had called back to stop the shipmentShe actually sent the package overnight and did not charge the customer express service.At this time I will credit the customer her regular postage and return postageWe will refund the customer for the items when receivedSorry for any inconvenience
