The VIP was accepted when the customer placed her internet order on 10/29/I will contact Whatever Works VIP and ask that they cancel your membership and refund your monthly fee

The two gates have been cancelled but we have not charged the credit card to date because we only charge when the items are shipped

We do not have your name and address in our data base so we must have purchased it from direct marketingI will ask that they not send any more catalogs to your address

A check for was generated on 1/6/for # [redacted] and because the shipping was on the original order not the replacement I have issued a credit for the shipping on a separate checkThat should be received sometime next week

The paperwork has not been received to our department for processing as of yet, but I will process the return for you today but the cost of the one item ordered is only I will process the return for that amount back to the credit card used for this order referenced

The order was placed on 6/20/but at that time we did not have the stock availableWe did get an authorization for the order on the [redacted] and on the [redacted] The authorizations are dropped from the bank within days if the company does not bill the customerWe only bill when an item is shipped which we have not done, so we have never charged either credit card for this order

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business in reference to complaint # [redacted] Finally on June 11, the credit for the amount of the products I returned has appeared on my credit card online account I am happy to have finally received this credit nearly a month after the product got in to the hands of the company on May This is not good business practice I hope you will take this in to consideration for others who may want to purchase online with this company I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, [redacted]

When placing your order online you signed up for the [redacted] VIP program which to accept you must enter your email address and it then states by clicking start savings you agree to the terms of the offer details on the rightIt gives all the details which include free shipping and a 10% cash back rebate on your order as well as 5% back rebates at over 1,Marketplace retailers such as [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] etc.I see that they have refunded your credit card twice for each on 6/23/reference numbers [redacted] and [redacted] I will contact the VIP membership and see that the third charge is also credited

The refund for the items of check number [redacted] was generated on 7/25/and mailed on Monday 7/27/The refund for the shipping check number [redacted] was generated on 7/29/and mailed on 7/30/You should be receiving them shortly

The credit for the postage was issued on 01/13/and the new item you should receive by the 20th of JanuaryI am sorry for any inconvenience

The last order I see in the system was placed on 12/21/after 3pm ESTThe order had expedited shipping on it which because the cut off time is 2pm EST shipped out on 12/22/I don't know if it charged you shipping because the expedited shipping was selected and that offer does not apply to the offer but I have given you credit for the regular shipping of

I will notify the marketing manager not to send any catalogs to this address under the name of [redacted] and also not to purchase this name and address from other catalogs with this same information

Two internet orders were placed on the same day Order [redacted] at 12:16pm for items totaling 112.34, Order [redacted] at 12:for items (two of the same items on order [redacted] and one additional item totaling They were placed under Northstyle but our company is Potpourri Group and your billing might reflect thisAt this time we have given credit for the two items returnedI will credit you for your return postage

I have applied the discount to the orderIf this happens again just send the email you received with the sale and the email customer service department will gladly apply the creditSorry for any inconvenience

The customer did place an internet order where one of the items was on backorderIt holds up the order for up to days waiting for the backordered item to become availableIt was received and went through quality control on the 28th of AugustWe checked the recordings and the customer called on the 29th of August and the operator told her the order was in the warehouse ready to be shippedAt that time that was where the order wasAll of the operators can only see where the package status isIt is up to the warehouse as to when they ship it outA refund for the postage was done for her inconvenience as promised
