Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Of course I assume you record your incoming callsThat is why if you review my first call, you will hear the representative telling me that there is no need for a "refund check" because she was able to successfully cancel the orderUpon hearing this information, I was able to then proceed to use the $to pay other bills that I hadIt is true that your company cannot control what my financial institution does with my checkYou are, however, responsible for the verbal communication/information that your representatives give in phone conversationsThat is the whole pointIf the first representative would have told me that my check had indeed been cashed, I would not have assumed that there was $still in my account to use to pay other billsYou are not directly addressing the main point of this complaintIt is May 19th and I still do not have the refund check for $93.45, but because of the incorrect/information I was given from my first call to your company, I do have at least two $overdraft feesBesides the main issue, I find the inconsistent, and unresponsive attitude of the company, as well as the unwillingness of the entire corporation to admit that sometimes they make mistakes to be yet another indicator of the death of good customer service in this countryThe condescending and unaccountable attitude of a company that otherwise has many good products to offer is frankly appallingI reject any assertion that this company is "in the right" and do not consider the issue resolved Regards, [redacted]

The customer was credited for the items missing on 04/15/and a new order for those items was billed and shipped on 04/17/

Serengeti, one of the companies owned by Potpurri, has once again mailed me a catalogThis is after not only filing a complaint to them with the Revdex.com (see complaint # [redacted] ), but after repeated requests through their website (made on May 23, September 7, and November 4) and a phone call (made on November 4)This newest catalog was in my mailbox on Wednesday, December 27thI want them to remove my information from their systems, so I never hear from them ever againThey have failed to do soNot only am I filing this complaint, but I would like to know what further actions I can take to escalate this issueI want to be done with this company.Desired Outcome: I want several things to happen: 1) My information to be completely removed from Serengeti Fashions systems, and all other Potpourri group business, 2) for the business to never contact me again, and 3) for this complaint to get escalated to higher authorities, possibly including the government, so that this actually gets finished

We do not restock defective items but we also do not know if they are defective because they are boxed from the vendors that supply these items to usI have reshipped a new item and the credit for return postage was doneI apologize for any inconvenienceThe reason for the length of item in the reshipment is we were doing inventory following Christmas and nothing could be shipped out

This customer placed an internet order on 4/9/at 5:am ESTThe customer had to have placed the order because her credit card number was entered and that information is not asked for on the internet until the order is placedThe customer called on 4/18/to say she received the item and at that time we verified the last four numbers of her credit card usedAt this time our operator gave her the credit for the item back to the credit card used

The order went to the warehouse but when it was to be picked and packed the was not enough inventory to cover your orderIt is on backorder at this time and will ship when the item becomes availableI have removed all postage charges for this order
