When items are returned or exchanged we credit the card used to place the order. We got authorization from the credit card for the 110.91 which was the items ordered 159.85 minus the check the customer sent in of 48.94. We do not charge the customer until the order ships. The bank is who either takes the money for the authorization or credits it back if or when we bill upon shipment. Authorization from banks last 7 days depending on the bank if not billed within that time frame. We do not know if they are debit or credit cards when orders are placed.

We will forward all information to our Director of Marketing to remove the name and address from our mailing lists

When placing an order via the internet at the end of your purchase it offers a VIP program which you may or may not wish to sign up forIt is free for the first thirty days and offers free shipping and 10% of your orderYou do not just enter your email address and we sign you upYou must respond to the questions such as do you agree to the terms and conditions and it states after the first days if you do not cancel you credit card will be billed the monthly fee of until you call to cancelIt gives you the toll free number to call the VIP program for any questions or to cancelYou also receive an email letting you know you signed up for the program and then again before the first billing another email.At this time I will call the VIP and cancel you membership and request a refund

As stated once the customer enters their email address and clicks the Start Saving button all the information is made available to the customer and an email is sent to email address they provided at time of acceptenanceWe have not had any problems with the customers receiving their emails and unfortunately it has been a year ago that this was done so I am unable to provide you with the email you entered at that time.As stated I have contacted the VIP program to have your membership canceled and a refund issued

We do not have pick up return labels I can email you a postage paid label that you can put on the return and then bring it to a [redacted] location that will ship it back to usPlease check your email in the the next -hours for this label to print

This customer accepted the VIP when an order was placed in March of 2017 via the web where the customer must enter all the information requested to join and then select the accept button to join. At this time VIP on 01/08/18 has refunded all the monthly billings to date.

The credit was given back to the credit card that was used to place the order on 12/19/ The size large at the time of return was out of stock

We have cancelled the order and no charges have been processed
