Dear Sir, We are very sorry about this situation. You were accidentally charged 3 times the...

same amount on your card, because the tech ran the card 3 times and had difficulty with his credit card machine, as you stated. The credit card machine was being glitchy as sometimes happens with technology. Then, later in the day, the device went ahead and processed those three attempts, hence the very large amount racked up. It was an honest mistake and not malicious in any way. We apologize about this and we are moving ahead with better devices/ better technology as to better serve our customers. Sincerely, A1 Garage Door Service.

See the two photos attached. "not valid with any other offers" is the standard text on coupons. Just like most coupons, this text is on there so you cannot "stack" them. It's pretty clear. We tried many times to explain this concept to the customer who thought it was "confusing". In speaking with...

the customer, we tried to be reasonable and "meet in the middle" with a $50 refund, something we do not have to do, but for the sake of resolving this issue, I had offered that refund. The customer was argumentative, and insistent that "you owe me $107". Customer threatened to "call the news" and "go to the Revdex.com" . Which is fine, We love the Revdex.com and have an outstanding record with the Revdex.com. We have been an accredited Revdex.com business with a solid A+ rating for 8 years running. To recap, please view the attached photos of this customer's invoice and the clear text on the coupon. Again, We had offered to go above and beyond, and mail this customer a $50 refund in order to resolve this issue.

This was deceptive advertisement and I stand by my e_mail. He owes me $107. He knows it. He was argumentative and arrogant during our discussion. I know for a fact that I am not the first one to complain about this company.

We here at A1 respectfully disagree. The coupon is quite clear. Again, for the sake of resolving the issue, we offered to send the customer $50.00. That offer is of course still on the table.

As the customer said, we sent a manager out to customer’s home 11/1/16 to see for himself and find a solution. Upon close inspection, It does appear that we, A1, did not, in fact install new rails with the purchase of the new doors as the customer had mentioned. That is a grave oversight on our part and our manager explained to her that we absolutely own up to this mistake and corrective measures will be taken quickly to please the customer. We will solve this issue by sending a tech back to install the rails the customer should’ve gotten in the first place. We will also refund the $211.95 crashed door fee we charged customer on 10/17/16. Also we will go over all garage door components with a fine-toothed comb, as to ensure this customer's doors are in fine working order. We apologize deeply for his oversight on our part, It certainly is not representative of the way we conduct business. Our next step is to contact the customer and schedule a time at her convenience so that we may move forward & fix this issue and have a resolution.

I just got back to the office and saw this complaint on the Revdex.com. I will work on this today to see if I can find a resolution here. Sorry for the delay!

[redacted], Owner of A-1 personally came out to my residence and corrected his staff's shortcoming's that occurred on March 17th, 2014 and are listed in this Revdex.com company's negative experience section. This was a positive experience on the 20th of March. I owe his response to the effectiveness of this site and the owner's desire to repair damage caused by his staff's poor performance to his company reputation. I am now satisfied...one negative experience...one positive experience leaves me with a neutral opinion of the company, but a desire to give Mr. [redacted] a second chance in the future.

Thomas M[redacted] posted on a local homeowners crime forum and claimed there has been break-ins through garage doors in the neighborhood. He further explained that Garage Door Armor helped prevent these crimes and he "thinks" they can be purchased at a Ace hardware or online. Mr. M[redacted] is the owner of garage door armor and did not disclose. Perhaps the more ethical thing to do would have been to post in the advertisement forum and fully disclosed.

Great service. Called at 0915 on Father's Day. Technician Leith called me twice to update me on his arrival at 1130. He replaced two springs and the door rollers by 1240. He was competent, professional, and personable. Price seemed very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

I used A1 Garage Door service to repair my father's garage door who stopped working several years ago. Everything was rusty and in a bad shape. When the repairman showed up he was extremely polite and friendly and found a few issues with the door. He promptly fixed them, replaced a couple of springs and lubricated everything. He did the whole job in one hour and took time to explain what was the problem with the door. Now the door works like a clockwork and my father has never been happier with his garage.

Just had Jayson Fry of A1 Garage Door here to install new garage door springs. Found him professional and fast, he did a wonderful job. Price was reasonable as well.

I came home after work and I could not open my garage door to park my car. It was after 6 pm, so I though there’s no chance I will find someone to come and fix the problem that evening. Luckily, thanks to a friend of mine, I heard for A1 and called them. They sent [redacted], their technician the same night and he fixed the problem within an hour. He didn’t charge me extra for coming immediately, and the price for the repair was more than reasonable.

A1 garage door guys were incredible. From the initial conversation with their technician to the garage door repair, we felt like we were in good hands. The technician was polite and friendly and explained to me what is wrong with my door. He had to replace the springs and fix the motor on the garage door, which now works as good, as a new one. Big thanks to this company, great service and highly recommended!

We had 2 other estimates for our new garage door and we decided to hire A1 Garage Door service because their price was the most affordable and [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone. He sent his technicians the next week and they completed the job in 2-3 hours time, leaving the work area clean. My garage is not a standard size but with A1 it was not a problem. Don't waste your time with other companies, A1 beats them all.

I would like to highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service. They made room in their tight schedule and came to see us the same day we called about our problem. Their technician said that our garage door opener was broken, but there is no need to buy a new one, because he can fix the old one. Very professional and honest service. We are very happy to have found such an awesome garage repair service.
