The company is listed under two different addresses with the Revdex.com and on ***I'm filing this complaint under both addresses in an attempt to resolve this dispute and to provide other potential consumers fair information before doing business with this company Owner agreed to process partial refund for over paymentI had my garage door repaired on Monday and felt that I overpaid so I called for quotes from competing companies and then called Agarage back for a quoteThe same company that just charged me $826, gave me a quote for the same work @ $I called Tommy, who lists himself as the owner on [redacted] reviews, and discussed the overpaymentHe was very argumentative until I played him the recording of his employee quoting me the lesser price for the repair workTommy agreed to a partial refund, and it still has not been processedI'm unable to get a response from either him or his billing person and I shouldn't have to chase down the company for the promised refundEspec

When AGarage installed a new system for my neighbor, I was so impressed with EVERY detail Prior to the technician's arrival, my neighbor received a photo text and an email with the technician's bioThe tech arrived promptly, his name is Robin E [redacted] Robin was professional, polite & knowledgeableHe seemed to install the garage system effortlessly He cleaned everything as he worked When it was time to give my neighbor her garage remotes, he had to put out a group text to techs in the area to see if any of them had what he needed...Robin's boss immediately responded to the text and drove over to personally deliver new remotesThat's what I call service I was so impressed with Robin's work, dedication and professionalism and the response from the owner of AGarage that I asked them to provide me with a quote for service as well I requested Robin as my technician My experience was exactly what I came to expectI received a photo text and an email with Robin's bio He conducted an inspection and installed the new garage door parts that I needed - he was professional, personable, prompt and helpful it sure seems to me that Aunderstands how to acquire and keep clients It starts by treating your employees right If you do that, they truly care about doing the right thing for your clients and in turn, Awill be the recipient of numerous client referrals & life long HaPpY clients! Thank you very much for the absolutely delightful experienceI would rate this higher than excellent if I could ***

Agarage door guys were incredibleFrom the initial conversation with their technician to the garage door repair, we felt like we were in good handsThe technician was polite and friendly and explained to me what is wrong with my doorHe had to replace the springs and fix the motor on the garage door, which now works as good, as a new oneBig thanks to this company, great service and highly recommended!

If only I could give this company a negative amount of stars, I wouldI have never met the service with such a gross disregard of customers' timeThe only appointment they actually kept was the very first one, when a person came to give me a quote on a garage door repairAfter they received the deposit, everything went down the hillOn the day of the scheduled installation nobody just shown upNo call, no apologyWhen I reached the company after three hours wait (taking time off work), I was informed that the door was not in stock and it will be installed some time next week Next week cameThree hours past the scheduled time, I finally reach somebody on the phone who tells me "the team is dispatched" but cannot give me specifics on the time they are supposed to arriveOne more hour passes by and the guy with my garage door appearsAfter he removed my old door, he informed me that the decorative windows to be installed on the door are not in stock and that they will be installed separately - right - next weekThe painting also should be postponed until the windows are installedSo, for a week, I am left with the toilet-white unmatching garage door without decorative windows installed Guess what? On the day when those windows were supposed to be installed nobody cameI called the company at am and was told that they "placed an order" for the windows and I should expect a call within an hour telling me what time the guy with the windows can swing by my houseFour (4) hours later, no call When I finally reached the company, I was told (after pretty extensive hold) that "the windows are not here" and "call us back some time next week to check on the status of this order." Just my advice to any prospective customer: stay away from this companyThey have nothing in stock, they are not punctual, and they don't care about your timeAnd you know, they do not have below-market prices to justify such attitudeI am deliberating on having my order cancelled and hiring somebody else to get the job finished

I purchased a garage door opener from Agarage doors in January In July 2018, the springs on my garage door brokeThey are waranteed under another company..Guaranteed Garage DoorThey came out and replaced the springs with the size that were on there(Side note...in they put on the wrong size spring and ended up replacing them with the correct size free of charge) A few weeks ago my garage door opener stopped workingIt beeped times which per the manual indicates the door was not travelling at the correct speed I called AThey first scheduled a technician to come outThen a few minutes later they called back and said that the opener needed a new circuit board as my model of opener has a faulty circuit boardI refused to schedule the repair as no one had even come out to look at it After complaining to Bruce ( supervisor) I called back and a technician was scheduled to come out to assess the situationRobin cameHe said that the springs were the

I had repairs done on my garage door todayMy husband was not able to see the invoice before he paid by credit cardWhen it came to me through email I was surprised to see the following: I was charged $two times for "gas surcharge" ( I called and they said one of the charges was a mistake) I was charged an "Arizona Cost Recovery Fee 6%" on the total of parts, labor and fuel charges When I called I was told this was because Arizona does not allow them to collect tax, so this is to recoup that amountThey did not know if this was okay to do (I asked) - but this is how they do it

We had other estimates for our new garage door and we decided to hire AGarage Door service because their price was the most affordable and [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable over the phoneHe sent his technicians the next week and they completed the job in 2-hours time, leaving the work area cleanMy garage is not a standard size but with Ait was not a problemDon't waste your time with other companies, Abeats them all

This was deceptive advertisement and I stand by my e_mailHe owes me $He knows itHe was argumentative and arrogant during our discussionI know for a fact that I am not the first one to complain about this company

Ad in Home Concepts magazine said Free EstimatesI called to get estimated cost range to replace a garage spring doorThey said it was up to the technicianI found that oddI spoke with a manager who based on answers I gave her on the type of garage door it was gave me a $150-$estimateI thought that was reasonableThey dispatched a technician who wanted to charge me $338+tax for a middle of the line model that would only last yearsThe yr model would cost $298+tax way above the estimate I was givenI told the guy it wasn't going to work and I was upset that I was lied toHe said I had to pay him a $service fee, even though the ad said 'free estimate' This tech is probably outsourced and he pays the company a referral feeThe $is for the gas to come to my houseThis is not right, this is why I asked for an estimate before they cameI don't want to have a bunch of people come to my houseVery disturbing, had to come through my house because the garage door

I used AGarage Door service to repair my father's garage door who stopped working several years agoEverything was rusty and in a bad shapeWhen the repairman showed up he was extremely polite and friendly and found a few issues with the doorHe promptly fixed them, replaced a couple of springs and lubricated everythingHe did the whole job in one hour and took time to explain what was the problem with the doorNow the door works like a clockwork and my father has never been happier with his garage

On March 21, we paid A-Garage Doors to install two new garage doors We left the valley the last weekend in May and returned the first weekend in October so the doors were rarely used during that time On October 19, the small door failed to operate properly A-Garage Doors came out and declared the problem to be the opener, for which they said they were not responsible When I asked why the installer had not made the necessary adjustment to the opener, for which the repairman was charging us $211.95, the repairman continued to repeat the line that the opener was the problem Since I had never received a copy of any warranty, I felt like I was on shaky ground so I foolishly paid the bill On Wednesday afternoon, November 23, the big door failed, so I called A-again, to see what they would say After several lengthy phone calls during which an A-employee tried to convince me that again it would probably not be their responsibility, so I would probably be ex

I received a coupon that stated $off springs for garage doorThey charged $for double springs, This was high but acceptableI expected a bill for $plus the tune up charge of $which was on the coupon, plus $for a keyless entry, plus 8.5% taxesThis would add up to $ They charged me a total of $The service person asked for my credit card and said that he would e_mail me the billI never saw the bill or signed itThe service man must have signed itIt is not my signature I called as soon as I saw the bill on my computerThat was 3/and was told that I needed to speak with Bruce BoydHe contacted me on 3/He said that the bill was correctHe said the coupon said " not valid with any other offer"I have no idea how that pertains to the springsAlso, I needed a magnifier to read this Also, on the bill was a $charge for "trip charge"They never said a word to me about this nor was it on their advertisement When MrBoyd called he

year old springs are no past there cycle life I called the very next day after Lonnie removed the old springs Bruce said he needed to talk to Lonnie and track down the old springs When he called me back, he told me they were at the bottom of a dumpster The courtesy call on the 7th was to repair the horrible noise Lonnie adjusted the motor and no noise The night of the 7th at 9PM garage door was up I called and was told to hold the press and hold the button It closed and the next morning the door was going up and down So at I spoke to Pat, who couldn't have anyone out until 2PM My sister was visiting and we had planned a full day out Pat had told me something was obstructing the eyes There is nothing in my garage except my car When I called Lifetime, Matt came right out and did the correct adjustment on the motor This company is dangerous and I will do anythying to spread the word I have four rental properties and will never use A I used them once one one of them and the mechanic did a great job I guess Ahas lost there touch through the years This is the first time I have ever had to do this
