We had both cables off their drumsI was happy they could come out same day, eight hrs later and the only estimate given then was $for the trip outKeith B arrived, said I needed a pair of new cables, then said for only an extra $each he could put in the next size up drums so the cables won't pop off (well, OK), but no estimate of costs was given EVER to meAfter installation, he orchestrated theatrics of the door being frozen, and yep, it's my ball bearings, totally "metal-on-metal" (duh)Realizing he's a total shyster at this point, I pulled out my own ladder and checked the totally smooth rotation, said theyre fineHe had new units in hand still insisting I need new ones, which I continued to kindly refuseIt still didn't end there as he continued to try to sell me a new door and then multiple attempts to sell me a maintenance contract, not understanding "no thank you"Then I was given a bill for $I had to call th the next day to get a receipt and itemization of the outrageous bill I called Bruce in customer care, and he was just as badI'm a yr old female MD, and have never reported to Revdex.com or any review before, but this was bad enough to warrant one

They are great I have been using their services from yearsVery cheaper serviceI have used them personally and for my business tooThey are simply great

I had a big issue with my garage door last month, when it stopped working and trapped my car insideI use my car every day to go to work so I needed the garage door fixed fastI read forums on the Net and someone recommended AGarage Door Service so I decided to call themTheir representative was extremely knowledgable and promised to send someone to my house the next dayTheir technician arrived on time and made my garage door work in less than an hourGood job!

Horrible! I would never recommend this company and shocked that they have stars I purchased a new Guardian opener in April and the circuit board went out months laterWhen I purchased the opener, fees were hidden (credit card fee and a fee explained to me by a manager it was a fee since they couldn't charge tax) They charged to come fix the curcuit board and referred me to Guardian to reimburse their fee The 2nd technician stated to call and talk to the manager to switch out Guardian to Liftmaster, as he never recommends Guardian products and most likely the circuit board go out again Bruce, the manager, never apologized for my issue and stated we'd cross that bridge if it occurs again I cannot say anything good about this company! And they put their company sticker on my garage door, which I did not purchase from them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I found AGarage Door Service through a value pak coupon book, and wanting to support local businesses, decided to give them a try Technician was courteous and answered all my questions, including how to tune up another opener in the same garage Not knowing what other companies charge, my only beef is two things: the estimate charge was not incorporated into the actual service charge, as I assumed if I went ahead and let them fix my opener, they would not add the estimate charge Secondly, the service charge is for each opener, not per site visit Again, the repair did not take very long (less than minutes), and when I asked the technician to simply look at another opener, was told I would have to pay another service charge Since the technician is already at my home, I figured the service charge would cover more than one garage door unit I will ask more questions when booking an appointment the next time

We recently had a new garage door installed by another company and were very unhappy with itThe door was not level and didn't open/close smoothlyThe other company told us everything from our house was crooked, the foundation was bad and even it use to be a car port! There are no car ports in my neighborhoodJoel from AGarage Door Service saw my post on the Nextdoor app since he lives in my area and offered to come out and fix it free of chargeHe used a laser level (something the other company didn't even have) and adjusted everything and it looks amazing! He even took the time to help us reset everything because when the previous company came out they were able to open our garage door before we even made it outsideThis company went above and beyond to help us even though it wasn't their mistake and we are so appreciativeThank you Joel!

Purchased *** door opener at tech's (***) suggestion for superior function and reliability 8/11/4/11/unit malfunctioned; charged service and feul surcharges in amount of $62.95; was told here were "no issues w/the unit" (still in warranty period) and safety sensors were adjusted 10/17/Spoke w/***a to advise of product failure; had continul issues w/opener failure to open/close; scheduled another service call for 10/18/16; told no charge 10/18/was told by tech ***, Awill warranty sensors IF we pay labor costs of $Spoke with ** *** *** *** ***", I was told and ** *** said if any; further problems, Awill replace the entire opener system including rail free of charge; never happened November 6, opener fails, again, tech *** replaced "chip" board, gave us new openers and outdoor keypad at no charge and told won't have any further problems; IF issues persist, let him know directly 7/10/18, after multiple weeks of malfunction,

They are the real professionals before calling them my husband called another garage repair service they came very late and did nothing to door infarct the created more defects in our doorAnd our door issue got more critical, We were very worried about it as that was about the thing which we have to deal on daily basis then my friend suggested me these guys and I called themThey came on time and fixed my issue promptlyI am really thankful to them

I choose AGarage Door Service out of many services on-line because of their high ratingThe repair service was very goodThe technician was professional and courtesous, and I was very satisfiedThe only thing is, that two days later and I had not rec'd an invoiceI only rec'd a small phone generated rect, but no invoice, so I called and talked w/ their billing deptThe billing person said I should have provided my email addressDidn't ask, just scoulded meI told her that I DID give the tech my email addressThen I ck'ed my emails for two days, and nothingShe was condescending, rude and interrupted meThen called me "Miss ***" with a rude condescending attitudeNo apology as to being sorry they did not send the invoiceShe just said "I can see one did not generate." I told her I did not appreciate her rudenessTheir error, yet she talked over the top of me, interrupted, and made me feel I was being talked down toI felt like I was bothering themALSO there is no phone number on their receipt OR InvoiceApparently they don't want to be botheredI asked that the manager of their Tempe office location call me pleaseWhen you spend nearly dollars for service repair, shouldn't you expect an invoice? NOT HAPPY with the snotty billing dept

Company did NOT give me a *** discount, that I later discoveredCompany claimed to service *** garage-door openers, then said they had to replace with ***, didn't do ***I doubt the mechanism even needed replacing

When AGarage installed a new system for my neighbor, I was so impressed with EVERY detail Prior to the technician's arrival, my neighbor received a photo text and an email with the technician's bioThe tech arrived promptly, his name is Robin E*** Robin was professional, polite & knowledgeableHe seemed to install the garage system effortlessly He cleaned everything as he worked When it was time to give my neighbor her garage remotes, he had to put out a group text to techs in the area to see if any of them had what he needed...Robin's boss immediately responded to the text and drove over to personally deliver new remotesThat's what I call service I was so impressed with Robin's work, dedication and professionalism and the response from the owner of AGarage that I asked them to provide me with a quote for service as well I requested Robin as my technician My experience was exactly what I came to expectI received a photo text and an email with Robin's bio He conducted an inspection and installed the new garage door parts that I needed - he was professional, personable, prompt and helpful it sure seems to me that Aunderstands how to acquire and keep clients It starts by treating your employees right If you do that, they truly care about doing the right thing for your clients and in turn, Awill be the recipient of numerous client referrals & life long HaPpY clients! Horrible company! First, they tried to add fees I wasn't aware of These fees were never part of the estimate! AZ Cost Recovery Fee 8.5% and Mobile Convenience Fee $ I found out that the "recovery fee" was because they couldn't charge tax and the mobile fee was because I used a credit cardI called the company immediately when I saw these fees and disputed them I did get them credit back after I threatened to go to the Revdex.comThe two car remotes stopped working weeks after installation and now my opener doesn't work at all I was told the warrenty was only days No new opener should only last months! I paid $for the Guardian opener, not even a new door just an opener! Now I question needing a new outside keypad or springs I paid for! I was willing to pay double for the opener and for labor, but would never have thought a company would not stand behind their product for more than days The company is willing to come look at it for $($checkpoint and $trip fee) and a time of hours No thank you! I'll get a company I trustI have always used Smokey's Garage Door and NEVER had any issues I would NEVER recommend this company and feel it's 5* reviews must be from employees because I am definitely not impressed nor do they provide great customer service!
