The response from the business is of course just a run around to the real problem. I did not choose the shop to do the repairs from out of the sky. These shops are in the warranty company's network and were given to me as a choice. So again if they already have these shops in there network and their contract specifically states $100 deductible, why is it the responsibility of the customer (myself), to have to pay out of my pocket more than I'm contracted to do, when the warranty company should already have agreements with their shops. Are they The only Warranty company who works back words, or think I'm just the dumb customer who they screw again. Well I'm not that customer and if this is not resolved Within 30 days from today, either by fixing my rear view mirror and I pay my $100 deductible for this and all future services, or refund my money for this falsely advertised contract, so that I can purchase a warranty from a marketable warranty company. I purchased a car and warranty in May from a local dealer It came with the GWC Warranty day, mile About weeks after purchase I began having some issues that are stated in my warranty contract that were covered by GWC Every claim I have tried to make, GWC Warranty Corporation finds some excuse not to fix it, or they will only cover so minimal amounts its pointless to even file the claimThe warranty was for power trail, electrical components etc I have sunk over $into this vehicle which GWC should have taken care ofNot only do they refuse work from mechanics locally around me, you MUST take your vehicle to their "preferred mechanics" to even begin to file a claimHere are some examples: Power door lock on drivers door stopped working In my contract in shows its 100% covered Take it to be repaired, they deny the claim because they say "the door lock is fine, but we won't fix it because of a rivet broke" "Can't help the mechanism is broke off your door" "It's a hardware issue" Bad ball joints "Sorry we can't fix them because even though they show wear, they are not physically broken and the wheel falling off the car" Electric gas door does not pop open "Sorry we won't cover that!" Can you still put fuel in your car?",,, if you can open it manually, then it still functions as it shouldThe list goes on and on So basically the GWC warranty is useless and a scam!! I bought a Nissan rouge months ago and I bought the GWC warranty with itMe and my wife went on vacation to Arkansas we live in TexasOn the way back in was running about mph with the cruse setAll of the sudden the car stays running but it just lost all power I hit the exit and got to the red light I had the car on the floor trying to get through the light and it was barely movingI got it stopped and started Google the problem and thousands of people have the same problem The transmission is badWe took it on a trip to Dallas about minutes away and it did the same thingWe took it to the dealership and they contacted GWC and they had a adjuster come outIt had a coad in it for torque converter The adjuster cleared the coad and drove it milesI have worked on cars for years and I know it takes to miles for the computer to reset the coads so they denied the clamI call to find out why and they tell me there was not enough evidence to show a failure If the coad is not enough what isI have been fighting with them all day and now the manager won't return my phone callsI will be getting a attorney

Once again, I am asking for $dollars to be refunded to me for the second deductable(*** *** could and would have been able to repair the transfer case without towing it to Aamco.) Secondly, there is no mention of the $that I asked for in the original complaint which is the difference I paid to *** ***I don't know how GWC only paid $to *** *** for their repair cost of $leaving me owing the $299.42. The replacement of the front axles by *** *** was and is a covered repair. In conclusion, I am asking for a cash refund of $for the second deductable that I paid and $for the *** *** bill that I paid.

I purchased a car and warranty in May from a local dealer It came with the GWC Warranty day, mile About weeks after purchase I began having some issues that are stated in my warranty contract that were covered by GWC Every claim I have tried to make, GWC Warranty Corporation finds some excuse not to fix it, or they will only cover so minimal amounts its pointless to even file the claimThe warranty was for power trail, electrical components etc I have sunk over $into this vehicle which GWC should have taken care ofNot only do they refuse work from mechanics locally around me, you MUST take your vehicle to their "preferred mechanics" to even begin to file a claimHere are some examples: Power door lock on drivers door stopped working In my contract in shows its 100% covered Take it to be repaired, they deny the claim because they say "the door lock is fine, but we won't fix it because of a rivet broke" "Can't help the mechanism is broke off your door" "It's a hardware issue" Bad ball joints "Sorry we can't fix them because even though they show wear, they are not physically broken and the wheel falling off the car" Electric gas door does not pop open "Sorry we won't cover that!" Can you still put fuel in your car?",,, if you can open it manually, then it still functions as it shouldThe list goes on and on So basically the GWC warranty is useless and a scam!! Trying to deal with the representatives on the phone is a jokeEXTREMELY RUDE!

The “front control module” is not a component listed for coverage on this vehicle service contract. The repair facility must initiate a claim by contacting the GWC Claims department to obtain a Claim Authorization Number prior to the work being completed. The vehicle service contract addresses cancellations and refunds specifically as follows; 13. CANCELLATION(S) AND REFUND(S): • You can cancel this Contract if Your Vehicle is declared a total loss by the insurance company insuring Your Vehicle, or the Vehicle is validly repossessed by the Lien Holder. All cancellation requests must be processed through the Selling Dealer. If the Selling Dealer has gone out of business, You can submit your cancellation request directly to Us. In the event of a cancellation, the Lien Holder, if any, will be named on the cancellation check as their interest may appear The customer is urged to contact their Selling Dealer to submit a cancellation request if the required terms for cancellation are met. I bought a Nissan rouge months ago and I bought the GWC warranty with itMe and my wife went on vacation to Arkansas we live in TexasOn the way back in was running about mph with the cruse setAll of the sudden the car stays running but it just lost all power I hit the exit and got to the red light I had the car on the floor trying to get through the light and it was barely movingI got it stopped and started Google the problem and thousands of people have the same problem The transmission is badWe took it on a trip to Dallas about minutes away and it did the same thingWe took it to the dealership and they contacted GWC and they had a adjuster come outIt had a coad in it for torque converter The adjuster cleared the coad and drove it milesI have worked on cars for years and I know it takes to miles for the computer to reset the coads so they denied the clamI call to find out why and they tell me there was not enough evidence to show a failure If the coad is not enough what isI have been fighting with them all day and now the manager won't return my phone callsI will be getting a attorney

I am tired of hearing this lame excuse as a reason not to honor the warrantyJust refund our $ 2,for the warranty we purchasedClearly we were duped, as I see many complaints against GWC WarrantyAll of which are unsatisfied as well

I did not ask for reimbursment for the rental car in my complaintI was stating a fact that I did not have a car for the period of 3/20/to 4/2/The repairs were not two distinct problems and GWC wanted the vehicle towed from *** *** to Aamco TransmissionIt is unfair for me to pay two deductables for the same problem considering I was never in control of the vehicleI was TOLD where it was being sent to finish the repair. Once again, I am asking for $dollars to be refunded to me for the second deductable(*** *** could and would have been able to repair the transfer case without towing it to Aamco.) Secondly, there is no mention of the $that I asked for in the original complaint which is the difference I paid to *** ***I don't know how GWC only paid $to *** *** for their repair cost of $leaving me owing the $299.42. The replacement of the front axles by *** *** was and is a covered repair. In conclusion, I am asking for a cash refund of $for the second deductable that I paid and $for the *** *** bill that I paid.
